This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. From the minute we walked in we felt like we were in pure luxury. The design and space are absolutely incredible. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and the house is spacious and immaculate. We are picky and staying outside of our hotel comfort zone was scary - but this home was beyond what we could have imagined or experienced at a hotel. We didn’t want to leave and have already talked about booking this property again!

This house is a beautiful property in a great location. It was close to everything you could possibly need for your visit to Ft. Lauderdale. The property manager (Sergio) was great! He was helpful, always available for any questions you may have. There was clear communications and instructions while at the property. He was patient and kind. We, 4 senior girlfriends stayed at this property and had a fantastic time. Everything was as expected and more from the pictures. Property very clean, pool was great. The only issue we had was getting into the property with the app. Texted that we were having an issue and was resolved within 15 minutes so all good with us. Would definitely be back if the occasion arises.

My family of 5 stayed at the house this August (2023). The house was very well stocked with not only basic necessities but much more which made our stay that much comfortable. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood but at the same time closeness to beaches, shops and restaurants. We really love the Pampano beach which was only 15 min drive. But what blew our minds away is how kind the hosts had been to us. They made sure we checked in fine, that we had everything we needed, they reminded us when to take out the trash and answered all the questions we had. The day we were supposed to fly out, the hurricane was approaching. The host called us the night before and told us we could come back to the house if our flight got cancelled and stayed as long as we need to. My daughter also forgot some of her things at the house including a wallet with some money it it. The host called us, told us that their cleaner found our staff and she was going mail it back to us. Thank you Sergei and Inessa for your kindness and honesty, we truly appreciate it.

This trip was our family vacation and we visited with family living in the area. We were so happy with the house. Everything was perfect and plenty of room for all of us. This home had everything we needed and we would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is a good size and can comfortably house 8 people. It is also VERY clean and absolutely beautiful. The pool is huge. This home has beach chairs and beach towels for use for your stay. Additionally, there is a general supply of kitchen items (Pam, tin foil, salt etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only item I was not satisfied with is the front door lock system is frustrating to use. Other than that, we loved the house, the location and we will be back in the future!

Rested with two families in mid-April. The house is clean, well maintained, corresponds to the information indicated in the description to it. The management is caring and always ready to help. The location of the house is in a very quiet and peaceful area, there are many shops and restaurants around. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the beach. We can safely recommend it for a vacation, and we are thinking of returning there next time.

This house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had a ton of space. We spent most of our time in the pool or out on the patio. The only issue we had when checking in was unlocking the door however it was quickly resolved by the owners.

We were really impressed with the house, property, and neighborhood. As stated in the listing and other reviews, the house is totally renovated. The kitchen is very well done, along with a gorgeous bathrooms. We spent most of ourtime at the pool during the day and then away during the evening. We used the grill a couple times for lunch. It worked very well. We only had 4 in our group. If you have 6+, your likely going to have people waiting for bathroom time. The neighborhood is old, but nice with mostly ranch style homes that have been all been renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and well cared for.

The hosts were very communicative and helpful with the pre arrival information. We were blown away by the property itself as was beautiful inside and out. The home is very well kept and was a pleasure to stay in. The bedrooms all were very good sizes and the bathrooms were very well designed. We were a family of 5 with 2 visiting grandparents during the afternoons and there was plenty of space inside and out. The living room and kitchen as one large space was great for gathering together; to be able to have the entire family around the table, Island and/ or couches was very much appreciated as everyone had enough space. The neighborhood is very conveniently located; getting to Pompano Beach, Lauderdale by the Sea and even downtown were a breeze. I would highly recommend this property to any family or group of people looking for a relaxing vacation in a tropical paradise.

Beautiful house with a perfect layout. Pictures don’t justify how nice the property is in person. House is literally equipped with everything you need for a vacation from bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool accessories and much much more. Owner also follows up with you while your they’re on multiple days to make sure everything is perfect. Can’t wait to come back

Walking in I was amazed on how breath taking it was! The pictures definitely didn’t do justice! The rooms were perfect size, the outdoor pool had a perfect temperature. The location of this place was very easily accessible.
