We stayed here with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the morning room view of the beach, which was perfect for sunsets. Only minor complaint might be the need for some window treatments in the bedrooms to help with being able to sleep-in while on vacation:) We would definitely recommend this place to other families!

The most beautiful views of the island and ocean. Condo was stocked with literally everything you need. The perfect location on the island and close to all the best shops and restaurants. Loved our stay so much.

I can not boast enough about this property. Fantastic views of the sunsets and beautiful white sand beaches. My family and I really love this place and plan on returning next year. A variety of nice restaurants and ice shop within walking distance. The host was wonderful and was easily accessible. Retuned calls and messages in a timely manner. We accidentally left some of our daughters swimsuits and she was prompt to get them shipped back to us. I highly recommend this place to couples for a romantic get away or a family looking to soak up the sun and play in the pristine blue/green waters. 💯

We had a fantastic time at Marie Claire’s condo. The condo and views are amazing. The location is great as you can walk to just about everything you need. The trolley is right outside the building. You can drink your coffee and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by in the morning. We definitely will be going back to visit again!

The pictures posted do not completely convey what an amazing condo this rental really is. The view and beach were phenomenal. The condo is also stocked with everything you could need and more in the kitchen and with beach accessories. You can’t go wrong with renting this wonderful piece of paradise.

This space speaks to all the senses. Though we have been visiting AMI for years now, this was the first time we felt connected to the island’s beauty and peace and wildlife upon arrival. It usually takes us days to get into “vacation mode”, but there is something about this condo that had us in that “living meditation” state upon arrival. Marie-Claire has excellent suggestions on where to dine and is at the ready for any assistance necessary. The dwelling is well designed, comfortable, convenient to everything, and stocked beyond expectations. We regretted we didn’t stay longer, and feel so lucky to have discovered this magical place.

We stayed here a few weeks ago to celebrate my daughters graduation from college! This condo did not disappoint! It has the most beautiful views of any place I have ever stayed!! It is equipped with everything you need for on the beach as well as every amenity in the condo. My mom cleans every place we stay when we arrive lol she was impressed how clean it was and didn’t even need to do a thing, just enjoy! I have back issues and thankfully the beds were great as well! Marie Claire is a wonderful host and gave us recommendations on great places to eat out! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to stay here again.

This is the perfect vacation rental. The views from the balcony are amazing and make a perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo is in a very convenient location for dining and shopping. The property is clean, updated and stocked with most everything you could possibly need. Marie-Claire is an outstanding and very helpful host. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at this location a couple of years ago. Loved it then and love it now! Great location-spectacular sunsets, walkable to restaurants, bars and marina. Trolley stop right outside your door. Complex is very quiet and unit is very well maintained. Host is so thoughtful and responsive. Would love to return again.

Beautiful home and awesome location! The condo was very comfortable and in a great location. The home had all necessary and extra essentials. I would recommend it to others. We very much enjoyed our time there.

We had a delightful time during our visit to Marie’s condo prior to Christmas. The condo is the best stocked home we’ve rented. From all the necessary kitchen utensils, to the plethora of beach items, everything is well placed for an easy get away. Marie is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the amazing views.

We had an amazing stay in AMI! The condo is spacious, clean, stocked with everything we could have needed, and in one of the most prime locations on the island. The views are spectacular from every room, and there are multiple shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Marie-Claire gave great recommendations and communicated with us throughout our travels to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend AMI for vacation and more specifically, a stay at this condo!

We've stayed in several beach front homes and condos and this one makes the list where we will return. What makes it a great rental is that it has some of the things you need right away and are annoying if you have to buy - TP, Paper Towels, Good Coffee, wide selection of spices, DW soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in addition to a plethora of other small things that make it nice/convenient. The leftovers are there (when sealed) from previous guests so if you need snacks first day, you've got a few options. It feels like you are in a home where the person cares about it and lives in it as well from time to time. Sheets and beds are comfortable, place was very clean, and overall pretty much what a beach condo needs to be in order to be enjoyed. I loved running on the beach every morning, and being 6 floors up makes a nice enhancement to your workout if you want to take the stairs on the way back. Definitely recommend and we'll be back when we are in the area for sure!

