Windemere is just 20 miles from the Pensacola,FL Airport and approx. 10 minutes to the world famous Blue Angels air base. This spacious 2 bedroom condo offers all of the amenities of home. Quality furnishings, full kitchen, flat screen tv's, double vanities, separate shower and garden tub in the master bathroom, and a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico! The sunsets are incredible! This 9th floor unit is high enough to escape the ground level noise(pool, beach, etc.) but low enough to capture the relaxing sound from the soothing Gulf waves! Condo access is by combination lock. NO KEYS TO KEEP UP WITH!! Windemere has an elevated pool located on the 3rd floor with a large sun deck. There is a beautiful boardwalk that will lead you to the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf. You may also want to BBQ with the family at our new grilling area after a long day on the beach! The condo is extremely clean and well stocked. The building has an ice machine, a reserved parking space and all of the best amenities. The condo owner, Bill, is the most attentive host that I ever worked with. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom very spacious condo on the 9th floor. We really appreciated the stunning ocean views from the higher floor, as we also stayed on the 4th floor which does not offer the same views! The condo was fairly well stocked for most of our needs, but there was no beach gear (chairs, umbrella). Highly recommend this condo and this complex as it is centrally located on a beautiful white sand beach with a stunning beach/ocean view from the condo, and the owner was very responsive to our emails and calls.

We had another great stay in Perido Key. Usually with condos we rent we run into minor issues with a condo. This time we didn't run into any issues.
The owner checked in with me a day into our visit to make sure we had safe travels in and was settled in well. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time in Bill’s condo for a month. Quiet and not congested. A beautiful area for Rest, Sun and Beach. Bill was wonderful to work with.

The condo was just as listed and the area was wonderful. Having a dedicated parking spot with the Condo # on it is perfect - no coming back late and trying to find a place to park. This area of the beach is less congested and we didn't feel crowded. Perdido Key didn't have an enormous amount of restaurants (the ones they do have are wonderful) but in 5 minutes you can be in Orange Beach which has several options to choose from. The owner was very nice and has a genuine desire to assist with any needs or questions. We will definitely be back.

Loved staying at the Windemere! Owner of this unit is very nice. This two bed, two bath condo has all the basics you need on vacation except for no jetted bathtub. Dining table seats just four plus two barstools at counter which is fine if you have only four people. Tasteful decor/artwork and clean, comfortable beds. Most all furniture and appliances are well kept. Some balcony chairs, washcloths/kitchen linens and shower curtain liner could be replaced soon. Even though our unit’s water pressure sometimes decreased considerably when the adjoining unit turned on their shower, I would stay here again. It’s not the fanciest Perdido Key beachfront condo we’ve had, but we loved the super friendly and helpful beach chair/umbrella guys.

This is our fourth time staying here and we love it! Bill is wonderful to work with and the condo is beautiful. The Windemere is perfect for families. It isn’t too crowded on the beach and it is such a family atmosphere. We love that the area isn’t so crowded, but there are still amazing restaurants around. The view from the condo is my favorite part! I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed 8 days at this wonderful condo . The 9th floor was perfect for the view but a good distance from the noise coming from pool . Mr. Bill is absolutely a pleasure to do business with . The only negative thing I can say about the condo was being woke up every morning by 5 am by the extremely rude and loud tenants above us . It sounded like they were moving furniture every single morning. I would gladly rent this condo again .

The condo was just as pictured and very clean. Bill, the owner, was very responsive to phone calls when we had questions. The beach is amazing and just a short walk over the boardwalk for access. Washer/dryer in unit is convenient. The large balcony has a great view of the gulf. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

This unit is lovely and comes with everything you need. The owner communication was excellent. He was easy to reach, responsive to our questions. The building was undergoing repair in some units due to a recent hurricane and he was knowledgeable and helpful re: the plans and process. We have used VRBO for several years and this owner was by far the best and most helpful.
