About this house rental
Perfect family or multi family rental with a partial seasonal view of the golf course. This townhouse has 3 floors, each floor has its own living area and full bath and will sleep a maximum of 12 people comfortably. The main living area is a large open space with cathedral ceilings. The functional kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast bar. This opens up to the den area with plenty of comfortable seating including a large dining table with 6 chairs and 4 counter bar stools for additional seating . This main level also has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and shares a full bath and has deck access. The other bedroom on this level has a queen bed. Off the living area is a large deck with a gas grill and patio furniture with seating for up to 9. For your convenience, there is wireless high speed internet available throughout the house. The living room TV has streaming available with Netflix, Hulu , Amazon and many other popular apps. There is a DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s provided. Lower Level: The lower level of the home has another den area with a recliner, sofa sleeper and loveseat as well 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom on this level is centrally located for the bedrooms and den. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the lower level deck. Many family games are provided along with arts and crafts and a library of books for readers of all ages. There is a TV with a PlayStation and games, bumper pool , poker table, ping pong table, turntable with a small selection of records and a magnetic dart board are available as well. Upper level: There is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a full bathroom and loft with a sofa sleeper and 2 chairs as well as a TV with DVD player. Also available is a full size air mattress as well as a pack and play. There is high speed internet and wifi available and the marina is located close by for boat drop in. Streaming is available and includes HULU, Netflix and Amazon Prime All linens and towels are provided with additional linens if necessary - there is a pack and play and also a high chair available. This is a family home rental to include children and babies. This is a non smoking rental and no pets please.

We enjoyed the house, community pool, stocked house, lots of towels, and layout. The boys enjoyed the downstairs great room with pingpong tournaments, intense UNO games, and hanging out. The public local course was 14 minutes away and had beautiful greens. We would certainly visit again.

We stayed here for Clemsons Parents Weekend and had a wonderful time. Condo was equipped with anything we could need. Unit is large and gives everyone space to have privacy. Communication was great! Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities offered, but morning coffee on the large deck was wonderful.

This property was great! We stayed here when moving my son into Clemson for his freshman year. We loved that it felt like a home vs. staying at a hotel. It had everything we needed and more. It was so clean! Loved all of the Clemson decorations. Made us excited to start our Clemson life.
Teri was great to communicate with. Responded quickly to my questions.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting and it has plenty of room if we have other families and friends with us.

The property was exactly as stated. The 3 levels permitted plenty of space for private time as well as socializing and game times. We will definitely return.

Harbor Lights Townhouse
Our family really enjoyed staying in this lovely townhouse. There was plenty of room for everyone and every amenity we could possibly need was provided. The location was convenient to all of the fun activities available in Keowee Key. When our family gathers here in the future, we will look forward to staying here again.

What an amazing time for our first Vrbo experience! Our family traveled to Clemson so our daughter could attend a summer camp there and we could visit our other daughter. The TH was perfect - it was very clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we could ever need. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful community and using the amenities there. Our daughter's boyfriend, a collegiate athlete, could not believe the quality of the fitness center and was happy he could keep up with his routine on vacation. We played games, worked on a puzzle, made meals, and made some great memories. I wish we would've planned to stay longer but we will definitely be back!

Home Away from Home!

This property was perfect! The Bridal Party consisting of the Bride, seven attendants and a few of their husbands all stayed comfortably! Many of the VRBO's in the area were a little dated but this Property was modern, bright and attractive.
The communication with Teri was excellent! She not only responded quickly if I had a question but several times she proactively contacted me with thoughts or ideas to make our stay better. One of those was an unsolicited offer of early check-in several days before our stay.
The topper though was when we arrived, Teri had provided several bottles and types of champagne, chocolates, custom Bride-wine glasses and other snacks for the group! This made us feel very comfortable and welcome!!
Teri is definitely one of the best VRBO owners I have ever dealt with!

