One of the most spacious condos in all of Okemo. 2,800 square feet on four levels allows ample room to comfortably enjoy a truly special vacation. Newly renovated 2007 with further continual upgrades every year, including new flooring, furniture and window treatments in 2018, Condo features an open living room with fireplace and ample seating plus a separate card/game area and a large eat-in kitchen. Full Floor, Large Loft sleeping area contains 8 beds (no bunks). 2 Washer/Dryers, Ski closet and cubby storage system for helmets and gloves, wireless Internet access. Reasonably priced. Perfect for large families, extended families or friends vacationing together. We have many repeat renters and very much look forward to your staying with us. Covid Virus should the mountain close or Vermont impose restrictions and you must quarantine upon arrival. I will of-course agree to a refund

The property has 3 stories + a basement. The listing described the place as newly renovated which in my opinion is not accurate. Dated appliances, worn furniture, and stained bedding. The place was at best hurriedly cleaned and fell below our expectations. Really needed a deep cleaning. Location was the true strength of this condo. It’s a short walk to the slopes! Owner response was a bit delayed and while he heard us out I was disappointed with his overall response (offered to refund cleaning fee). Best for large groups who just want basic accommodations and aren’t phased by below average cleanliness

We had a great stay! The house was a perfect size for multiple families. Kitchen was very well stocked! House was a short walk to the mountain to ski down. Even in the rain we got to it easily and were able to ski. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. We’d love to come back!

We had plenty of space for our crew. Kids loved the loft space and the option to ski right onto Sachem made this even more perfect. The hosts were great, shared all the info and answered all our questions. Definitely a place to return to!!

We vacationed over a long weekend with multiple families including kids ranging from 4-14. It was perfect for our needs. No frills, but spacious 4 levels to spread out with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large open kitchen/dining/living room for meals and games together, topped off by a larger than expected heated (!) outdoor pool right across the street. A short walk to the top of the neighborhood was rewarded with lovely views. Everyone in our party had a fantastic time. We would book again happily.

We stayed at this home as a group of three families - 6 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs. There was more than enough space for everyone and the layout was wonderful!! Easy access to Sachem trail and very easy check-in/out processes! Communication with the Owner was always great!

We loved staying at the Trailside condo! It is very spacious and well equipped. We found all the kitchen items we needed for meal prep. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is wonderful when traveling with an all adult group like we had. If there were children, they would love being in the spacious loft. We had excellent communication with any questions with both the owner and the cleaning manager. The best part was our ability to bring our family dogs and come home for lunch everyday. We’ll return next year.

This property is located 1 minute walk to the slope. It has plenty of beds. It was 9 of us so living room and kitchen was perfect size. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of garbage bags, detergent, utensils, toilet paper etc.

The location was great. The condo was roomy and set up great for relaxing together. Ralph was great at providing information on things to do and responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. Stayed for 3 weeks in the summer as a working vacation and would definitely return

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The location can’t be beat, right on okemo mountain. It is so easy to get to the base of the mountain or just ski out your front door when there’s enough snow. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. There were tons of linens and towels which made traveling easy! The kitchen had everything needed to cook and enjoy a full meal! The bingo game and puzzles were a huge hit with our kids. Definitely recommend this property and hope we can get back in the heart of ski season in the future!

This condo is a a really nice size for a big group. Lots of bedrooms in the lower and upper levels with the big main gathering room in the middle. The views from the living room are gorgeous and we enjoyed cooking and eating in the large kitchen. We stayed the week before Christmas and unfortunately the weather and the mountain didn’t cooperate that week as Sachem trail wasn’t open, so we drove to the clock tower and Jackson Gore to do our skiing, which worked out fine. The owner Ralph was very communicative throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again or recommend to others.

Great setup with 5 separate bedrooms for couples and then a large loft with extra beds. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Didn't use the pool but walked by and it was very clean. Had a couple questions after we booked and Ralph responded very quickly. Thanks for having us! Hope to be back in the future.

We stayed in Ludlow for almost a month at Ralph's place. The place is as advertised. It was in a great location for enjoying Ludlow and the surrounding area; the swimming pool and tennis courts were well used as well. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels and sheets. The beds were okay. Ralph was very responsive and fair with regard to any concerns (the management company was replacing the water line and digging up the road when we were there). We certainly would stay again if we return to Ludlow with a large group.

The condo was huge and there was plenty of room for 2 families of 5. The bedrooms are spread out over 3 floors which was great because the teens could have their own space to play games and stay up late. It was super close to the pool and tennis courts which we made good use of. There are several fun summer activities at Okemo mountain. Ralph was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful.
