Our newly renovated condo (May 2020) is a perfect get away for families looking for the ease and enjoyment of an OCEAN FRONT unit! New Sliding door, Trex Deck and high top chairs (Summer 2021). Views from the family room, the kitchen and the deck will not disappoint. It is located high enough on the second floor, to see comfortably beyond the dunes. From the time you wake up in the morning, until you say goodnight, you will enjoy the peaceful sight and sound of waves crashing in the ocean. Newly renovated kitchen with cabinetry, quartz countertops, flooring throughout, recessed lighting (2020) and much more will provide you and your family with wonderful vacation memories! Family room overlooks the deck with oceanfront views. Two new coaches for the 2023 season! New deck with new high top chairs. New slider from family room into deck. New rug in family room and artwork. (2022) Just steps from the oceanfront pool and beach, you will have the luxury of walking out your front door and crossing the dunes to the beach. No need to lug toys and beach apparel in a cart or a car. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, with a master bath. The Second bedroom contains a full sized bed, and 2 twin beds. In the alcove of the hallway, there is a set of bunk beds. In total, the condo will sleep 7 people comfortably. Both bathrooms contain a bath tub/shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, a new refrigerator (2021) microwave (2020) and new stove (2020). Pull a stool up to the island, and enjoy your morning cup of Joe!

We loved the place, so close to the water and I loved getting shells. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Anything you would need was there in the kitchen. Great location!!!

Easy walking access to Duck shopping and boardwalk. Beach access has a nice boardwalk. Perfect unobstructed ocean view of sunrise. Comfy high deck chairs. Condo kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms and living room/dining areas were comfy. The owner responded quickly to inquiries. No negative issues. Highly recommend.

Wonder views from the deck of this condo, we sat watching the ocean and having cocktails in the evening. Condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The bathrooms could use some updating and the kids bedroom needs to have the beds tightened up. Overall the host was easy to deal with, definitely would stay again!!! The views are just beautiful!! Pour a coffee and watch that sunrise it is breathtaking from this deck!!!

The wife and I had a very nice time visiting the Outer Banks. The Condo was very nice, it was stocked with all your needs. The balcony view and pool were great, and beach awesome we had a wonderful time. We were kept entertained helping Larry (maintenance man) catch a motherless week old baby deer so he could take to wildlife rescue. He did finally rescue her thankfully because it wouldn't of lasted to much longer with no food. I would rent this condo again.

Listing stated out of date information, such as linens, Wi-Fi, receiving of code. Also it was very windy when we were there and you could hear the wind very loudly whistling through the house. We finally figured out it was coming through the bottom of the front door, and we stuffed paper towels in there to stop it. So needs to be re-sealed. Place was very clean, cute, and great view otherwise.

We just got home from this amazing place and want to go back immediately. The location is just perfect, and the condo is in great shape. Our 13 year old son stayed in the second bedroom, and could have slept 2-3 more kids in that room. Our daughter decided to stay in the "hallway fort" which could have slept another kid. The master suite was huge, secluded and comfortable. The property itself is pretty worn down, but that doesn't take away from the best beach we've ever been on. We used the tennis courts, which were fine. There is evidence of a swing set and basketball court, but those are no longer usable. We'd come back to this exact unit without a second thought. Just wonderful!

No surprises, no disappointments. It really is a beautiful place, right on the beach (and with views of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony).

This property was just as described. The views from the deck are amazing. The place was spacious enough for our family of four (and each kid got their own set of bunkbeds which made them happy!). It was clean and ready to go. You will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags - but the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. I would recommend a stay here and would return!

We had a great time as a family. Two bedrooms/bath worked well for my husband and I and our 2 sons. Awesome view of the ocean from the deck. The unit was clean and light. The host responded quickly when we had a problem with the lock. The only issues we had were a lack of towel racks in the front bath and towels and dish cloths to use in the kitchen. I would have brought these and paper supplies if I had known they wouldn’t be available..

Had a great time at our condo. Easy check in and keypad is so easy. Sitting watching the waves and pelicans and dolphins. Balcony had high chairs so view was spectacular. Beautiful sky at night. Walk to town was quick so that made walking for ice cream way to easy. Weather was perfect.

Great stay, loved the location and condo. Only con, was no trash bags, seran wrap or kitchen towels, so go prepared. We found no beach umbrella either. But, we would stay again.

The things that I would change is to have foil wrap, baggies, tin foil , paper towels and dish towels on hand. I know you need to bring items but I don't want to bring my whole kitchen. lol The pots and pans were hard to cook with seeing they are really old. Other than that the rental was great. The pictures are true to the property. For people renting, if stairs are an issue, this rental has three flights you need to go up. I loved it for the exercise so it was fine. Bring binoculars so you can look for the dolphins. We saw them on last three days of our vacation, as we spotted them from our balcony that looks right over the ocean. I would rent this property again.

The condo is decorated very nice, bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied
The only issue we had is that the dune deck right outside our building was under construction and not useable. It would have been nice if someone had warned us about that. Lots of noise from saws and nail guns 😬

Perfect!!!
The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The property manager was also very kind - we had mentioned we were doing this trip as a delayed honeymoon (we got married during the peak of COVID) and she had us a nice bottle of wine waiting upon arrival. The unit has gorgeous ocean views and the beach is easily accessible from the building. We are already planning a return trip, will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect Duck Condo
This updated, clean, condo has the perfect view of the ocean from the comfortable couches in the living room. It is well stocked with dishes and linens. The beach is easily accessible and the pool appears to be clean and well kept up even though it was too cold for us to use it.

This condo has a great view at an ideal location in Duck. We enjoyed our morning walk to a local coffee shop and nice restaurant’s in close proximity. This was a winter visit for us and I look forward to returning for a late summer vacation. This property has been updated through out as advertised. I must mention that it has a new sliding glass door that opens to a new Trex deck balcony! A great extension of the living room!

This condo has a great view at an ideal location in Duck. We enjoyed our morning walk to a local coffee shop and nice restaurant’s in close proximity. This was a winter visit for us and I look forward to returning for a late summer vacation. This property has been updated through out as advertised. I must mention that it has a new sliding glass door that opens to a new Trex deck balcony! A great extension of the living room!

The property was just as nice as portrayed in the listing. It was extremely clean and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! The condo was just the right size for the three of us and the oceanfront location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the OBX.

This condo was perfect for our mother/daughters getaway celebrating Mom’s 79th birthday. The view was gorgeous! When we weren’t walking on the beach we were sitting on the balcony enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean. The only minor complaint I have is there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can, and the the dishwasher was completely full of dishes including a frying pan coated in bacon grease that had apparently been put through a wash cycle with no dishwasher detergent. Was bummed to have to hand wash (I had brought dish liquid with us) all the dishes prior to preparing our first vacation meal at the condo. I attribute this to the priors renters rather than the condo owner. However, I would suggest providing dishwasher detergent in the condo to prevent this from happening. Overall, we loved the condo!

Perfect for us
The place was very clean with a nice view of the ocean. The living areas were a little small but perfect for my husband and me. I think having any more than 4 people would be a bit crowded. The master bedroom was awesome with a very comfortable bed. Did not know there is no elevator beforehand, but it was fine.
