We’ve rented dozens of properties PB this one ranks toward the top. Great location, clean, comfortable, great patio with high quality furniture and a garage packed with beach toys and 4 bikes and kayaks.

Great location on a quiet strip off the bay. Grocery, eateries, sun and surf all walking distance. The condo came with every essential item you could need and the owner promptly responded to any questions.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is steps from both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Many great restaurants within walking distance and many of your sightseeing areas are no further than 20 minutes away if not closer. The unit is fun and unique with three different levels including an amazing master suite and bathroom. The communication was from the owner was fantastic. We will stay here again!

This place was perfect (IF you can comfortably do stairs!) The pictures don’t do it’s proximity to the bay justice and it was just a short walk to the Oceanside. Close enough that if you forget to take something over to the Oceanside beach you can easily get back to the house to get it. We walked seriously everywhere, grocery, beaches, great restaurants. Check in and check out was so easy, the hosts were easy to contact and super friendly, there were plenty of sleeping options with an air mattress and sleeping pad plus pull out option in the master if you have a younger kid you want closer. We would definitely return!

Close to restaurants, the beach, the bay. There is a grocery/convenience store a block away and a supermarket about a mile away. The bus is close and easy to use. It's a great location and the house is really nice. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pots and pans in the kitchen which were teflon and scratched up so we didn't use them. Otherwise, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were a few feet from the Mission Beach side so we could easily take walks along this side. One day we walked over to the nearby wharf and watched a class in sailing. We were only a few short blocks from the Pacific Ocean side and walked there to see the sun set. Also very close to a coffee shop and multiple restaurants, and a doable walk to the grocery store. The only downside was having a Keurig coffee machine instead of a regular coffee maker - well, at least for us. That's probably a pretty small thing for most folks. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

The house is literally steps from the bay, I found that perfect since I had my 2 grandsons with me. I didn't have to worry about the big beach with huge waves. The toys that were in the garage were perfect for them to play and make castles with. They even had life vests that fit them perfect!!! The bicycles in the garage were great for the kids and adults as well. I really liked the attention to detail in the house, everything was organized and labeled. We had everything we needed, just like our home! We also liked the parking, I've noticed it's not easy to find parking along mission beach. Let me tell you.... this house had parking for 2 vehicles.... not just 1 but for 2!!!! That's a plus!!!! Even though we only had 1 vehicle. And our vehicle is a 4 Runner, not a small car and it fit perfectly. My husband decided to leave the car parked outside, much easier for us to get out. If you have a smaller car, you'll have no problems. A lot of the times we walked to the local restaurants and coffee shops. Everything was so close to us. And the big ocean is also within walking distance, no need to drive over there. The neighbors were all nice and respectful, We didn't have a problem with loud music or anyone having loud parties. June is the beginning of summer and it was nice and relaxing. The communication with the owner I thought was by far the best!!! He text me to make sure I had the instructions for the house. He would text and check on us, to see if we were good and if we needed anything. I've stayed at other locations and never had this kind of open communication with the owners. We will for sure book this beautiful house in our next San Diego trip!!!!

We had a great stay in San Diego. Even on the rainy days, we had this nice place to enjoy indoor activities. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location. Close to the bay and beach, lots of places to eat and things to do. Beach house was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay at the house again.

Great place to stay, and if you are staying as a family, everything you need to keep the kiddos happy on the beach. Amenities are walkable. so great not to waste precious vacation time, finding parking. Cozy and comfortable.

The house was in a perfect location for the things we wanted to do. Unfortunately the pictures did ot really reflect that you would have to carry your groceries for the week , your luggage etc up a flight of stairs. We were warned about the stairs for the 2 yo, they are open stairs and all she wanted to do was climb them, I think you should hold fast to 4-12 yo. Our fault. The second BR was on the 1st floor but was only a double bed, the main floor required us to blow up a mattress each night anad take down each day which was a pain so we didn't do it. My daughter and kids took the master on the 3rd floor with all the stairs to get up and we took the small room and made do. This would be a perfect place for a younger couples without kids. The stairs and sleeping arrangements were just too much for my family ,totally our challenge but still a beautiful home and great ammenities. I would only suggest you take out some of the "Stuff" so there would be more room to store Pantry items in the kitchen and bathroom, Every inch had something in it so bringing our own stuff created clutter. I will start with the positive: the place was amazingly clean - it was obvious that the cleaning crew did a great job! Especially now, during COVID, this is a huge plus. In addition, the owners' attention to details is remarkable - everything was labeled, and nicely decorated. And yet, we did not enjoy this house, for the following 2 reasons: 1. Location - if you imagine a quiet beach house, where you sit on the balcony listening to the peaceful evening or the waves, then this is not the property for you. The house is surrounded by many sources of noise, including noisy neighbors, music, and work done in multiple location around the place. The area has a noisy, urban, vibe to it. This is a highly-populated area, with numerous vacation houses, where people come and go on a daily basis. 2. The house - for a family, it felt extremely small. Here is the house layout: you open the door and have a very small room + stairs taking you to the main floor where you find a small living room and very small kitchen. Then stairs take you to the third floor with another small bedroom and a spacious bathroom (the only large room in the house). The place is simply too small to feel comfortable. Bottom line: for this price range, you can find much better options out there.

We really, really enjoyed our stay in this extremely lovely, perfected setup home! It was our family of four. The home was beautifully decorated, had everything you could think of, from kitchen tools, bbq utensils, and so, so many beach toys! We used the wagon daily, the floating island on the bay and were so grateful for many, many beach towels! We would absolutely recommend this home, which not only had bikes, garage parking, washer dryer, but 3 outdoor spaces! It was perfect! Thank you Steve and we look forward to staying again next year!

Perfect location to go to both mission bay and the beach. It was great having the kayaks, Lilly pad, beach toys and boogie boards available to use!

Clean, modern. As an airline pilot I spend half my life sleeping somewhere else. This is as close to home that I have found.Respectfully R12 sends
