Situated in Carolina Forest, this charming condo for $178 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This golf course view condo is a newly decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor unit in the Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, travertine floors in living room & dining room and new carpet in bedrooms . We also just purchased top of the line, upscale furniture and mattresses! Each bedroom comes with a flat screen TV and blueray/dvd player, and a comfortable bed that can transition into one king or two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom as well! In addition to the bedrooms we have a new pull out couch. This condo can accommodate up to six! Perfect for six golfers, three couples, families or retreats. The living room is spacious and open to the dinning room and fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a huge 60' flat screen TV and blueray/DVD player. Every morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the table and chairs on the patio! Some of the conveniences that are provided include free WIFI, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Another upgrade that this condo has is keyless entry. An entry code will be given to you before you arrive. No lengthy check in process or keys to keep up with! Location! Location! Location! This condo is centrally located near Broadway at the Beach with 350 acres of shopping and entertainment, water parks, miniature golf and restaurant row. Just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there. Myrtlewood is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, yet in a quite and relaxing setting. Loved the kitchen remodel. We only had 5 towels (6 guests), so we were constantly having to do laundry. The kitchen is not well stocked with utensils (great on dishes and pans). We had to call for linens for pull out sofa, (and had to go purchase a foam pad) for pull out couch, as the mattress was so thin, it was hurting the kids. Also, the cleanliness of beds, and linens were lacking. Instead of having a king foam mattress on one of the beds, the foam was cut in to pieces to fit on to the bed. Loved the convenience of the pool.

Stay was great as well as communication, but the cleaning was a little less than par. The dish drainer had cereal in it from previous guests, the carpet under curtains was not vacuumed very well as there were dirty looking stains on the carpet.

Property was very nice but there were new grab bars in the shower and I fell. I hurt myself pretty bad. The pain affected my trip my hip was so bad I had to have a wheelchair through the airport on the way home. The tile and the dining room and living room I had pieces sticking up there very uneven and you kept tripping on them be kept stubbing your toes on them. I told the property manager about them she said she had 85 year old snowbirds that came down there every year and they never complained about anything. She never had anybody fall in the shower. That was like telling me that I've been through that intersection a hundred times I can't believe another car hit me. I will never rent that particular condo again Evelyn Sexton

Beautiful end unit. Very quiet, clean, good kitchen supplies and very comfortable. Caroline communicated quickly with parking pass, WiFi, and check in code. Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. This was our first time ever going to Myrtle Beach and I was so nervous about the cleanliness with Covid and everything. Let me tell you it was perfect ! The place was clean and smelled clean. Clean towels, bathroom everything ! It was decorated beautifully my family absolutely adored the whole stay ! Caroline was so helpful , even offered to stay on the phone with me the whole time I figured out how to get into the place. So nice and her email to me was so helpful. It was a added bonus the pool is literally in the backyard you can walk bare foot thru the grass right there. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but we were blown away it was so nice. The location is perfect in the middle of everything. The beach wasn’t too far. We had an amazing first time visiting and would definitely stay with Caroline again ! Thank you so much ❤️

The location is on a golf course and is close to lots of things to do. It has great accommodations including a pool right outside the patio. We needed to contact the property about a few things and were promptly responded to and all issues taken care of. Very understanding and friendly host. Would easily stay here in the future if we come to this area again.

Property is very clean with new furnishings and in a very quiet area of Myrtlewood Golf Community. Unit is close to many attractions including the pool within steps of the covered patio of this unit. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.

The property was so close to the beach/boardwalk, Broadway on the beach, and grocery store which was a major plus. All around we were always within 20 minutes of wherever we wanted to go.
