We stayed with our extended family for a week and appreciated the ample space and location. The bedrooms all having their own bathrooms was a big plus and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen, eating area, and living room were open and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group. The location was within 30 minutes of many attractions and the airport which was very convenient. Robin was very responsive and quick to address any issues that came up.

Great house and host. Communication was easy and everything worked out well for a large 25 person group with ages 8 to 55. Plenty of activities come with the house and Reunion to keep everyone active and happy! Thank you

Our visit to this property was amazing. My family and I stayed 3 nights at this property in July 2023.
The host was very responsive and the property was just as we expected. The resort was veryyy nice and we visited the water park which the kids enjoyed.
We had plenty of appliances and kitchen gadgets to cook meals.
We would definitely book another stay here. The only issue we had (which was not anyone's fault) were raccoons in the pool area.
Overall, lovely neighborhood and great property.

Our team was here for AAU Nationals. It was such a great option to a hotel and all the girls and parents enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. Not to mention the house and resort amenities! We so enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to any big group but especially for teams looking for an alternative to hotels. Thanks Robin!!

Our family had an enjoyable time in this well-laid-out house with great pool area and its lovely view. However, there were a variety of issues, most of which were satisfactorily resolved by maintenance staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. Hot water was the biggest problem and recurred throughout our stay. Parts of the house had no hot water no matter how long we let the taps run. One of the three tankless water heaters had to be fixed but we continued to have problems with the hot water, especially in the kitchen and the bathrooms on the second floor at the back of the house. Other kitchen problems included a leak from one of the sinks; ice makers with low output; fridge filters were replaced as there were particles in the water; and there was a leak from one of the fridges due to ice buildup on the bottom of the unit. The outside grill was nice but had not been cleaned. Most of the TVs needed to be adjusted by maintenance to function. The one-day breakdown of the second floor AC was understandable given the extreme heat. We closely monitored that no one tampered with the thermostat setting, and it helped to have a notice clearly posted. Otherwise the AC was fine.

The house was spacious, and clean. Took a little over an hour to check in and some of the appliances could use a little love from overuse but overall everything was great. The pool, view, and waterpark access made any hiccups minor and worth it! We were very sad checking out! Highly recommend!

The house was welcoming and clean for a family reunion. Robin and the maintenance/cleaning company were responsive. Pool and hot tub were very appreciated. Both kids and adults enjoyed the property.

This house was perfect for our family vacation which we took just after Christmas. We found the house to be just as described and fit our 19 person family extremely well. The pictures don't do justice to the true size of the kitchen/family room. They're very big and made for a great gathering spot. The kitchen table seats around 16-18 people and was great for family games. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the hot tub was a fun hang out in the cooler Florida nights.
Robin is a great host; she answered all questions promptly, both before and during our stay. Any issues we had were addressed by Robin immediately. We did have one issue that couldn't be remedied (a broken dishwasher) and while Robin and her handymen worked day & night to fix/replace it, they just could not find a replacement prior to us leaving. But that was more due to a broken supply chain and not a reflection on the host.
The setting (just off the second tee of a Nicklaus course) was wonderful and provided nice privacy in the backyard.
In the end our vacation was made even more wonderful because of a great house and a great host. Thanks Robin!

Our groups was 11 high school boys and their moms. House was amazing with plenty of space for boys and mom to hang and relax. Kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with 2 refrigerators, ovens, sinks and dishwashers. Multiple fridges to keep drinks cold. We grilled at the outdoor kitchen. Pool and spa are perfect with plenty of chairs for all 22 of us to hang out.
We used the reunion resort to golf, play pickleball, and work out. We could see our boys on the second hole of golf from the pool!
Visited the rooftop bar for fireworks one night.
The owner was superb with immediate responses. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. It was a magical trip at an amazing house and a beautful resort. Highly recommend.

This was the best property. Plenty of room for a large group. Everything down to the bedding was perfect. Perfect location, perfect development with plenty to do. I will rent again wtih family for a holiday. Great job owners on setting it up for an amazing experince Thank you agian

The house was excellent with plenty of room for everyone, great location looking over one of the tee boxes on the Nicklaus golf course. Dealing with Robin was amazing she respond back immediately on every email that we sent her. This property would be great for families to share if they are visiting the Orlando area.

