Dunes of Panama- Building E, 12th floor *** Freshly painted in June 2020, new flooring in bedrooms!*** *** Please check our 3 other lovely 2 bed/2 bath in the same building*** vrbo 462609 vrbo 851188 vrbo 1663468 This is a 1300 sqft beach front condo that has been remodeled from scratch! New kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, new floors, New bathrooms, new furniture, 3 new flat screen TVs (55", 42" and 27") , new mattresses, new outdoor furniture! The condo comes also with a washer and dryer ! This unit is definitely larger than most 2 bedroom/2bath units in the area. It is quite spacious, fresh uncluttered decor, and an extra large balcony with a big table, 6 comfy chairs, plus two extra chairs on the side. The views are just amazing and relaxing !!! just relax on your bed in the master bedroom and enjoy the amazing views without having to go anywhere! same wonderful views are also guaranteed if you are cooking in your kitchen, or simply relaxing the living room! This unit is designed for SIX adults (one king bed, one queen, 2 brand new high quality twin size fold away beds), but two small kids UNDER 12 can sleep on the sectional sofa (please bring your own sleeping bags for those 2 extra small guests!). Plenty of storage available in the unit (ONE closet in guest bedroom, TWO spacious closets in Master bedroom, PLUS an extra closet in the hallway) Fast responses and easy smooth communication is guaranteed! Condo needs major updates and lots of TLC. New paint and ceiling work, new flooring, updated bathrooms with showers and tolits, adequate dishes and kitchen essentials, new mattresses with mattress protectors, and decent sheets, add more decor to the walls and space. The room and furniture were dirty. We enjoyed our stay on the property and the beach, but I would not recommend staying in this condo to anyone. The space of the condo was good and the balcony was nice size with a beautiful view. It was adequately priced for the experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The check in process was easy. The owner was very responsive, with all inquiries being answered within one hours time. The condo was as advertised in the photographs provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very large providing us excellent views of the sunsets. We were lucky and got to see fireworks from our balcony each night of our stay. I have never been to Panama City Beach before and do not know if this is something they typically do or not. The kitchen had enough dishes to cook basic meals, which worked well for us. The pool was well cared for, as were the resort grounds. We took full advantage of the on-site beach access. The property was an EXCELLENT value. We would definitely return. Something outside of the owners control that did dampen our arrival: the gate keeper smelled VERY strongly of vomit upon our arrival. This was the only negative of our entire trip. So, if your arrival is not perfect, keep an open mind, you only have to get your parking pass once! Every other staff member was kind, friendly, and well groomed (without odor).

Great stay overall, but for the price I would have liked to have had a more updated bathroom. We had a couple minor issues but nothing serious enough to hurt our stay. The place was beautiful and I love having a full kitchen and laundry available. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf and the pool. The condo was very nice. It's next to the Elevator. You can hear it going up and down from the master bedroom, but honestly it took me most of the week to realize the noise was the elevator. The guest room could use a gel pad on top of the egg crate on the bed. Lights on the balcony would be helpful. Overall, a great time and a great vacation. Would totally recommend.

The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool area was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was not very well supplied. We had to ask for dish soap and garbage bags. Pans and skillets could be updated. Hot and cold waterlines are backwards in both bathrooms.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had a great stay, great views; the bathrooms are not for tall people with low ceilings; The master bathroom is very dark, perhaps a see through shower curtain or a better light would help. Measuring spoons in the kitchen would be nice. This room is next door to the elevator and can be heard in the master bedroom if you’re a light sleeper. During our stay, the pool in front of this unit was very cold we tried the other pools and the temperature was a lot better

it was a wonderful experience the view I had from the main bedroom was wonderful I loved it my mom traveled here from Mexico to see the beach so she fell in love with the place because of the beautiful view we had the person in charge answered immediately and very kindly I would go back there again!!!!!

The condo was big enough for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids with room to spare. It was very clean and multiple sand toys and chairs to use. Perfect location on the beach and the pool was nice, cool and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is a light on the balcony. Otherwise it’s perfect for families!

This was our first time using VRBO. We had very few requirements - oceanview and tennis/pickle ball courts. We looked on VRBO for so long for the perfect spot, that we ended up booking the day of. We used other reviews to make our decision, that is why I wanted to make sure I posted this. The posting says that the place had been renovated. The picture on VRBO shows a different refrigerator in the picture. The refrigerator was gross and froze our food. We arrived late at night and, when we walked in, it appeared the place had not been cleaned. The next day, I cleaned before we touched anything but the condo needs a serious, serious deep clean. So may things were broken or didn’t work -one shower was filthy and unusable - we ended up putting a measuring cup in the gap to keep the water from leaking. There was water on the floor from the dehumidifier. I texted the owner for assistance and she replied that she would send someone but didn’t. A lot of things in the condo were just plain broken. It needs new shower curtains, the furniture on the deck was filthy. If you do decide to take your chance on this condo, BRING YOUR BLEACH. We left there and arrived at another condo for 10 more days and the place was pristine… so clean….Makes a huge difference to me. If you can handle filthy, the ocean view was very pretty.

We did have a great time and the condo was great, but trying to get out by 10 and waiting over a hour for an elevator to go down, we took the steps. My legs were like noodles when we finally made it to the ground! Side note, make sure you have 2 working elevators for a holiday weekend. I was still shocked that there was only 2!!!
