From water sports on Payette Lake to winter skiing on Brundage Mountain nearby, there's lots to choose from. Guests have access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Club House a few blocks away with plenty of convenient community amenities. A gravel path leads up to the front door of this two-story condo. With a comfortable, rustic feel, a spacious interior, and a large deck, it's the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. Gather and relax in front of the flatscreen TV with DVD player and Netflix streaming capabilities (please provide your own account). There's also complimentary WiFi so you can hop on your laptop to check the weather or post some photos. The living room flows right into the dining space, where there's a round table with four seats. There are also four additional bar stools at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, plus a dishwasher for effortless clean-up. Next to the dining area, a sliding glass door goes out to the huge deck area for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Breathe in the fresh air or enjoy an evening cocktail outside. A private washer/dryer in this home means laundry is no problem, plus there's a furnace for staying nice and cozy in the winter. This home will accommodate up to eight guests, thanks to two bedrooms and a loft area. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and boasts a queen-size bed and a full en suite bathroom. The loft area upstairs features a comfy futon bed for additional guests. On the main level downstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the living room features a pull-out sofabed. You'll also have access to the gym, game room, media room, and tennis courts. The Little Ski Hill is just five miles away from the condo for beginners and kids looking to practice their skills. When it gets hot outside, the beautiful Payette Lake is about a mile away, where you'll find boating, jet skiing, canoeing, or whatever activity your heart desires. Bear Basin Trailhread on Brundage Mountain features great hiking trails for a nice workout and stunning scenery. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). There is way too much wrong with this home to list. It was dirty, there were many trip hazards from bad carpet to dirty frayed rugs and the strip between the kitchen we kept cutting our feet on. Terrible towels and bedding, pillows were all awful and seem to be original to the cabin. TV's were even smaller than they seemed on the listing. No outdoor furniture to enjoy the large patio. The worst VRBO stay we have ever had. No power to the garage to charge our golf cart. Broken down uncomfortable couches, just not worth the price at all.

This condo was sufficient for what we needed. It has very little in the kitchen as far as supplies or tools which is really our main complaint. It also doesn't have air conditioning but that we knew going in so we were prepared because it got hot! Cute little condo though for a small group.

Cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of beds. Sleeps up to 8 but we just had two and it was a lovely weekend away. 10/10 would visit again.

We found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and four small kids. This place was conveniently located on the golf course and close to both shopping and the lake. Only cons would be the down stairs bathroom shower didn't drain very well and the freezer isn't holding temperature as it should. Thankfully we were out most of the time and didn't need to use it. Otherwise this place was awesome and we would certainly stay here and recommend to others.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in the condo and hanging out on the deck and watching golfers. We did a lot of walking. The condo had lots of room!

Great location, great amenities
We loved the location because of the amenities (pools, jacuzzi, weight room and sauna). The views were spectacular, and it was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to paths that made for great walks to the river, beach and shops. The property had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the deck. We will definitely stay in this area again.

Very comfortable furniture, and all necessities were present (kitchen and extra bedding). There was no air conditioning...so the second floor was very hot at night. The pool was super fun! We would come again and bring a larger fan.

Comfortable property
Very comfortable, well stocked & fairly convenient. It was a little tricky to find in the dark but that is not something anyone can do much about. A bit of a walk from the car (as mentioned by other reviewers) but we're skiers so wasn't a problem for us. There is apparently a hot tub/clubhouse somewhere but we weren't there long enough to investigate that & probably woudn't have used it due to ongoing pandemic. The price ended up about double what was advertised on the website (thus the 3 stars for online listing) but still a good value.

We had a great time! The wether was the only downfall to our stay, we made the best of it all by playing card and board games. The condo was in great condition, clean, and easy to get to. Definitely will be returning!

Comfortable Cabin and Great Location
We had a wonderful weekend. The cabin was spacious for our family of 6 and beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with all that was provided in the kitchen to cook meals. The location was great for taking walks, getting to the pool and seeing wildlife! Thank you!

No Wi-Fi
The cottage was clean and orderly, and it has everything you'd need for your stay (dishes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, etc). If you have a large family and plan to stay longer, you will need to buy extra toilet paper or other items if you run out as they only provide you with a 'starter kit'.
We stayed there with our three kids, but were very disappointed with our experience and don't plan to rent this cottage again. The owner apparently didn't pay the internet bill, and there was a change in provider, and the staff at Vacasa could not contact the owner. So we were there without Wi-Fi for our entire stay.
The refunded us the amenity, but that didn't help us at the time of our stay that was meant to be a vacation....that turned into long boring nights. Without the Wi-Fi, we couldn't access the internet and didn't have any television (they provide Netflix, but without wi-fi...no Netflix). We couldn't even connect with our hotspot on our phones because the signal there was so horrible. It was frustrating and incredibly disappointing. We couldn't work 'from home' when we needed to, and the kids were bored. We ended up leaving the night before checkout.

Loved the set up and the 2 full baths. Very roomy!! Internet didn’t work was the only downfall. Put a hinder on the computer work. Definitely would stay again!
