Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this charming house for $836 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A Yachtsman’s home - this fabulous place is one of a kind. Exquisitely furnished sound front home becomes your luxurious dream rental! Shimmering sunset views overlooking the Seapath Marina can be yours. The grand entrance of this home features a foyer which offers a warm welcome along with the spacious sitting/game room, a large TV and pool table, sofa bed and bath that has a walk-in shower and sauna. On this first level is a bedroom with a queen bed that opens onto a covered outside sitting area with the hot tub just outside enclosed by open walls. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 2 built in bunks, each having a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The adjacent bedroom has a queen-size bed with TV. Both bedrooms open onto an open covered sound front porch with large TV for an outdoor entertainment experience. The hall bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms. The other two bedrooms both feature king beds with private baths. Both sleeping quarters have their own private porch that faces Wrightsville Beach Park. The top level features a large open gourmet kitchen -dining and living area combination designed to accommodate large family gatherings. This area opens onto a large 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop deck area that is great for sitting, sunning and entertaining. The deck sails have been removed. This top floor has the main primary bedroom with a king bed and large private bath. This magnificent home is the best of both worlds - a boater’s paradise and only .8 miles from the beach! Boaters will enjoy the deep-water covered boat dock which can accommodate up to a 50-foot boat or two smaller center console boats. Fresh water wash down and shore power provided. **Main boat slip is included with rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Smaller slip next to bulkhead available year-round with rental and can accommodate a small skiff.** This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe amenity for everyone to enjoy. All facilities that are complaint and permit elevator usage will be able to be filtered in search results by selecting the Elevator or Private Elevator amenity search. This house was perfect for us as a group of ladies that came in for a state tennis tournament. Lots of room and beds, and the views were beautiful.

Have been coming down to Wilmington for a 50+ hockey tournament for the last several years and always try to find a place in Wrightsville Beach. This house was amazing with plenty of room for everybody. We had 14 staying with us this year. Great open top floor that opens up to a huge deck over the boathouse. Would like to come back next year.

Property was clean and convenient for a fishing trip. Only downside was that the grill was falling apart and needs to be replaced.

Home was very large and accommodating for our large family reunion. The deck area needs attention. Grill was dirty, fire pit was not able to be used and there were swarms of carpenter bees so we really couldn’t enjoy being outside. Otherwise, there is plenty of space and beds if you have a large gathering. Close to beach and restaurants.

Great spot to reconnect with family and unwind. What a fantastic location….Amenities were amazing and everyone had their own space and then some. It would have been great for the elevator to be functional as I had 2 seniors my party.

We absolutely loved the house. My daughter graduated from UNCW this weekend and I wanted a large house with an elevator so our family and friends could spend time together celebrating. Unfortunately the elevator was turned off. Someone from the rental office told us about the elevator issue a few days before we showed up. That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

The house was spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were as comfortable as if I was at home. We had an issue with the 2nd floor A/C and the after-hours staff were very helpful. We received service just a little over an hour after we called and the technician didn’t leave until the issue was completely resolved. The only thing that would’ve made the stay better is if it was beachfront - but you can control that. Great stay for my family of 13!!

We celebrated my husbands birthday here with friends and family. The top floor with the open kitchen, dining, living room that opens out onto the large deck was our favorite. All of the bedrooms are spacious. We would definitely recommend and if we're in the area again, will definitely look into renting the same house.

First off let me say the house is GREAT for groups. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean upon arrival. We loved sitting on the deck each evening watching the amazing sunsets. ADDED BONUS-this house has an elevator people!!!! Makes loading and unloading so much easier. The teens loved the pool table and hot tub. It was great having a dock right there are the house. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans for groups that like to cook. The sun sails in the garage made the outdoor deck perfect for afternoon cocktails! Also please be aware that the linen package does not include beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also if you are like our group we should have paid for additional bath towels so we weren't washing each day. Nobody's fault but our own.
I will say the management company did drop the ball on the broken dishwasher. It took 2 days for someone to come out only to be told he wasn't an appliance repair man (he did look at the dishwasher and said it was beyond what he could do) and that he was told one wouldn't be available our entire stay.
This house has it all and you won't be disappointed!!

