This beach condo is located in beautiful Redington Shores, FL on 18320 Gulf Blvd. Condo offers a great open floor plan and is furnished to comfortably accommodate stay for 2 families with children. Great and large balcony 2 lounge chairs, sofa and table. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features brand new kitchen equipment and opens up to the dining room and living room, wireless internet. First bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a private bathroom with shower, walk in closet and flat screen TV. Second bedroom features a king size bed with luxury linens, down comforters and flat screen TV. The living room offers an additional area to relax and can also sleep 2 people. Huge eating area in the kitchen boasts an enormous table that can seat 8-10 people comfortably. Your rental will also include a full access swimming pool, free parking and everything you will need to make your trip to the beach much easier: beach cooler, portable chairs, beach towels and toys for kids, yoga mats. Sleeping arrangement : BD #1 - King Bed ( sleeps 2) BD #2 - 2 Queen Beds ( sleeps 4) Sleeping sofa in the living room Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am unless arranged otherwise. Cancellation policy: 60 days notice for full refund, 30 days notice for 1/2 refund and no refunds under 30 days. Nearby: The property is around an 18-minute walk from Madeira Beach, 1.2 miles from Indian Shores Beach and 3.7 miles from John's Pass. Tampa International Airport and fabulous shopping at International Plaza is about 30 minutes from here. St. Pete/Clearwater airport is also about 20 minutes. Busch gardens - about 40 minutes. Disney world - 90 minutes. Both the Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays spring training games are just a short (10 -15 min.) drive from here. This is the condo and location of your dreams!

Love the place and location. Remodeling noise was a little annoying but the place will be even nicer once it is done. We were glad we were only there one day during the week because of construction noise. Would suggest that owner provide some type of local television stations. We had some weather warnings but had no way to local broadcast stations to stay informed. We did had streaming service which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great central location-close to airports & stores, steps to beach and pool. Easy check-in, responsive hosts and all the touches that make a non hotel stay worth it! Easy parking, keypad entry, smart TV's in all the rooms, Wifi (maddeningly slow in the evening if you have to catch up on work) and stocked with pool/beach supplies so you don't have to pack them.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts are incredibly nice people with great response time. The construction on the property (Aug 2023) does impact the experience and there were small items that we noticed which did not hamper the overall trip but experienced renters will pick up on them. We have shared that feedback with our contacts.
You have many options in that area at this price point. Everything works in the unit as described and photographed. Unit was clean with comfy bed, strong internet, and some upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms.

We noticed: Had to self-configure the electronics, damage to multiple pieces of furniture, ice maker not working, it was just small things.
Overall the place has incredible potential. Wish it nailed it because the staff was so kind.

I was with my 85 year old mom and we both had a lovely time. The condo was very spacious and had been recently renovated. The kitchen was well appointed. The walk in showers and zero stairs to the beach and pool were a bonus when traveling with an elderly companion! The host, Aleksandra, was very responsive.

Had a good time at this beachside Condo. The condo had everything we needed for the stay including toys for kids, beach chairs, towels etc and a remodeled kitchen. Nice pool as well. Would recommend to anyone planning a vacation at close to Clearwater Beach!

Under HEAVY construction and this wasn't disclosed. This was deceptive as each weekday at 8 am the jackhammering and pounding commenced. 7 parking stalls were taken by the construction which meant the entire lot was full and anytime you left you knew you might not have a spot upon your return.
Also, the pool roof was under construction and this affected access to the pool also.

We chose this beach and condo because we wanted a to unwind more and relax. It isn't as busy as some of the neighboring beaches. The codes on the doors made it easy to access at all times. The condo was very spacious and clean. The property was well maintained. The owners thought of everything one might need while staying there. I was able to contact the owner about questions before our trip and during our trip and she would answered them in a timely manner. She was very helpful.

Property was very nice & clean up until the construction started Monday morning and then you couldn't set on the patio and enjoy your morning coffee without dust and debris raining down on you. Very frustrating.

We had a great time at our stay. The beach was right outside our condo and had a nice pool to use when we were done at the beach. Condo was set up with everything that we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Located near several great restaurants The only downside was that the building was under construction and was loud throughout the day.

Great beach front location for family. Pool and beach were both perfect for toddlers. Condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and well supplied with beach toys and towels.

The unit is on the outside was under construction so parking was terrible. The building needs alot of work. The unit inside is nice but it is old. The dishes were dirty, the dishwasher didnt work well, the door to the washer and dryer was falling off. It does not have a view and the area to sit outside looks at the parking lot.
It was fine but for the money we were definitely expecting more.

I wish I could’ve done this sooner while things were fresh but I do recall the friendliness and patience of the owner when my second payment was never made. She helped me through it and was very kind. The room was nice and modern. A few issues of small damages to the shower door that weren’t addressed but overall a really nice unit. I recommend this unit if you’re okay with a little drive to the strip of Clearwater. However, the heated pool and hot tub weren’t working and that was a major reason we selected this unit.

There were plenty of beach toys, some beach chairs, and a couple of boogy boards to enjoy the beach. Downside was, we happened to arrive during a very rainy and windy time where it was too cold to enjoy the beach. We had young children with us who were excited for the pool, however the condo owner failed to inform us that the pool was closed due to remodel. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool!! One of the main amenities we wanted. I called her and she said she would gladly give us a partial refund for the inconvenience. That was the last I heard from her and I have not received any sort of refund. I messaged her but, sadly, no reply. It was a pretty disappointing stay. If you don’t need the pool, then this is the place for you! Quite cozy and beach is beautiful and more private. I wish the owner better communicated with us, though.

Three children ranging from 1-7 were all entertained by the myriad of toys and beach supplies. The balcony was great to hang out on after the kids went to bed. Having the pool & beach within walking distance was great! The bird sanctuary next door made for a fun activity too.

Property was very clean and kitchen recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Couches in living room were somewhat worn, as were the linens, but clean and usable. We went grocery shopping as soon as we arrived, and were able to have most breakfasts and lunches in the condo, as there were plenty of dishes, kitchen items, etc. available for use (would have liked a pair of scissors). Even some coffee, salt and pepper, etc was there. Has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Lots of beach items to use, although some of it needs to be sorted through...some broken stuff. There were 2 beach chairs that were usable, and we ended up buying a pop up canopy to use and shipping it home at the end of the week. Also several beach towels available to use, which was nice. The area was great...the beach not over crowded. Not a lot of shops or restaurants within walking distance, but we had a rental car, and had no trouble finding many places to go within a few minutes drive. There was a place a few blocks away to rent paddleboards, which we did, and had a blast! This property is not directly on the beach, but a very short walk past the pool, and you are there. Actually a shorter walk than some places we have stayed that WERE directly on the beach. And you can see a glimpse of the Gulf from the balcony, which had access from the living room and both bedrooms. This was perfect for us: my husband and I, our college-aged son, and our daughter and son-in-law, but it would also be great for a family with younger kids.