The owner of the house is very well organized and accommodating . She responded to all our questions promptly, and she let us have an earlier check-in time, and she left us a complimentary bottle of wine in the house, and she also readjusted the thermostat for us prior to our arrival to ensure that the house is nice and cool for us. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We cannot ask for a better experience ! 😊

Happy Bride

Best Vrbo ever!!!!
We loved this town home and the community. Communication with the owner was great, any question I had was answered immediately. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need, even an umbrella and insulated bag for food in the front hallway along with all the bbq utensils you could need there also. We were there to attend a Celebration of Life/Memorial Service for my brother-in-law and having such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay over the whole weekend was perfect. Because of three floors, we all had out separate living area to have time to process and then time to be together. My husband and I took the main floor with the master bedroom and master bath. Our son and his fiance took the lower level where they had their own deck, living room area, bedroom and full bath. This is where the game room was which was fully stocked and we were sad not to have the time to spend down there. My daughter and her fiance took the upper level which also had a living room area, the bedroom they stayed in and a full bathroom. We could not have asked for more from a rental. Each floor had an additional bedroom for more guests. This is truly a perfect rental for a family reunion get together. The only thing I would note is that the master bedroom had a king size bed which is very high, I being 5'2" had to be pulled up into bed each night by my husband. It was quite an amusing sight!!! Actually, the first night all watched as I tried getting up myself when we saw how high it was!
We really would love to come back again for a longer stay since this home is truly wonderful.

Beautiful place
The condo was exactly what me and my family needed. Plenty of space and comfortable clean bedrooms. The property was beautiful. If I ever get back there I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again. Perfect for family time
This home was perfect for 3 families to stay comfortably while we visited our relatives who live in the same community. We had everything we needed and Teri was quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had 6 adults and 6 children and had plenty of room within the 3 levels to not feel like we were on top of each other. We would love to return next summer!

Staying at Lake Keeowee
We were really happy at this condo. The location was great and the communication with the owners was a pleasure. They are easy to work with and they want to ensure you have a great time. We had a group of 10 people and plenty of room for all. I go to Lake Keeowee every year and I hope we can stay here again!

Wonderful, clean and allergy friendly
What a wonderful and fun place to stay. We were amazed at the amenities available, including some items in the pantry and refrigerator and a bunch of games, books and activities to do at the condo. The beds were comfortable, and my 6 year old so enjoyed the twin beds in the little “nook” upstairs - she thought that was so cool. I am super allergic to all animals and down/feather bedding and I had zero issues in this house - a rarity for me when I travel. House was clean and a comfortable place to stay. The owner was very respondent when I reached out with questions and clearly wants to make sure guests feel welcome at their home. Thank you so much! We would love to stay there again in the future!!!

Weekend stay for wedding
We had 10 of us staying in town for a wedding. The accommodations were great for our large group. Teri was great to communicate with every step of the way. Only downside was we had rain all weekend (not in anyone’s control). Teri’s place was prepared and we had so many games available to us that we really had a great time staying up and playing. We laughed a lot so I’m hoping we didn’t bother the neighbors too much. Really nice accommodations. Would definitely rent again if available.

Great space for a group!
We stayed here for my sons graduation from Clemson in May.The property is in Keowee Key, a gated community about 30 easy minutes from Clemson. We had family coming in from 5 cities at different arrival times. I thought the car pass situation would be tricky, but everything worked smoothly. There are 2 parking spots at the unit, others simply parked at the marina. This is close, but not walking distance. The townhome was spotlessly clean! Well stocked kitchen with basic supplies - including paper goods and spices. We had no issues cooking for a crowd. Generous space to sleep 10 comfortably with 2 twins in loft space to sleep 12. Grill and gathering area on porch made for a comfortable time! Games area and additional porch, 2 nice bedrooms, on bottom floor. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all inquiries promptly. We hope to stay again for Clemson games! Easy commute that goes against most traffic on game days.

Excellent Hospitality
We had a great stay at this Keowee Key townhouse! Teri is an excellent host—she confirmed all details and instructions well in advance of our trip. Every last detail was anticipated, down to having coffee sitting next to the coffee maker! The house is spacious with three separate living spaces. Check out was a breeze too. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had!
