Situated in Tahoe Vista, this charming house for $632 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. If dates are not available for this house, please contact us as we have another similar property in the neighborhood which may have openings. Close to Lake, Quiet Neighborhood Tahoe Hideaway. Hot Tub, WiFi Nestled on a quiet street in a desirable Tahoe Vista neighborhood, this house will make you experience the real Tahoe. Majestic evergreen trees surround the area, birds are chirping away, and the sun fills rooms as it goes from east to west. This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that is just joining the rental market after full renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, and fresh paint throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop. Large living room has enough space for everyone enjoy and play board games provided (or the ones you decide to bring with you), there is also a junior living room next to dining room. 2 fireplaces will allow for a gathering around one and a book reading by another. The house has place to park up to 4 cars from November 1 till May 1. Additional parking allowed on the street from May 1 till November 1. 50 AMPs EV charger at the house. Hot tub in the fully fenced backyard, and away from it all, will allow you to relax and bring those sour muscles back to skiing or hiking condition. You will start your daily trip with a great overlook of Tahoe, and this view never fails to impress. With the ski resorts in both directions, the house is only minutes away from Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and others. Casinos are nearby for those who feel lucky during vacation. During summer time, the beaches of Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach are in close proximity, and Tahoe City is a short drive. Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have pets. Thank you! Large home for a family of 4. 3 bedrooms downstairs that have a queen in two rooms and a bunk bed in the third. 3 bathrooms in the home was very convenient, two bathrooms with showers downstairs and a restroom upstairs. Large living room with comfortable couches, kitchen had everything we needed. Large deck in front of the home and a nice deck in the backyard as well. Bbq was clean and so was the jacuzzi. All together the home was what we expected, other than some needed TLC on the deck, we washed all the blankets and bath towels when we arrived using the washer and dryer in the garage because they smelled a little stale. We took our own laundry detergent for the same reason but the host did also have some on hand as well as other items in the home. Out family enjoyed the home very much and appreciate the opportunity to be able to. Thanks again

My boyfriend and I stayed here for several days. We loved our stay. The house is well laid out and spacious. Our two dogs loved the backyard. We enhoued the hot tub, bird watched and exercised on the hill. We will definitely be back.

The house itself is dated and a bit shabby. The highlight however, was the big, fenced backyard, where our dog could run. However, as people, we wound up checking out early because the dust/dander triggered our allergies.

Loved the place was amazing. We did clean up a lot of dog poop from previous people but we had kids playing so it was mandatory. No other issues at all. We would come back for sure and it was perfect for a big family

Great stay at this rental. Owner very responsive. The only advice I have is to label the light switches...hard to find lights to each area. Also note, there is no central heat in the upper living room . Fireplace is lovely in there and the space heaters - but good to know if planning on sleeping up there in the cold months.

This space was perfect for our November Tahoe getaway! The hot tub was great for relaxing, and has great access right from the Master Bedroom. There's plenty of space for the whole family and a large backyard which was perfect for our dog as well!
In the evenings, we enjoyed using the fireplace to keep the main living room warm while we watched a movie on the Smart TV.
The reasonable pet fee and departure checklists were fantastic as well.
The Wi-Fi coverage was great throughout the home and internet speeds were quite capable, should you need to do any remote-work. I observed 150+ mbps downloads and ~20+ mbps uploads via the Spectrum / Charter cable ISP.
Also, we happened to leave a ring behind that went unnoticed, and our hosts quickly reached out to us both via DM and text message before we got too far down the hill. We were able return and retrieve it without any issues.

Overall the property worked well for our family vacation. There was space for the entire family as well as our 3 dogs. Kitchen was well equipped, nice bbq, and plenty of fans throughout the house during a hot weekend. Enjoyed the local dog beach and took a couple walks down to the lake and the beach. Good location and overall nice house to visit.

This place was a house of horrors for two seniors and two small dogs. Stairs everywhere. Some very steep. NO useable outside areas. Only deck that is useable sits on road with no privacy. Would not recommend to anyone. We left after one night after paying for three nights. It was that bad! Should have been told about crazy stairs and no access for dogs to go potty except on street. Furniture was old and worn. TV room and master bedroom smelled of dog urine. Total disappointment all the way around!!!

Great Vacation!
Thank you so much for this amazing trip! The view was beautiful and the walk to the lake was refreshing - although it is quite a hill to come back up; I was happy for the exercise! Close to everything and even found a small local sledding hill to play on! Such an enjoyable home; we spent every evening upstairs with Netflix, a fire and smore's ~ would love to come back for sure!!!

During the warmer days, the fans helped keep the house cool. Overall, the house is clean, quiet and comfortable.

My kids loved the family den where they pretty much stayed the whole time when we were at home. The den has a bunk bed and TV. The hot tub is a nice plus on this property although can only be easily accessed through the masters bedroom. We enjoyed a dinner out on the deck one evening which was really nice. Located close to kings beach and patton beach -both dog friendly beaches. Safeway down the street as well which is convenient. The backyard could use a little bit more upkeep and maintenance. Other than that, a good detail cleaning in the home is all thats needed in my opinion.
Great and easy communication with owners and this is the reason why I gave it 5 stars.

We stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and small dog. The house was comfortable with several amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated the fenced in backyard for playing in the snow. The property is large enough for a large group and the proximity to shops and restaurants was great. The house is still being updated with some minor cosmetic upgrading (inside doors downstairs) but the overall feeling of the house is lovely. The only negative is that the lights and switches were a little strange or hard to find. Overall we would recommend the property to others.
