Situated in Rio Verde, this charming house for $454 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Accommodations: Enjoy this stunning, 2,800 sq. ft. desert oasis set within the beautiful golfing community of Rio Verde. Wake up to views of Four Peaks right outside your window as you watch golfers try to sink one in at the third hole just steps from the patio. Huge vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of natural light that brightens up the entire house. The fully appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with ample counter space to put together a feast. Keep the conversation flowing with the open layout perfect for socializing with family and friends. Start your day in the quaint breakfast nook overlooking the 7th tee box, and finish your day cuddled up on the plush couches next to the wood-burning fireplace. The large master bedroom has a door that walks out to the patio so you can watch the sunrise as soon as it starts peeking through the windows. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks with a spacious walk-in closet. Unwind with a shower or bath tub while looking up through the skylight overhead. Activities: There are Protestant and Catholic masses held at the Community Church of the Verdes and services for all denominations can be found in nearby towns. If you'd like to venture outside of Rio Verde for a meal, head down the road a few miles to the Mesquite Grill in Tonto Verde with a beautiful patio for dining al fresco. Other restaurant options are available in nearby Fountain Hills or Scottsdale, both a short drive away.

House was clean, spacious and comfortable as described. Plenty of room for us. It has a large covered patio which faces east giving us good sun with our morning coffee and shade in the afternoon/evening for our cold beverages. Margaret was a gracious host, communicated well with us and easy to work with. Would rent this house again.

We loved our stay! Rio is a friendly fun place to be, great pickleball group. The house was clean and the windows with all the sun coming in were wonderful after a gloomy Minnesota winter. We will be back next year!

This was our twelfth year staying at the property during the spring; I can't say enough about the amenities which it offers and the view looking east over the desert at the mountains. Some of the fixtures are dated, but the owners are easy to get along with.

This home is beautiful! The morning sun fills the entire backside of the house. This Rio Verde neighborhood has an amazing pool and hot tub, weight room, pickleball, and tennis. It's a very pleasant neighborhood for walking too. We enjoyed it all!

I’d like to start by saying, as soon as we walked in the door we all felt at home.
Our son was moving from Florida to California and we decided Arizona was the best place to meet as he drove with his best friend across country and we flew. They’re all golfers and there’s plenty of golf in the Rio Verde area so that’s what they did and they all had a blast!
When looking for a place to stay, I saw this listing and I knew it was for us! It sits on the 3rd hole of the Rio Verde Golf Course of the Country Club. Just beyond that are spectacular views of the mountains.
Watching the sun rise over the mountains while drinking my coffee was the best way to begin my day.
The home had everything we needed. It was important for us to have a garage since James had all his belongings in the car. The beds are comfortable so we all slept well. The water pressure is fantastic with tons of hot water.
It was also great to have a washer and dryer there. The kitchen is fully stocked! When I spotted the juicer I went outside and picked some lemons off the tree and made some delicious lemonade! This is the recipe I used https://natashaskitchen.com/lemonade-recipe/.
It was so good!
We all said if we were ever in the area again, this is where we would stay!

Why....First the place was better than the pictures, great view of the third hole at Rio Verdi, the house was spotlessly clean, plenty of room in the garage for our golf bags, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes you would ever need.It really felt that we were guests in someone's home.Last of all the price was well worth the pleasures that we enjoyed at this wonderful golf vacation house.Ed Padilla

The house was very clean and lots of room! View of Four Peaks and the mountain range was spectacular!! McDowell Mountain Regional Park was convenient and had lots of hiking and biking trails that we loved! We would recommend this property to anyone that loves hiking, biking , golf and a serene area!

Really enjoyed the stay! The golf and sunset views from the windows were wonderful. The house was light, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The only thing that would have made it better would have been use of the golf cart! The local pool was nice to dip into at the end of the day. Couldn't have enjoyed the experience more.

This was our first visit to Rio Verde and we thoroughly enjoyed the area, and felt very comfortable in this home. The unobstructed expansive views of Four Peaks through the wall of windows is beautiful. We enjoyed the patio and did some grilling out there. We hope to return again!

What a beautiful home with a panoramic 180 degree view that is delightful! The home was spacious, well designed and fully equipped. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation with hiking, golf and other activities readily available. We would highly recommend this "very clean" home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautify home. Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise over Four Peaks and watching the first of many golfers throughout the day play right outside of the patio was so enjoyable! Accommodations were great for us...lovely kitchen - so we were able to do a little entertaining. Thank you and we will definitely consider this property again in future trips to the Rio/Tonto Verde area.
