This is an amazing two-bedroom unit, in a triplex, which sits on the STREET LEVEL, overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There is a large living room and kitchen with granite counters and appliances, plus everything you could ask for to cook for your group. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation! There is no outdoor patio for this property, but the dining/living room has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that completely open, so you can let in the sun, breezes, and sound of the ocean. *The San Diego Airport is roughly an hour drive from our Oceanside properties. PARKING: 1 Car (Designated Space in the Garage) Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR A PARKING PERMIT; IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE US AN EMAIL) All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. Parking in the garage was an issue. It is a lift system and the hydraulics sound sketchy. The place has beautiful views and great location. However, the mattresses are too soft and the sofa is worn out and had stains.

This property is beautiful. The view is hard to beat. I do suggest reading all reviews. We were a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. 1 slept on the sofa bed and said it was uncomfortable, but did fine just sleeping on the couch. The bedrooms are very small. There isn't much room to move around and there are no closets. Depending on your length of stay, this could be an issue. We had some minor issues (tv not working, dryer not working) but they were quickly addressed.

Amazing All the way around!! Dolphins out the window playing, short stroll to the strand! Amazing location to the pier beach! Very nice setup inside with everything needed for an amazing time thank you !!!

Parking was not so good but it was fine for our family

Property was clean, beds comfy, views to die for! We even saw dolphins swimming from the floor to ceiling windows. The wifi wasnt working when we got there, but a tech was there fixing it before we even called about it.
The managers were very accommodating when we tequested to stay an hour longer. The only problem we had was the can opener(manual) was not working, they need to get a new one.

This property has the most outstanding ocean views I have every experienced! The villa is very very clean and the layout it perfect for 2 couples or one couple who each enjoy having their own bathrooms. The location is close to everything and having a garage space is absoluetly wonderful. The only thing they can improve on, is the bed mattresses are worn out. Both sides of the king beds are like sleeping in a hole with a hump in the middle. Please please get new mattress, so we can come back. Other than that the villa was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it. Thank you!

The location was exactly what we were looking for however, during the first night, we had a mishap with our unit and the after hours property contact was impossible to get a hold of our first night ended up being ruined. The company didn’t make it right, by extending our stay an extra day, so I will give them that.

We decided on this property (819 S Pacific) out of multiple properties, and despite having a problem with the keypad entry, the maintenance man who came out tried our code and confirmed it did not work, but it was rectified quickly. However, we are quite disturbed to have had my wife walking down the hallway to the restroom only to encounter a man coming in our door saying only, “Is that your car?” She asked who are you and what are you talking about? Then called out to me and he continued to ask if it was our car, not giving us any identification, just walking in to our “secured” residence without permission or notice. We utilized our phone to achieve contact to the property management when we had issue with the keypad so there was no good reason anyone should let themselves in without contact. Later when it was established that he wanted us to move our car up by about a foot, I told him he had no business entering our residence without our permission and he didn’t seem to find issue with the action. We heard no knock, and there is no working doorbell on our unit to announce someone is at our door. My wife has been a victim of home invasion robbery in the past so we do not take it lightly when someone breaches that security! Both my wife and I are very upset about the encounter with the maintenance worker (now that we’ve established that he works here) and I am now spending this sunset out our vista writing this complaint trying to determine if we will stay. While we are understanding there was an issue with our car which was completely off the black square, it was done in an inappropriate manner now leaving us feeling like our security is compromised.

Loved our stay at this property. Centrally located to everything. Clean, open floor plan that is nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfy beds but above all - the view.

As advertised, the frontroom wall opens onto the ocean, with just a short glass partition (to keep you from falling), a narrow sand walkway and rocks between you and the water. You are just past the end of the Strand, so no cars are in your view. There are chairs, a sofa and side beds to sit or lay on to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable.
The master bathroom needed some work - there were holes in and unsanded plaster on the walls. The vanity was worn. The shower water pressure was just barely serviceable. In the other bathroom the handheld showerhead flew off its holder when the water was turned on and you were unable to lock the window in the 2nd bedroom due to the way the standalone air conditioner was vented.
We had some parking issues with people parking in the driveway to our part of the garage. Several times the garage door was left open by someone, but at least we had a place to park in this busy area.
Management was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions.
To summarize, if a view is your priority, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a first rate accommodation, maybe not.

the view in the living room is spectacular. The condo is right on the ocean. The beach entrance is quite far though. We ended up going to Carlsbad Beach 2 days.

Spent 6 nights at this property. It was very clean and nice. Great perk with garage parking. The closeness to the ocean was amazing. Open the front wall and it's like the ocean is in your living room, beautiful sunsets!! Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return for another get-away.....

Web welcome was too general to help us really understand. Ocean and surf incredible.. phone help nice .. great for four seniors. For out of state people not enough instructions for dog people who do not know beach and park rules.. thanks

Very attractive beach condo with fabulous views of the ocean. Easy walk to beach, pier and several restaurants. No guide for operating the TV. Bedrooms were small and cramped, difficult to maneuver for older people. All in all, great spot and we plan to return.

Let me tell you when I say, this place is amazing! The views and location are everything! I was so happy, relaxed and full (from food) during our stay. It's just as pictured online. The location is in a prime area for food, breweries and shopping. I would advise to bring a bike or e-scooter to roll around town as everything is a mile give or take away from the place. This would help with parking as well. Not to mention it's a nice short walk to the pier which is nice to see. The only reason why I gave a 4 star was because the way the portable AC is set up in one of the rooms. The tube from the AC attached to the window lays on top on the corner of the bed. Thought that was a night odd. That was my only gripe. The sunsets and sunrise are sooo mesmerizing and makes up for it. We definitely want to make this an annual trip!

We loved the vibe and location of this sweet condo. Kept the big windows open the whole time we were there. Loved sleeping by the ocean and hearing the waves just feet away. The walk down the beach was lovely. Lots of cute shops and restaurants close by. It was a great few days. Will definitely be back.
