Welcome to Greenwater and the Crystal Mountain Chalet. Located about 20 miles into the forest east of Enumclaw, the Greenwater area is in the middle of Norse Peak, Clearwater, Mount Rainier, William O Douglas, Tatoosh and the Glacier View Wilderness areas. The Crystal Mountain Chalet is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet style cabin. Tall firs frame the cabin and vaulted ceiling windows fill it with light. Nestled within Crystal River Ranch in Greenwater, the Crystal Mountain Chalet is set up with a large and open living area, bar style seating in the kitchen, as well as ample sleeping for 9. The CRR community is located about 18 miles from Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. Perfect location for weekend ski/snowboarding getaways in the winter, or easy access to hiking/horsebacking riding/mountain biking and gondola rides in the summer. Also located about 30 miles from Sunrise, a popular destination in Mount Rainier National Park. CRR is located on an elk refuge so it is common to see a local herd of elk wander the community... along the roads, in yards, or perhaps most frequently on the lawn of the community center. There are only a handful of stores in the Greenwater area, including one dining/tavern option that is located about 3 miles from the cabin. Enumclaw is a scenic 20 miles away where you can find large grocery stores and several restaurants and shops. The cabin is furnished with linens, towels, blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Mountain adventures begin here! Hike, bike, ski, repeat! At the end of the day warm up in the great room next to the propane fireplace or relax in your own private hot tub.

Our family of five and dog had a nice stay. The house was clean and nice. The hot tub was hot. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items.
Neighborhood was nice for walking the dog around. About 20 to 30 minutes from Crystal Mt.

The cabin was a perfect place to have our family gather and make gingerbread houses. The kitchen was fully stocked with things that we needed to prepare for this. We just brought our gingerbread houses and all the fixings.

We had such an amazing time, this was our second time staying here and it will definitely not be our last. The owners were so accommodating and wonderful.

This was a wonderful escape from the heat in Nevada. It was a great time with the grandkids hiking in the woods, trips into the park and seeing wildlife. Hosts were remarkable provided accurate descriptions of the property. You could tell it was their home and we treated it as such.

Quiet and peaceful cabin in the woods. Very good communication with hosts. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking!

This house felt so peaceful and welcoming. My family was able to rest and do a little hiking. The area is absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed being able to have my morning coffee outdoors on the deck. I highly recommend this house for any family looking for a quiet stay away.

The cabin had everything we needed for a very enjoyable weekend stay. Hot tub was very nice. Owners very easy to work with and responsive. We did see lots of moose! Skied Crystal Mountain Sat-Sun. Weather was wonderful - plenty of sunshine both days! But I think we got lucky.

The house is super comfy, cozy and clean. We loved the recliners after a day of skiing - just perfect! So many board games - everyone was entertained. Thank you for letting us bring our friend, black labrador Frodo, it's a first house ever we did not pay dog fee. The kitchen and pantry are stocked with the same products we use at home - totally felt like home for us! It was just a perfect stay, very-very recommended!

We loved staying at this home! My husband and I slept amazingly well in the upstairs beds and were so happy to have such a comfortable space to return to after our days of skiing. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make dinner each night. The hot tub was awesome for relaxing after being out on the mountain. If you're skiing at Crystal, this location is ideal. We also loved seeing elk all around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back one day. Thank you, Michaela and Mark!

We had a wonderful time at the chalet. We enjoyed uninterrupted family time and a tech detox. A small inconvenience was made right by the owners who were kind and generous.

I stayed here for a winter weekend with 6 of my good friends. The place is roomy and comfortable, we found the kitchen well-appointed, the hot tub works great. Michaela and Mark were helpful and communicated well with us. Overall it was a great experience!

We loved staying here! The hosts were great and very responsive. Honestly I have not been to a vacation house that is so well outfitted for young children. There were stools in every bathroom and we had everything we needed for a great time with the kiddos. Would definitely go back!

The home is beautiful and plenty of space! So wonderful being able to have the dog join the fun. This was my dogs first time in the snow and she was obsessed! We didn’t end up using the hot tub but wonderful to have the option.

Had a medium sized group of friends stay for a birthday. It was an excellent property far away from everything, lots of other cabins around the area, but no noise or much in the way of traffic in the area. A very cool place to stay a few days, I would definitely do it again!

Kids and adults had a great time here: we played games, video and otherwise, hot tubbed and hiked at Rainier. And went to Crystal for the gondola! The house was so great, totally outfitted for families and friends. Thanks for a homey rental!!

We appreciated the kitchen being well equipped, perfect location for Mt Rainier NP access. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit out front got a lot of use. Everything we needed was provided as expected. Thank you from the whole family.

Excellent jumping off spot for getting up into the mountains. We had a great snowy weekend even if the snow levels were a bit high. Everything was in great shape, just a solid chateau :)

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted. Even some shelf-stable foods in the pantry (it seems like any remaining staples like cooking oil or salt and pepper get cleaned out of these types of rental places). We didn't need any of it, but nice that it was there if we did. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions or issues and we felt totally comfortable in their space. Also - close to Crystal for some turns. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was amazing. The owners have it so well organized from the checking process to the extras left in the kitchen. All the games, puzzles, the super NES and the amazingly well maintained hot tub. This is a must consider for anyone looking for a mountain getaway!!!
