Situated in Vanderbilt Beach, this lovely condo for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ** Please be aware that the neighboring Ritz Carlton Residences has begun construction on Southbay Drive and Gulf Shore Blvd. ** ** Community spa is currently out of order ** ** Pets and smoking inside the unit are strictly prohibited. Additional fees may be incurred if violated ** COVID-19 Procedures: We are following enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure the safety of our guests. We ask that guests please do their part and practice CDC's preventive measures during their stay. Lose yourself in this comfortable and relaxing one-bedroom unit, situated on the second floor, only one short block from renowned Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton. The unit has been completely renovated featuring tastefully-designed kitchen cabinetry with convenient pull-out drawers , elegant granite counters and stainless steel appliances to include a smooth-top stove, overhead microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. The oversized center island serves as a kitchen work station and spacious dinning area. The kitchen is conveniently stocked to make this, your home away from home. The living room offers a 55” HD television with a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary Wi Fi is available to all our guests. Washer and dryer are conveniently stacked inside the unit. The bedroom features a comfortable, queen size bed and bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Enjoy the splendor of Vanderbilt Beach and its glorious sunsets or relax at our roof-top pool and spa feasting on the breathtaking views. A week away, and Naples was exactly what I needed! This beautiful little piece of paradise, was the perfect answer to what I was hoping for, as it was close to the beach, and I spent the entire week in the sunshine, listening to the ocean waves crashing on the shore.

I was in need of a place within walking distance of the beach that was affordable, secure, with all the basic amenities. This apartment met all my criteria!
Very clean and well appointed.
The construction currently in process , did not disturb me at all and I was able to get some much needed sleep! The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus and a lovely place to relax. The jacuzzi was out of order, unfortunately.
My car was parked securely under the building and it stayed parked for most of my visit. Great if you want to get out and Walk , especially for the stunning sunsets every night. 🌅

We have stayed at many condos, this unit went above and beyond on all the small things that most don’t have or you don’t think of to bring with you. Inside everything was immaculate, looks completely brand new. Have everything you need for the beach including the oversized wheel cart to haul it all in. Great back saver!! The beach is less then a five minute walk away. For those reviews complaining about the construction, go to any city and that’s the daily outside noise. Was not a big deal. We were only on outside patio at night time and was super quite. During the day if the patio door is closed can barely hear anything outside. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay that’s minutes from the beach and not overpriced, this is the place to stay. Thank you for a perfect week getaway.

We rented this for my mom who came down recently for a visit. We wanted to give her the "beach vacation" experience. It was great.
She is 82 and has difficulty with stairs. Elevator access to be room was important. Check. Elevator access to the pool. Check. She spent every day at the pool! She ate breakfast every morning and read her book everyday on the lanai. Check. She took her morning walk to the beach everyday with her walking poles. Check. Sunset on the beach. Check. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Grab bars in the shower. Check. Beach chairs available. Check. Great price. Check.
The only drawback was the obstructed view of the bay because of construction. Not a big deal. Not the fault of the owner.
The bed was pretty high but we found a step stool available in the condo and it resolved the problem.
Overall, she is still raving about it to all of her friends and family back up north!

The location of the property was great . . . 2-3 blocks from Vanderbilt Beach. It was clean and well stocked for visitors. We loved the pool on the roof! Jacuzzi was not functioning at the time. However, this was a peaceful and quiet area with a great location to everything. We had a super time and would book here again.
Osi was welcoming and helpful; a great host that is only there if you reach out with a question. Easy check-in and check-out!

The property was in disrepair - outlets didn't work, drapes didn't work, couch went to floor. Bed was too high and hard to get into, TV had very limited selection. Condo maintenance had people coming in and out our unit and leaving doors open at any time. Heavy construction on all 4 sides of building including roads making it hard to access.

You can't get a better location for the price! This unit is just a short walk across the beach that offers glimpses of the Gulf from the decks and great views of the canal from your lanai.
The unit had everything we needed. I appreciated all the items that were left like laundry and dishwasher detergent, as well as the beach chairs and towels.

This is a nice condo close to the beach with under building parking. There's some nice amenities in the unit including washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The building is close to the beach. The beach was open, but no one was going into the water. Also, there is some construction going on across the street. We were out, or the door was closed, so we didn't really hear too much. Couple minute drive to Mercato which is nice.

It was VERY clean and at great location. I knew coming here that several places near the beach would be closed but I was still able to enjoy the beach and the scenery. There was construction going on around the condo which the host mentioned. That did not bother me at all. And the host was VERY nice on the phone!

Very happy with our stay. 3 minute walk to the beach and if you were all sandy, the building had rinse stations in the garage area so you could clean up before going back to your condo. Unit was clean, bed comfortable, well equipped kitchen, AC worked great. Fast WI-FI! Loved the covered parking especially during the day. Had 2 issues during the stay that were quickly addressed! Osi was a great host! Would definitely recommend and would also stay there again. By the way, the construction was not that bad. I sat on the patio in the morning and had coffee and it didn't bother me. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the Condo! Exactly the way, it was described. Osi was a wonderful Host, and had great communication. Pool and Hot Tub was enjoyable, up on the roof. The Elevator was very handy, and entrance into the Condo was perfect upon arrival. Parking for Handicap or assigned parking, was convenient and acceptable. Thanks for all that you had provided, for my comfortable stay at your "Little Piece Of Paradise"

The property is in a fantastic location literally a 4 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, a fantastic beach for swimming and watching the amazing sunsets. And, if you're feeling lazy, you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor roofdeck pool which was usually being used by very few guests. Osi, the owner / prop manager was great and extremely helpful with a couple of issues (internet and remote tv control problem). I would rent this place again and again. Its not big per se but with the location you shouldnt be inside anyways. There is a downside however in that there is construction going on and I believe plans for a high rise development as well - that might change things but I was told in advance of the road work and paving being done, so I have no complaint other than the noise and dust did limit my time on the back deck. Again, not withstanding the potential construction issues, everything else about this rental was top notch including tv/cable, air conditioning controls, bath and shower etc etc.

Like other reviewers said, everything included. This place had it all and was a perfect set up for 2 people.. Clean, close to the Beach. We actually went to Delnor State park because Vanderbilt had a Beach renourushment project going on. But, overall the condo had everthing. Well thought out for incoming guest. We booked for next year for this same time. Can't wait. Thanks Osi
