Located in prestigious Lakeside Estates gated community, 'Wake Dreams' cabin has everything for your vacation. Let the kids wakeboard/water-ski all day while you relax on one of the four lake-view decks. The kids can cook s'mores on the campfire. End the long day soaking in your private hot-tub. ***The water is changed prior to your arrival***. Park your boat in the personal covered boat dock directly in front of your cabin. The covered slip is 10 feet wide and tall enough for a pontoon with bimini top. No boat? No worries! Contact NorrisLakeWaterSports (ask for 10% Bertke discount) and OasisNorrisLake. Both rental agencies deliver right to your dock. Nearby marinas are Sugar Hollow marina, Shanghai marina, and Springs Dock who offer daily/weekly boat rentals. **Prior to submitting questions, you must read entire note section below. ** Enter the cabin Main Level (no steps required) to see oak floors, knotty pine walls & ceiling. The great room provides plenty of space to gather with friends and family. The main deck has a propane grill overlooking the lake (free propane). We supply the basic grilling tools. The fully equipped luxury kitchen is open to the large dining room with table. The loaded kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, serving trays, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery service for 30 people. *The Main Level also has a master suite with private bathroom. Upper Levels have bedrooms 2, 3, & 4. Lower Level has another TV room, spare refrigerator. convenient washer & dryer, bedrooms 5 & 6, and a deck overlooking the lake making a fantastic reading room. Bottom Level (walk out level) has the hot tub deck and entrance to bedrooms 7 & 8 (see photos for details). The Sun Deck is built right on the shoreline providing an ideal location to watch over the little swimmers. Tell stories around the camp fire. This cabin is located 1/2 mile from the famous "Jumping Bridge" where all the boaters love to simply hang out, swim in the clean water, and get the nerve to take a plunge off the bridge. If you get tired of grilling, make the 10-minute drive into charming downtown LaFollette and grab a bite at one of the restaurants. More details:This neighborhood has a small, free, community pool with kiddie pool 1/3 mile from the cabin up a very steep street. . It is clean but nothing fancy. There are no life guards or concessions. You don't need a pass. Free parking is available. Secure & very fast internet via Comcast cable @ 150 Mbps and unlimited usage. Our convenient boat ramp is located inside our neighborhood 1/3 mile from your dock. There is parking for approximately 6 vehicles directly in front of the home. Extra parking is available in the overflow lot near the pool area. There is a designated trailer parking area inside our neighborhood near the front entrance gates. The reliable and secure wifi internet is suitable for normal office use such as email, however, is not fast enough to stream video. The cabin has a typical large propane grill with free propane. If you need to rent watercraft simply contact NorrisLakeWaterSports (ask for 10% Bertke discount) or OasisNorrisLake. Both places offer delivery services. Flat Hollow and Powell Valley marinas also rent watercraft Due to liability reasons, we do not provide life jackets, watercraft, floating toys.... We do provide an enormous floating dock. Due to ridiculous liability reasons, we no longer provide children items such as cribs, play-pens, high chairs, gates.... They get recalled the moment we assemble them. Notes:*** The contact information including name, phone number, and email address must belong to the primary 'Guest' - the sole person responsible for booking this home. We do not accept multiple persons or nicknames. *** The primary guest must be a minimum 28 years of age to book this home. This person is who will be held responsible for any damages inflicted upon the property. *** Any violations to these rules will trigger cancellation and forfeiture of an administration fee.

There were only 11 of us, but we ranged in age from one and a half to 72, and had an excellent stay! The house is lovely and has a nice view of the lake while still protected with some old tall trees. We used the fire pit and dock a ton renting a ski boat for the weekend and a day rental jet ski. Plenty of room to accommodate 4 different family units and space for us to eat and lounge. We did not use the bottom two rooms but did check them out and everything smelled fine (saw a smell mentioned in a previous review). There are quite a few steps to get to the dock but the kids had no problem and us adults just had to take our time. The extra fridge in the laundry room was handy. House maintained very comfortable temperature even with so many floors! Would definitely recommend this place.

Location was great - house itself is a decent set up, but as previously mentioned , the 4th ‘master’ bedroom was not usable. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. So adults had to sleep in bunk beds. There was no soap in the bathrooms to wash hands , and there were 2 small towels for the bathroom shower down stairs … for 6 people. The two bath towels were also old and fraying. The dryer couldn’t handle more than 2 wet towels at a time, and for a house that sleeps 30, 1 washer and dryer didn’t cut it. The dock was a great ! Kids had a blast

Property was great. Parking is tight but manageable. Being a veteran, I was disappointed that an American flag that is on the backside was old and dirty and not properly lit at night. Please replace and have proper lighting so it can be honored correctly for all who have served and undertand what it stands for.

We were disappointed in the fact that 2 of the 8 bedrooms were basically uninhabitable. Our son and daughter-in-law with 2 young children were suppose to stay in the two lower bedrooms, the mildew and sewer smells were so bad that they moved out of the room in the middle of the night and slept on the couches. The next day we had to reshuffle the family around so that they had a room to sleep in. This was very inconvenient and the reason I rented 8 bedrooms was to give everyone some space. Also note, the bedroom in the loft is super small and would support two teenagers but the steps are very step for young children. Next year we will find a house with a better set-up. We loved the location but really need an 8 or 9 bedroom house.

Overall we were disappointed with this property. The kitchen is too small for a large group and everything is pretty dated. Upon arrival the yard had trash laying all over and the fire pit was full of beer cans. I wouldn’t recommend renting this one.

We had an amazing trip. Although the house was nice and the water was amazing. My favorite part of the trip was each night around the fire. There were three or four skunks that lives very close by. Every night they would come out. watching my children run and scream was pure bliss.

Wake dreams was all we expected. Awesome place to relax and for the kids (ages 8-13) swim and have fun. The dock was great. The house had tons of room and space to spread out (although it could use a little updating.) Only down fall, the neighborhood its in is super hilly (have good brakes) and lots of stairs from the lake to the house and vice versa. Overall nice place with plenty of room. 4 of 5 stars

We had a family reunion with about 14 and there was plenty of room. The steps down to the lake are many, 83 my 91 year old mother counted, so don’t forget anything. The inside was pretty clean but there was trash, T-shirt, broken chair and cans on the outside. The steps to the dock were coming apart so that looked sketchy. Some bathrooms had a drain problem but I did mention that so hopefully it will be fixed. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and such and the two refrigerators were nice. Overall it was good for the family. We’d stay again.

Great cabin. Upstairs bunk beds gave some back problems and the bottom room by the jacuzzi didn’t have any door molding causing heat to escape and some insects to get in but nothing a towel couldn’t prevent. I was a little bummed the cabin didn’t have any hand soap either. I would stay again, would recommend.
