Typical hotel/mini kitchen. Well equipped! The view!
Owner was very responsive and the hotel is a cool place to stay: fyi: there tends to be elevator issues! Highly recommend!

I learned when I was young, always to leave things better than you found them. Well, I couldn't really find anything, so I left some puzzles. I take some tools to make repairs, but I didn't find anything to fix. I can't say enough good about the property and Maria. We had great communication and the condo was perfect. The condo was super-well-equipped with just about anything you can imagine you'd need. The beds were very comfortable and I slept better than I have in a long time. I'd go back next year, but it was already spoken for. Thanks for a great stay, Maria. :)

I loved my stay in Maria’s unit. She left everything one needs to cook your meals in the unit. She left a new pancake mix, brown sugar, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, toilet paper for the 2 month stay.

Our stay at Sunny Isles Beach was not only in a very comfortable room with the best view; with access to both its own swimming pool as well as beach access, a bar, pool food, a coffee shop, and a pizza shop, it is very centrally located between the suburbs and downtown. Definately would stay at Sunny Isles Beach again!!

This studio was better than the pictures. It has everything you need: a large dining table with 4 chairs, 2 beds, all kitchen equipment. Internet network is open so it is not secured.

We really enjoyed our stay for a whole month of January. Ocean front, very nice kitchen etc, updated. Excellent deal! Great balcony, heated pool, much needed..... Thank you Maria!

The Condo is well maintained and provides all necessities. The owners were great about answering questions. It was very clean.
It is a on the coast and provides a wonderful view of the sunrise. The beach is very inviting. The staff of the hotel was always very helpful.
We will highly recommend the property.

Wow, it's a really nice place to stay, it's a studio with the view on the ocean, just beside the beach. You have a valet to park your car.
I recommend to stay there for 2 persons, there's no room, it's a studio.

We stayed the month of Feb and really enjoyed our time . The unit was well supplied with everything needed for a great vacation. The view of the beach from the balcony was wonderful!The owner even had beach chairs and umbrellas to use . We are planning to return next Feb .

the place was very clean and ready when o arrived. nothing when wrong in my stay of 21 days , I will be renting the property in the future . great location and great view of the beach from balcony . the owner was very helpful and has all ready to go
