This place was fantastic for us, 2 small families. The second bedroom locks off of the main 1 br suite, providing privacy for both families. Kids had green space to play outside when not in the pool or at the beach. This place was amazing, and I will absolutely consider it again if heading back to Cabo.

We loved our stay here. The property was very nice, clean and well stocked with the essentials. Communication was very good, and the owner's welcome letter provided us with all the info we needed to enjoy our stay.
The resort amenities and restaurants were great, and only 1/2 mile to downtown allowed us to experience some of the great restaurant outside of the resort.

My husband, father-in-law, and I stayed in this beautiful condo for four nights. The place was roomy and being on the first floor was a plus. The owner was great at giving advice on everything from transportation, excursions and what not to do. The security was fantastic and I always felt safe. This resort has two adjoining resorts that you can also use. The view was breathtaking and you could hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach right from the condo. We enjoyed the pool especially the swim up bar. It was not crowded in September which I loved. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

The facility, location, and the condo itself were amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed it and it was more than spacious enough for our group of 6. We could not have been more surprised and happy with out stay.

Despite a little early concern, this was a near perfect unit for our vacation! The manager was pretty quiet right up until the day before our stay which did cause me some concern. Once he sent the welcome packet, I only wish we’d have seen it a week earlier because it had great helpful info that would have helped up on our trip. Despite this, the unit is beautiful and well upgraded. The pantry is stocked with helpful stuff and encourages an honor system of leaving some unused items for the next guest which was awesome. The property is clean and beautiful, and the ability to use all 3 resorts was great too- lots of variety in pools, bars and restaurants. Overall, could not recommend this unit highly enough!

We have stayed at La Estancia before, but never on the ground level. We loved the easy access to the lobby, pool and market area. You are near the front entrance so we did hear the trolley pretty early in the morning, but with kids we were already up. The unit was nicely stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy checkin and helpful staff. Lots of good restaurants at the resort and along the beach. Needed to stock some basics as the pantry was low, no paper towels, sugar, coffee. Walmart nearby recommended as the on-site market is very expensive and exchange rate at the resort is poor. Other than that the property is beautiful and well kept. Pools are nice and beaches are nice .

James provided excellent communication before hand; no issues during our stay. The two bedroom, 3 bath condo is just a stated. It’s beautiful, well cared for, with nice decor. This was a girl’s trip/birthday celebration, we were all very comfortable. We had breakfast everyday on the patio and the kitchen was well stocked with the cookware we needed. There is a market on the secure grounds, a little pricey, but worth not having to make a trip into town for provisions, btw town is just a short 25-30 minute walk away. The resort is well managed, the staff is very helpful, the building and grounds are very clean with 2 pools and I think 6-8 hot tubes. The resort is situated between two sister resorts/hotels, they have daily activities and we were allowed to participate. The view of the beach and Sea of Cortez from the resort is spectacular! Our stay was quiet, relaxing and yet exciting.

My 22nd time to Cabo. I’ve stayed at literally ALLLLL the major resort hotels. But this one is number one. We go to the office restaurant every morning and it was an easy 9 dollar taxi ride! ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Best trip ever
We loooooved our stay at La Estancia! Everything about it was fantastic. It was incredibly easy, comfortable, fun, safe and relaxing. Our teenagers thanked us daily for the trip! We feel so lucky to have found this property. The entire time, everyone keep calling the property "home". Can not rave enough. They even unloaded our groceries for us while we were at the beach!!
