Large wardrobes in all bedrooms and dual wardrobes in master with ensuite. The terrace house has a lovely, homely feeling and is well loved by many repeat guests. As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000. "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday.
