Sparta-Elroy bike trail two blocks, snowmobile trail in front of residence, 80' of frontage on the LaCrosse River for trout fishing, kayak, or canoe. Underdeck secure storage. Keyless entry programmable door with your private code for entry. All new windows for optimal views. Netflix and Pandora music system for your enjoyment. Lower patio in addition to large deck with two tables and total seating for 12 provided. Can provide china/silver/glassware for up to 50+ for your special event. Luxury updated throughout for this tranquil getaway within 10 minutes of Fort McCoy, 20 minutes from the heart of Amish country and cheese factory. 30 minutes from the LaCrosse area retail and dining areas. Owners live in town and began Ginny's Cupboard restaurant/coffee shop/ ice cream fountain in 2003. Arrangements can be made to have our Sunday quiche special or other menu items delivered to make your stay extra special! Customizing for the executive, family, or romantic getaway no problem! We stayed at the Mill House while we were in town enjoying the Kristkindl Market. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and relaxing river sounds. Inside, the house was perfect, small and cozy. Very clean.

We were weary and cold after our ride from Elroy when we arrived at Mill House. When we opened the door we were instantly warmed! It is a beautiful, cozy oasis and exactly what we needed that night! Very comfortable! The owners are helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our whole experience was better than expected. We highly recommend this wonderful place (and people).

We enjoyed a mid-October weekend in Sparta at the Mill House. The house has a great location on the La Crosse River with deck to appreciate the view. The house is clean and well equipped, we took advantage of the kitchen for several meals in. The gas fireplace was much appreciated as the evenings and mornings were chilly.
We’re looking forward to a future stay for our next visit to Sparta.

Please tell your cleaning lady to do a better job.. The leather chair there is a registry on the floor with dog hair..The mantle and other things need to be duster..The tub is starting to have a ring around the tub.. Cobwebs hanging in the basement.. The rugs needed to be vacuum..

This property was perfect for our Wisconsin fall adventure. Close to biking trails and beautiful countryside all around. The house was charming, had everything we needed and the vibe was cozy and warm. The location next to a historic mill and stream was picturesque. We will be coming back again!

The house and the creek behind are are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a nice quiet place in the woods like we thought we were getting this is not your place. There is a main road right behind the creek and train tracks. We didnt sleep well because there were train whistles going off all night. Across the street is a trailer park and there was quite a bit of yelling and noise from that also.

We came to do some biking and just relax and recharge. The property was very clean and convenient to many places. Check out Club Oasis for Fish fry Friday and have an old fashion. The bike trail is about 1/4 mile from the property.
The owners quickly responded to our inquiry. We will definitely stay again!!

4 of us stayed for a fun little weekend and had a good time. The house was cute, clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. Nice firepit outside with firewood included. So pretty and relaxing to be right on the river. We went kayaking at a local place, which was very close by.

We loved the house. Super homey with great yard. Foosball table an added bonus. 12 year old granddaughter loved it, beating her father & I. Haha! Will love to stay there again

We stayed at the mill house for a long weekend, it was very accommodating, the owners were excellent, and the location is perfect. We wanted for nothing during our stay, the home is very clean and maintained. Our son (6) really liked the foosball table in the basement. It was perfect and we would gladly stay again.
