Downtown Jackson is only a short drive away, but this home’s location allows you to leave the bustle behind and truly enjoy the peace of the mountains. A recent remodel of this unit has made it uniquely chic and comfortable; new cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded bathrooms are just a few of the highlights. Warm up after a day of powder skiing in front of the slate and glass fireplace, or sip a refreshing drink on the private deck to recover from an unforgettable summertime hike. The futon in the loft is a twin, best for a young adult or child. 1 open spot in adjacent parking lot. No trailers.

We rented 323 Pines for 6 nights at the end of June. The condo was conveniently located between Teton Village and Jackson. The bathrooms were updated, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was also updated with new finishes and appliances. Furnishings in the living are dated and showing wear, but overall, this was a nice quiet place to stay!

We had a delightful visit with skiing in Jackson. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable relaxing and sleeping. On our arrival there was ice below the steps to the condo. The property management responded and the HOA salted the area within 45 minutes. One thing that would be nice would be access to hot tub. This property was very clean. The beds are great and seen new. The location was great and easy drive to all you want in Jackson and Tetons. My only suggestion is that the sofa be replaced with something more supportive and not so low to the ground.

We stayed for 3 nights and the townhouse was a perfect location to allow us to explore the Tetons. The place was extremely clean and well equipped to enjoy a few meals at home. Everyone in our group was pleased with the configuration for two couples, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Amazing fall color and great location. Plenty of space. We would absolutely stay there again if we went back.
Just a fair warning that there are multiple cans of bear spray next to the washer/dryer in the laundry/bathroom. We bought one before our hikes and we did come across bears. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it, but it was good to have. You cannot fly with it, so it was leftover with other cans there.

The unit looked just like the photos. It was very quiet, comfortable, clean, and updated. Cute decor, too. However, the downstairs master bedroom has zero decor, is at the front of the unit at the gravel parking lot, and the window does not close all the way or lock, so the dust from the gravel parking lot blows into the window, plus it’s right next to the front door of another unit. Since there’s no air-conditioning, the master bedroom is very warm. I’m not a fan of using box fans because they are noisy so we just dealt with the heat for the two days that it was hot there and slept with the windows open. The bed was super comfortable though! The upstairs loft, second bedroom, and bathroom should really be a master suite, And the downstairs bedroom should be the second bedroom. However, since there’s no air conditioning, and the only upstairs windows are in the bedroom, it’s very warm up there, too, until The a.m. sleeping hours. Since it was an interior unit, it wasn’t as well lit by sun, because it doesn’t have that many windows. The living room and kitchen and dining room area is very nice and open with a cute little deck, But you need to turn the light on during the day in the dining room which is not cool. Another thing is the sliding glass doors in the dining room did not lock and it appears whoever installed them installed them backwards where the screen is on the inside of the house not on the outside of the house which is very odd… However that screen door did have a little lock on it although I would feel safer if the actual door had a lock on it! We very much enjoyed our stay here Regardless of those few things. It was close to Jackson Hole and not too far from Grand Teton but it is really far from Yellowstone so I would not stay in this area again if I was going to Yellowstone. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a Yellowstone trip. Luckily, we stayed overnight one night in Yellowstone when we went there however the drive back was really really long after a long day of driving around Yellowstone for seven hours! All in all a cute place and quiet just those few things I mentioned so I’m not sure I would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! First morning we were surprised my a moose and two babies in the parking lot who was so calm and bedded down in the grass next to our condo. The area has an awesome market and liquor store as well as one of Jackson’s most popular breakfast spots. We throughly loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

We would stay agin!
The property was centrally located between Teton VIllage and the town of Jackson. The property met our needs of a family of 5 and it was big enough for us. We spent most days out and about and were only there in the evenings. The only issue we had was it got pretty warm in the evenings due to no AC or ceiling fans. The ceiling fans would have helped a great deal.
The mornings were nice and cool. A few pictures on the wall of the mountains would have been nice since the property didn't have much decoration but that is minor. We would stay there again!

The couch was very low and uncomfortable as well as the beds. More fans need to be supplied for summer rental. The shade in the lower bedroom needs replacement.

Snowboard trip
We were traveling with our 2 teens to Jackson Hole to snowboard for spring break. The condo was close to the mountain and very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this cosy, duplex condo. Conveniently located on the way to the Jackson Hole ski resort. Fully equipped, plenty of space to move around, and the two bathrooms came very handy for the five of us.
The kitchen had plenty of counter space, making meal prep convenient, although the design of the kitchen is difficult to accommodate multiple chefs working/cleaning at the same time. Upon arrival at the condo, we noticed there were plenty of pots but only a small frying pan. We reported to the management team, and they were quite responsive and supplied us with extra frying pans on the same day. We were happy with the responsiveness.
A few other minor things to point out: one cupboard in the kitchen was missing a door; the front door lock was a bit loose so it could take multiple tries to lock or unlock the front door.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