Right from beginning from communication with Robin to check out we had excellent experience with this house. Robin used to reply to my questions within 2 minutes of sending a message. They made our check in very easy. House was beautiful, perfect size for our group, clean with all amenities. Robin was very flexible on schedule with us and made this reunion the best experience we had. Would definitely go back to same house next time we are in Orlando. Thank you Robin

This home is gorgeous however I complained multiple times about the a/c not working properly . Your maintenance guy came out and he too agreed that the a/c system wasn’t working properly. The outside ceiling fans motors was shot therefore sitting on the patio with my 65 year old siblings was a no go until I went to Walmart and purchased several large fans. Which of course I also used them at night for sleeping better due to the 78* degree temperatures at night. I had to call and report a water leak coming from one of the refrigerators and upon pulling it from the wall roaches scattered everywhere. An exterminator was sent out to spray and I swear those filthy rascals ran even harder. I’m a cleaning freak so I put lots of time cleaning than relaxing.
You have a very beautiful home. Your staff isn’t detailing your home as they should be thus could cause negative reviews. Everything should be checked off before allowing anyone else to a key code. Last but not least the previous renters trash was still on site leaving no where for us to store trash other than the garage.
Once again your home is gorgeous. Your cleaning staff is either under paid or just don’t care about such a beautiful piece of property.
Oh one final thing: have you ever thought about putting a entry way table in your foyer.
Despite the negative reviews my family will be looking forward to visiting this resort again. I’ve rented multiple homes at this resort and several other resorts in Florida and my family love the week together as a hold.

The bedrooms were clean and beautiful. The kitchen was enormous and there was plenty of fridge and pantry space for our food and table/counter space for guests to eat. The pool and hot tub were amazing and bigger than the pictures made it look. We went to the Reunion waterpark one day. The lazy river and frozen drinks were great.
We had no problems at all for the 3 nights we stayed at the house. Robin was always super quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our weekend and was incredibly helpful. THANK YOU for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!!!

Summit House
House was nice and clean. The garages were not useable which was not good as we had 7 vehicles so one of our cars got a ticket one night being out on the street. Not all rooms had remotes so we had to call to sevice for that. The dishwasher had no rollers so it kept coming down on our toes when we would load it. The bed in the dog room was really hard. Otherwise, the house was good. Nothing fancy about it.

Amazing stay. Robin was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The house is even nicer then the pictures and provide a warm, luxurious and fun environment for our extended family reunion. Water parks were a massive perk for the kids and we can’t wait to go back.

Great place for a group
Went for a March madness trip. House was incredible - everything was as listed, backyard was the best on the street and house was plenty big for 20 adults. We will be back!

The house was clean and well equipped. Everything worked fine. Our only issue was the pool alarm. This alarm is very irritating and does not allow you to leave the doors open and enjoy the outside air. Our group forgot to push the button at least 8 - 10 times every day and the annoying alarm went off. The alarm also restricts your use of the outdoor dining area since you have to push the alarm button and slide the doors open EVERY time you go in or out. Most people just leave the doors open when enjoying the patio. But that is not possible here.

This definitely a great way to do a golf trip and we will be renting houses moving forward. This house had everything advertised, and there was plenty of room for 12 guys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook/grill meals. Backing up to the golf course was great and provided more privacy since there was not a house directly behind us. The house was clean and in a great spot as the golf courses were only 5-6 minutes away. The shuttle was available to transport us when needed with very little wait time and can accommodate 12-16 people with golf clubs. Robin is a great property manager and was always responsive within an hour. We are already looking to book our trip back here for next year.

Golf getaway
The house is perfectly described in the write up. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was awesome. We were 13 golfers (somewhat) down from Long Island and found the house to be fantastic. Messaging with the owner Robin was also a pleasant experience. Quick responses and very helpful. Would definitely use the property again in the future.

The movie theater room and rest of the house gave us all plenty of space, plus the pool and outdoor patio area. All around great house to stay in if you’re planning a trip to reunion.

This was an amazing weekend for all with great weather. The house very clean, inviting, breathtaking and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. Parking for our vehicles worked out perfect with the use of the garages and the driveway. The host Robin very accommodating. Some of our guests said their beds were so comfortable they had a hard time getting out of them. The pool and jacuzzi was enjoyed by everyone in our party. The water park with the lazy river was a nice added touch. The teens in our group enjoyed the game room and movie theatre tremendously. The outdoor kitchen amazing, grilling while enjoying the pool. We had a blast. There was something for all age group to enjoy at the house without leaving the house. Only thing, wish we had a longer stay but there’s always next time. Finally the birthday queen truly was amazed and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend celebration. I would definitely recommend and would visit this property again.Karlene Weickerson
