The open floor plan allows the chef to participate in everything while adoring the fully stocked custom kitchen with its gas range top and convection oven and microwave over the full size oven. Just outside the door to the wrap around patio a George Forman Grill awaits your freshly caught local fish or steak. Wi-Fi is included. There is no cable tv. For your entertainment, our large Smart TV has access to loads of channels, or applications. We provide access to premium channels including Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN. If you would also like to access Netflix or Amazon Prime, you can log in with your own credentials. Our artwork reflects the area and for your cool nights, a gas fireplace will light with a touch of a button in the well appointed living room. A large boat dock out back on the canal allows our fisherman to keep their boats in the water, but on low tide watch to ensure enough water depth to get out to the gulf when ready to fish. This property is located on a commercial fishing/clamming canal in the back as well as the Gulf of Mexico in the front making it a unique property in a one-of-a-kind town.
