About this house rental
Nestled in Bridgehampton, this charming house for $2,033 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This cozy furnished country-style farmhouse sleeps eight at base price and up to ten people at a maximum for $100/night extra cost. Children under 5 not counted. The home is minutes to ocean or bay beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house sits on over an acre of land adjacent to the 1000-acre Long Pond Greenbelt, a 7 mile north-south corridor of ponds, streams and adjacent upland areas. Out back is a wooden deck, an in-ground heated pool, outdoor shower and a pool house. The pool is heated and sits in sun all day. There are 9 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 12. The first floor includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove appliances, new breakfast room seats 6, dining area seats 8, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room and large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has been expanded with cathedral ceiling and newly added bathroom, ensuite if desired or available to all bedrooms. Newly constructed 2 story addition with breakfast room on first floor. The house is centrally located between the Villages of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. Very charming house and location cannot be beat! Ronnie was so responsive throughout the process and with any questions, although we didn’t really need to contact her because everything is explained so well! We loved swimming and relaxing on the private deck. We will be back!

House is very comfortable, clean and attractively decorated. The deck and pool are also significant pluses. The ocean was misbehaving on two of the four days. Otherwise, the weather cooperated, and it was a great vacation although brief.

Our family had a great stay at Ronnie’s house - very communicative from time of booking and throughout check in process. Once checked in we never needed to contact Ronnie because everything was so clearly laid out in the house manual and exactly as described. Spent many hours in the pool and enjoyed meals on the deck. Highly recommend this rental, quick drive to downtown and other family friendly activities!

If we could give Ronnie and the house more than five stars, we would! The house was great for our family vacation ( 6 adults and 2 children). The house was fully equipped and well maintained. There was plenty of space in the house and the pool was great. The location was perfect because it was about 10 minutes away from Sagg Main Beach, the Village of Sag Harbor and shopping. Ronnie was very responsive to any questions we had and is a super host.

The Perfect Stay for a Big Group
Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The house had everything we needed and more!! It’s even better than the photos. Everyone in my group commented how great the house was. Spacious and comfortable for a group of guys and girls between the ages of 21 and 30. I was so impressed with how clean and well kept the house is. The outdoor space is a dream. It’s so private and peaceful. The outdoor dining table was perfect for our group of 10 where we had many group dinners. The pool even came with some pool floats! The host Ronnie was so helpful and made everything very easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for such a memorable stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Ronnie’s house. We had some problems initially, some trash in backyard from previous renter and a door handle fell off one of the doors. The owner responded quickly and had someone come over and pick up the trash and my husband was able to fix the door handle. The house is decorately so beautifully and has many modern appliances. The new renovation is really nice.

The Perfect Hamptons Getaway
We had the best time at Ronnie’s well maintained home. It had been freshly renovated in the most beautiful way. If there are any issues, Ronnie is a phone call away and ready to tend to your needs. The pool filter had not been working our first night so Ronnie sent her pool staff over to fix it immediately. You won’t regret choosing to stay here.

This is our second time staying at Ronnette's house this summer. It is a lovely, relaxing place that is comfortable, unpretentious, and close to everything. The house opens out to a very nice pool with a surrounding deck area and lots of chaises and umbrellas, and then a lovely seating area overlooking it. The two levels afford a very gracious set up for dining and relaxing. The kitchen and dining area are on the small side for a large group, but we mostly ate outside and grilled. The living room was cozy and a great spot for reading and doing a puzzle when the weather wasn't cooperative. We are so grateful that we found Ronnette's house and had the chance to stay here this summer!

Our second stay this summer!

Lovely home.
The home was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor space is the icing on the cake. There is plenty of seating by the pool and away from the pool. We enjoyed several dinners and evenings on the deck. We had a few snags upon check-it but the homeowner made up for it. She was responsive and helpful during our stay.

Wonderful stay in Bridgehampton
Seven family members aged 15-59 stayed in the Ronnette's house for 9 wonderful days. The house is lovely and it feels like a comfortable, real home. The outdoor deck and pool area are just great and the house is close to everything. We brought bikes and biked to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Gibson Beach in Sagaponack. Ronnette and her house manager were available for anything that came up. We loved our stay so much, we are returning for another week at the end of the summer!

Lovely stay near Bridgehampton
We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house was clean and cozy. It had everything you would need including the kitchen tools and towels. There is a large master bedroom on the main floor and the remaining bed rooms on the second floor. We had a few hiccups like the coffee maker which did not work at first and Ronnie was very quick to help out and fix the issues promptly. Her property manager Allison came to help and was such a kind person as well. We were just a quick drive from town, the beach and Wolffer winery. We enjoyed the back deck while using the pool and grill. There was lounge chairs and nice big umbrellas on the pool deck as well as the main outdoor dining table. I would recommend this home to anyone.

A perfect getaway for a group of friends!
After a much needed escape from the city, Ronnie’s home ended up being the perfect place to spend 10 days.
We were fortunate enough to spend most of our time outside, enjoying the sun lit pool and outdoor shower (huge plus!) and large deck/grill area.
The house itself felt super homey and welcoming, and the location was perfect. A very short drive into Sag Harbor. We will definitely return when we get the chance!

Wonderful centrally located hamptons retreat
We had an excellent stay at this property in Bridgehampton. It is very centrally located, just a 5 minute drive to town and a 10 minute drive to Sag Harbor. The outdoor space at the house is excellent. The pool is fantastic with 6 lounge chairs. The deck has a nice table with a new Weber grill. The inside was clean and had a lot of kitchenware.
The owner, Ronnie, is very responsive. She confirmed our reservation the same day and responded to any questions quickly.
The first floor has a nice Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, living room, kitchen and another half bath. The top floor has 4 additional bedroom.
I would stay here again given the location, responsiveness of the owner and outdoor space.