Absolutely LOVED everything! So convenient and easy to get to the beach and the views are spectacular! Super clean and easy to use everything! Our host gave us suggestions for dining and was a pleasure to work with. Lots of memories made during our stay! We will be returning!❤️

The condo and location is perfect. You can’t ask for a better view and everything you need is very close. The blackout blinds are amazing! Marie-Claire was very helpful with suggestions on dining and entertainment and also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Our only concern was that we have a busy toddler and there is a lot of glass tables and decorations in the condo. A lot of sharp corners and breakables. We just put away anything reachable while we were there so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that It’s a perfect place and they have thought of everything. We would definitely go back when our kids are a little older.

This condo is so adorable, sparkling clean, well appointed, and right on the beach which is hard to come by on AMI. Marie-Claire and Elaine are so helpful and kind. My son and I had a wonderful time. We hope to return!

We’ve been coming to Anna Marie for the past 6 years. We’ve stayed at a few different places on the island, but this condo was well stocked, plenty of room for the 4 of us, and the best views we’ve had from a room. Will consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was exactly what we imagined (maybe a little better 😉) The location/ view was second to none. The unit was large and situated very well. We would recommend this unit! Also, Marie-Claire was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay on Holmes Beach was incredible. The condo far exceeded our expectations. The view of the beach was the best part. We spent every morning sitting in the sunroom, windows open, listening to the ocean waves while eating breakfast, relaxing, and reading. We spent several evenings watching the sunset from the same sunroom with our favorite drink. The sunroom was so therapeutic. It washed away all of our stress and anxiety of our realities back home. We figuratively felt like we were in Heaven. The condo is maybe 100 yards from the beach. We’d leave the condo barefoot and strolling in the ocean waves within a few minutes. The island’s trolley stop is directly next to the condo, so we could hop on and be anywhere on the island within minutes. The island has so many fun activities and incredible restaurants. We couldn't get to everything, so we created a list of things we'll do the next time we visit. The bedrooms were pristine, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. (We cooked some trout that we caught.) The TVs were big, new, and fancy, but we didn't use them. (We were either in the sunroom or out on the island.) Marie- Claire was great to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We can’t praise the entire property and Marie-Claire enough. The worst part of our trip was walking out of the sunroom for the last time destined for the airport. We didn’t want to leave but are counting the days until we can return.

First time to Anna Maria Island, with 4 teenagers in tow. Marie-Claire and her property went above and beyond our expectations. Condo was beautiful, with a stunning view! Quiet area and beach. Very relaxing. AMI itself is not a heavy tourist area from what I experienced and that was what I looking for. My husband couldn’t travel this month, so security was also key, and secure it was. Condo storage closet provided chairs, umbrellas, wagons and almost everything toy imaginable for the beach. My girls loved it! Loved not having to bring beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash (hard to get in a carry on:)). Marie-Claire shared her favorite places to visit/eat/do, which was super helpful. Shops/boutiques are adorable. We also rented a golf cart to help get us around the northern area of the island.. Would definitely recommend Anna Maria Island and Marie-Claire. Thank you so much for having us!!!! You made this vacation very easy for me to do on my own.

This is our second time staying at this property and, again, we had a wonderful experience. The property is well presented, clean, comfortable, at an ideal location for beach lovers, and has everything you might need. Marie-Claire is a conscientious and considerate host and communicates everything well. It was the perfect vacation!

As the property we rented was wonderful, the construction noise from unit directly below us was miserable. Jack hammer noise from 9-5. As we moved out Thursday morning to another place we are grateful to be reimbursed for the last two nights.

My sister-in-law and I spent a week at this beautiful condo. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you would need to cook with. The condo is spotless, quiet and beautiful. Marie-Claire is a hands on host and made us feel so welcome. We definitely will be back.

This is my second visit at this condo. Again Marie Claire is the perfect host, making sure that we were comfortable. She shared many restaurants which we visited and they were excellent. The condo is spotless, well equipped and the view exquisite. We will certainly be back.