The best thing about this location is the actual location of the house and how close it is to the beach. We were able to easily drive and park at the nearby access or walk down the sidewalk after crossing the street. The house is large and seemingly inviting. There were plenty of rooms so that all the adults/couples could have a room and bathroom of their own, and we still had bunk beds left if guests wanted to join. The living room/kitchen space is nice and open, and everyone fit well. There is an elevator, which is good for bringing up furniture, but be prepared to climb the three flights of stairs - we got a good workout! The downfalls of the house include that the place wasn't as clean as we would like. We immediately noticed stains on the steps going up to the 2nd floor. Someone must have dropped something red on the steps and walls, but it was clear that no one mopped or cleaned after the previous guests left. At least two of the chairs at the dining table were broken, and two of the lounge chairs on the large deck were also broken. Our group checked out early - the Palmetto bugs (large cockroaches) that come out in the evening completely ruined our stay. We were trying to enjoy the large deck. We had already made a run to CVS because the ants on the deck were biting us, and we were having a decent time until the sun started to go down and the larger bugs came out. We decided to go inside and keep the doors closed, which was working well. Then we saw them inside! I am deathly afraid of them, and I have had a panic attack in the past. My sister is also very afraid, and we both screamed and jumped every time we saw a new one. We spent the next few hours of our night spraying the house, killing bugs, and being completely paranoid. We moved all of our belongings off the floors in our rooms, not that it mattered because those big bugs crawl on everything. We made the decision to check out and not endure that another night. No one got good sleep, and we could not experience a 2nd night of those bugs. I emailed the realty company back and forth a couple of times. Their solution was to send out pest control after saying that the roaches are common to the area. They might be common to the area, but I don't want them in my house or things. We checked out early, and we will not ever stay here again.

It is unbelievable that this property is touted as "great for large family gatherings & special occasions". My daughter got married at Ft Fisher, we felt we had found the perfect house to stay and host our family and the few friends that attended the wedding. Bryant Realty clearly told us we would have no problem but to be mindful of the noise ordinance, which we had no problem abiding by. Because the house dining table only seats 12 (but house sleeps 18) I rented 4 tables to set up on the deck. 2 hrs. before the wedding Mark Bryant called advising we were being watched on camera & accused us of having a LARGE EVENT saying we had 12 tables set up w/ a catered meal. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.I was cooking dinner even as we spoke. We were told that ANY gathering at the house would result in the police evicting us on the spot!!I was stunned, I asked repeatedly to speak to the property owner and was told "Absolutely NOT", As I tried to explain the situation and the size of the planned dinner, my daughter cried hysterically begging not to stop the dinner on her wedding day. He continued to threaten police eviction if any gathering took place at Captains Deck, stating "even having tables set up on the deck was grounds for eviction". Mark Bryant was a hateful arrogant jerk. We have NEVER been treated in such a manner. I don't know if Bryant Realty or the Captains Deck property owner (or both) made such an incredibly heartless decision, but I hope both remember our families on their child's wedding day. After some friends moved the dinner to another location while we were at the ceremony, we were told by MULTIPLE neighbors that parties were held at that property all the time!! Unfortunately we did not read all the horrible reviews on Bryant Realty before we rented from them. So many of the comments mirror the treatment we received. I'm shocked these people are still in business.

Loved the home and wanted to stay an extra day but you cant get a hold of anyone on the weekends very UNACCEPTABLE! Not only that we were 2 hrs late leaving hoping to hear back from someone so that we could stay . The cleaning crew showed up at noon which made us 2 hrs late leaving because we were hoping for a phone call back and we got charged for 5 hours!!! Again extremely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Beautiful house but we will never use Bryant again!
