The house with pool and several terraces is located in a quiet rural area on the sunny west side of the island at 517 m above sea level and is between El Paso and Los Llanos. You have a great view of the Atlantic and the mountains with beautiful sunsets over the sea. There is space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The holiday home was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area with TV and a fireplace corner with armchairs. Adjacent is the dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. The separate wooden kitchen in Canarian style is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For children, two single beds or a travel cot can be placed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. The living room leads into the winter garden, which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a comfortable armchair and an exercise bike. The pool terrace is accessible from the winter garden as well as from both bedrooms. You can connect your laptop with the mobile modem (4G / LTE) and surf for free. The special thing about this holiday home is the large saltwater pool, 4 m x 8 m, solar-heated, which is easy to open and close with an additional cover. Even in winter, the pool has such pleasant temperatures for swimming. The garden offers other different areas. A large Canarian pine tree provides shade for an additional seating area with direct sea views. In the lower area of the property there is a kitchen garden with avocado, manga, mango, oranges, lemons and olive trees as well as herbs. If ripe fruits hang on the trees, you are welcome to help yourself and taste them.
