Just outside, there’s a large patio area and table for hanging out as well. The Ten Mile Creek complex also features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and shared laundry facilities. Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. The place was overall a nice place with a great location, easy to get to all the Summit County resorts. Well-furnished with cooking stuff but lacking salt and pepper. There were several humidifiers which were pluses, fans, and a warm gas fireplace. Unfortunately there were a couple issues:
1. The sink in the one bedroom had a leaking faucet at the faucet base which a repairman tried to fix the very next day, but in the process broke the shutoff valve, so we were unable to use that sink the rest of the week.
2. One of the bathrooms had a vent fan which made loud screeching noise in use. Again the repairman had come to fix it but the repair lasted only a few hours and was screeching again so again, we couldn’t use that the rest of the week. It really needs to be replaced, it didn’t even have its cover anymore.
3. This was the worst part, the queen bed in one bedroom was super uncomfortable because it sank in the middle with zero support (keep in mind my wife and I probably weigh only 250 pounds total combined, we’re both short so imagine how bad it will be for taller people.) We both would wake up through the night because of hip or back pain. I have let management know so hopefully they’ll have replace it.
My one son also complained about the other queen bed in another room saying the mattress was lumpy so he ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the week☹️.
Please keep in mind that management was very responsive to the issues and got a repairman out the next day.

We rented this unit for a 1 week ski trip. It's got everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the humidifiers for each bedroom. Best feature is its location 1 block from Main Street in Frisco. Easy walk to restaurants and other shops. Try Prosit for beer and sausages, unique. For a basic pub with great beer and burgers go to the Moose Jaw.

We had a wonderful stay at Ten Mile Creek. We stayed at the same condos over 25 years ago and it was perfect for our kids! Walking distance to downtown, easy access to bike paths and condo is located right across from pool entry! Condo had everything you need and is a 3/2 with a cozy couch! We will definitely rent this next year! SMR staying in contact and made sure we were up to date with entry etc!

We had a great experience from check in to check out. The unit was clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, starting with the pool and hot tub basically right outside of the unit, with laundry, being only a few steps away. The walk to downtown was less than two blocks, so it was fantastic for dining and shopping. Frisco itself is a fantastic little town. And the central location for skiing was perfect.

The location was perfect, both the proximity to Main St and being right across from the pool. Loved the grounds, much enjoyment with family around the firepit at my father's memorial reception. The only issues were with the general cleanliness of the unit itself. There were dust bunnies on top of the fridge where obviously people might put their groceries. There was a lack of counter space. The long dining table became the drop spot for everyone's things, making serving meals or gathering at the table difficult. I also don't understand the absolute lack of towels. The number of people with one towel to use for BOTH pool and shower time was impossible. All Mom (me) did was hang them to dry and do a load of wash (after going downtown to get change) myself in the long term residents laundry room. It wasn't a big deal, just kind of made it not a vacation for this mama and her brood. Since I had family staying in another newly updated and clean and light unit, it became very obvious very quickly that the unit we were in could stand to be renovated sooner than later. It was very dark being on the first floor under the stairs and could use some better lighting. Felt almost subterranean and apartment building-like causing most of my family to suffer a slight bout of depression anytime we were in the unit for more than a few hours at a time. Understand the popcorn ceiling from the 70s cannot be disturbed so maybe put a dropped modern ceiling over it, again, during that much needed refresh of this unit. At first, being in a time warp was amazing but the uncomfortable, dingy furniture wasn't comfortable either. Although, I will say that the bed was comfortable and that is rare for me to sleep well when traveling, so thank you for that!

Listed as condo with hot tub- it wasn't 😟
Overall, the condo was cute. Very clean, but not super modern. Smelled a little musty when we entered. Interior space was fine, nice family dining area, cute gas fireplace. Beds were adequate. My husband and I didn't get a lot of sleep as our bed dipped seriously to the middle. Sadly, when I checked online, I thought there was a hot tub which was open, as it said in the listing- inspite of COVID. After a few phone calls, we find out there was one that was a community pool/ hot tub & it was closed. Very disappointing. The location is great, the price was good, but I'd upgrade next time for a good night's sleep & our own hot tub

Ten Mile Creek Condo 112 was close to everything in Frisco. It is obvious that the owners have given this Condo lots of loving care. The lay out was great and cooking items were available. I really liked the condo. However, working with Summit Mountain Rentals is painful. They do not operator like other VRBO. We never received a notification that the condo was ready. One page of the check out instructions was missing. I called to let them know that we had left. They called back to ask if we had keys. There was a door code. Why they didn't know this I don't know. They were helpful when we needed some lights changed. SMR seems very inefficient. I will try not to rent from an owner that uses them.

The condo was in a great location. One block to town. The condo is out dated and needs some upgrading. Main bathroom the shower curtain was moldy and a new toilet seat is needed. Cobwebs in a lot of the corner on the ceiling.

Great Location in town but place leaves a little to be desired
Great location in town and great management company to check-in/out. The place works but there is a few things people should be aware. The biggest is the door is right outside one of two staircase and the pool. So if you like the windows open at night it is LOUD when people come in and out of the pool or return late from the bars. The beds are uncomfortable - old mattresses that need replaced and the rooms are dark. However, it is spacious for 6 people and all gears. Nice outdoor patio as well.

Three guys stayed 4 nights. We only cooked breakfast at the condo. It is a great value for the size an location. But it is a very basic condo. It could use more cooking supplies and curtains in the bedrooms.

Loved how close the Jacuzzi was to the condo. However, one towel per occupancy when staying longer then a weekend was unsatisfactory. Especially if you want to use the pool or Jacuzzi the same day you took a shower.

Awesome, totally central location close to Breck, Keystone, A Basin and a short drive to Vail as well as Pioneer Sports (great equipment if renting and a large selection of fairly priced gear for purchase in addition to long hours and a knowledgeable staff), WalMart, Whole Foods and just blocks from downtown so you're never far from great food and entertainment. There's a nice pool, hot tub and a great sauna that gets nice and toasty in the clubhouse, and this unit is literally right outside of it! Full Kitchen, super clean.
The Neutrals (& Cons if you're picky): It's not fancy, which didn't matter for our boys trip but don't expect a hotel. Bring your own toiletries if staying for longer than a few days (other than towels and toilet paper, there's plenty of that!). Mattresses are soft and again, if you're not too tired to care by the time you hit it you're misusing your time in Colorado!

Good Location for the area, Very Dated from a decor perspective
The condo is in a good spot for the price I paid. Close to Dillan and Breckenridge. My only complaint is the interior of the place. It’s so dated. It gets the job done, but you don’t feel like you’re anywhere special. Also, no BBQ, there was one on either side of us, but we had to sear and bake steaks. We did have a good stay, just felt a little less ambiance then I would like. Also, a sofa chaise set up with coffee and end tables, would be much better then the curved sofa. There’s no where to put drinks, snacks or plates while sitting and watching tv. Thanks, still recommend it for the price and location.
