Located in Holmes Beach, this charming house for $590 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tropical rear yard with private luxury heated Saltwater pool and hot tub/spa and spacious paved area plus large ground floor lanai with TV and ROKU smart services. Leave your troubles behind as you cross to Anna Maria and surrender to the island pace. Our beach house (a personal vacation home - not an investment property) is a light-filled retreat with beautiful furnishings, quality linens, spacious open plan living areas with 12' high ceilings and excellent indoor/outdoor flow. 3 large coastal bedrooms (king, queen and twin) with inbuilt storage, 2 modern bathrooms (1 en-suite) with huge separate showers plus a hall WC closet near the separate full-sized laundry room. Plenty of room for all the family to chill around the free-form private pool & hot tub The special non-slip pool surface complements the 'beach access' that allows the young (and not so young) to enter into the water without any steps and starts at 2 inches deep! Our guests just love this private Oasis - please see our numerous 5* Reviews! The tropical planting gives areas of both sun and shade and at night-time the palms are automatically lit to enhance the ambience of the backyard and pool area. Upstairs, guests will love to use the granite finished, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets. Great-room opens onto generous lanai with outdoor dining. By the pool you can enjoy the large entrance level patio, sun loungers and gas BBQ grill, wall mounted TV & ROKU services. Over-sized double garage with remote access, beach chairs, beach toys and beach cart too. A pearl of a property within 2-3 blocks (3-4 mins walk) to the idyllic, soft, white sand of the Gulf beaches with their breathtaking sunsets, towards the north of the Island. A peaceful neighborhood only minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and galleries of Holmes Beach. Free Island Trolley-Bus stop is just round the corner. We had a wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean & spacious beach home which was in a great central location on AMI. It was only a short walk to the beach and the amenities of Holmes Beach. Communication from the owners was so clear & easy - 5*. Our stay was just after Hurricane Idalia hit Florida and it was so reassuring that the owners reached out the next day to advise us that there was no damage to their beach home and that their cleaning crew and pool guy had already been over to check everything out - no disruption at all.
The home had everything we needed for our vacation, lots of towels, crockery, glasses and pots 'n pans, a ping pong table and a gas BBQ grill. In the garage there were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and 2 wagons that made taking everything to the beach so easy. The outside space is fabulous with a pool & hot tub - lots of loungers and a separate outside dining and lounging area poolside, plus a rear balcony with dining and relaxing furniture upstairs.
We have stayed on AMI before and this is our favourite place by far - we will return as soon as we can. Thank you Mike & Lesley for sharing your "Pearl of a Beach Home" with us and for the personal communication before, during and after our stay.

This was our first stay here and we really enjoyed the property and location. Great communication from the owners. There were some guests in the home behind us that partied loudly and played very loud music. That put a damper on our time in the backyard for about half our stay but we adjusted as we could.

We had a great time. The owners reschedule our dates due to hurricane Ian. Weather was perfect. We were at the beach then pool everyday. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Well equipped with chairs and nice pop up canopy for beach.

This house is amazing and only 2 blocks from the beach! We had my entire family (4 adults and 2 kids) which fit very comfortably in the house. On the first night the hot tub broke which was unfortunate but luckily we were still able to use the pool. Contacted the owner and it was addressed immediately but the part to fix it couldn’t come until after we left so we’re not able to use the hot tub during our stay. This did not ruin our trip though because of all the other amenities we had access to. The pool had lots of pool toys which our kids loved and then inside there was a high chair for our youngest. In the garage were plenty of beach toys, chairs, wagon, and a couple bicycles (sad we didn’t have time to use them). Overall great experience and would recommend to everyone.

This home is in an excellent location in the middle of Anna Maria Island. Close enough to walk to the beach but on a very quiet street. The house was perfect to rent with two young kids as Mike and Lesley stocked the home with everything we could need. The best part of this home is the outdoor pool- an oasis of itself!
I would highly recommend this property and the owners were extremely responsive and excellent to work with.

Beautiful property and great location!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It’s a beautiful home with a pool/spa that is incredible. Great location too. Short walk to beach and trolley pickup stops. The owners were wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great property and responsive owners
This was our 5th year coming down to AMI! This was a great property and we would rent again. Some of the beach items had definitely seen better days (which obviously aren’t supposed to be provided) we did purchase a new canopy and boogie boards for others to enjoy after us, but the property itself was perfect

Wonderful Vacation
This property was above our expectations. It had every amenity required for our family vacation that included two infants under two years old. The pool and hot tub are exceptional and it is just a short distance to the beach. The house is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property.

Owners were great, we had part of our party flying in after we had driven for two days. They allowed us to unload Our luggage early so that we had room to pick up the rest of our party.

We wanted a rental where we could escape the masses and keep Covid-safe and this little oasis did not disappoint. The walk in pool and spa was such a fun escape for our children and us and it was the perfect short walk to the beach. We can't wait to visit again when we can hopefully take advantage of the proximity to the local restaurants and bars too!

Beautiful home and location. We enjoyed the pool and spa. It was so nice being within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The outdoor patio space was so nice to sit with family and watch TV. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place!
This home was perfect in every way. We made everlasting memories. The beach and sand are unbelievable, and only a five minute walk, but we got a golf cart to tow us around town which made getting around much easier. The home has everything you’ll need and I think has one of the best pool and hot tub in the neighborhood. Thank you for sharing

This stay was so easy from start to finish! Owners Mike and Lesley are very informative and responsive. The house was extremely clean and had everything as advertised. It was well equipped and there was plenty of plasticware to use at the pool. We really had everything we needed. The house is very close to the beach (walkable, but with us being older we drove). We did not have to bring anything for the beach with us - there were plenty of chairs, coolers, and a buggy to carry it all in. There were lots of beach towels and enough regular towels for us all. Definitely recommend Pearl of a Beach Home!

Located very near island trolley and only a short walk to beach. Rained several days due to remnants of a tropical storm, so we were glad to have a beautiful and spacious house in which to hang out. Owners always attentive to any questions we had.

Easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and Bradenton Beach area restaurants. Pearl of a beach was clean upon arrival and was perfect for our family. The pool is refreshing after being in the Gulf. The shelf was perfect for our 19 month old she loved playing in that area. The pool is pretty shaded as well which is helpful with our toddler. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had prior to arrival. We did not have any issues arise during are stay. We hope to make this an annual trip!
