Nestled in Cattaraugus, this attractive house for $362 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The comfort of Knotty Pine and the warmth of a wood burning fireplace. The Lake Cottage has all the comforts of home in a Breathtaking LAKEFRONT setting. One of Lime Lake's MOST POPULAR Year-Round Cottage rentals! Master Bedroom (1st Floor): Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 (2nd Floor): Two Twin Beds 2nd Floor Loft: Two inflated Air (Very Comfortable) Mattresses Enjoy the comfortable and new (Nov. 2021) Queen Mattress in the Master Bedroom and the Beauty Rest Memory Foam Toppers on the Twin Beds in the Upstairs Bedroom. Cover up with the Log Cabin Quilts and comforters! The first floor bathroom and laundry was completely and lovingly remodeled in October of 2021. New wall to wall carpet installed (June, 2022) in living room, bedrooms and loft. The Lake Cottage is well stocked with all that you will need to enjoy your stay! We are known as a premier lake front cottage with attention to detail, quality, cleanliness and comfort. We are located only 17 miles (a picturesque, countryside drive) from the charming ski center of Ellicottville, NY, popular year-round with many cultural events, restaurants and village shops. Ski resorts: (Holiday Valley 17 miles), Holi Mont (18 miles), Kissing Bridge (20 miles). Bring your canoe, kayak or boat. You can also rent a Pontoon Boat and Kayaks at the local Lime Lake Marine in Machias, NY. Once you receive a confirmed Lake Cottage reservation, please call Lime Lake Marine to make your water rental request as they book up quickly in the summer. You can arrange to have the boat brought right to our boat (updated, larger and new 2024) dock! If fishing is more your sport, try your luck year round including ice fishing in the winter. After a fun day on the lake or at the slopes, relax and have fun with board games in the loft overlooking the lake, roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit, watch a Netflix movie by the fireplace, surf the internet or have a glass of wine on the deck and watch the beautiful sunsets. The house was very nice, tastefully decorated, great views , a really well-equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. Since the weather wasn't ideal (rainy) we did spend a lot of time inside and were very comfortable. This would be even better in season since there is a large lakeside deck, a dock, and a small firepit area. We did have one nice day for a hike at Rock City State Forest , which we highly recommend as it is right outside of nearby Ellicottville, but is very secluded withe interesting rock formations and many miles of trails. Ellicottville is not too far from the lake house and has several good places to eat, drink, and shop, along with being a ski town in winter, of course! The area close to the house has a few local places to grab a meal - lots of hearty fare and very kind and friendly people

We had the best stay! I had a cottage on Lime Lake as a child and wanted to bring my mom, husband and son back before baby two arrives. I am so glad we did! The cottage was perfect! It was decorated beautifully, very clean, and cozy. We had the best time taking our boat out, fish, swimming for hours right at the dock. We were able to go back to Lime Lake Snack bar and relax at the beautiful cottage. The jetted tub, fire pit, and loft/game area were amazing ways to end the night. We loved the cottage. It really is beautiful and was a very memorable stay! Thank you!

The property was just as pictured and more. The PM was very nice, informative, and welcoming. The cottage, OMG, was absolutely amazing. It was such a pleasant stay that we are looking forward to our next visit. The cottage had everything you could need to make you feel at home, and more. We had a wonderful time staying at the Lakefront Cottage a few weekends ago. We were in town for a dance competition, so it was a few moms with our dancing daughters and we were thrilled to have such a peaceful place to come back to after chaotic days dancing. We were very fortunate to have such lovely weather the weekend we were visiting and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck overlooking the water. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property that really elevated our time. One thing that I often find lacking while traveling is the number of hooks available-this might seem like such a small detail, but apparently when I travel I like to hang a lot of things up! The toiletries and make up removal pads were also very handy for our particular group. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would absolutely check the availability of this property first!

This was the best/well equipped vacation rental that we ever stayed in. I was not planning on cooking during our stay but the cottage was so cozy and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possible need we couldn’t help it.
We also loved that it snowed 3 out of the four days we were there. It was a 20 minute scenic drive to Ellicotville for skiing. The snow, the lake and the fireplace were definitely a plus.
Thanks to the host and the manager that answered all our questions before and during our trip.

This was a great cottage for myself and a few girlfriends to get away for the weekend! Super close and easy to get to Ellicottville! Place was clean and very cozy!! All the small details and amenities were wonderful!! Soaps/lotions in the bathroom! Comfortable blankets and bedding! Even the lights over the deck! Wood provided for a fire! They really thought of everything and made it easy for a bunch of moms who were getting away and didn’t want to do a ton of work!

Who Could Ask for Anything More?
This cottage was not only perfect for us in so many ways, but at a great location on Lime Lake. It was so very comfortable, and all the amenities left for guests made a feel like we were in a hotel.
Kay F, the property manager was exceptionally attentive, before and during our stay. Renting a pontoon boat from LL Marina was a seamless process and enhanced our stay especially for visiting family and friends. Would definitely recommend for summer and winter stays. Jack & Bea S

Couldn’t be better.
Nothing says “Summer” better than a stay here. Perfect place to unplug and enjoy all that a summer get-away has to offer. Kids swam, jet skied, tubed, fed the fish and ducks, and played non-stop while we enjoyed the deck and view!
Owner and Property Manager were amazing and communication was seamless. The place couldn’t be cleaner and offered much convenience for our stay.
Can’t wait to come back next year…already booked!

The heat worked great, we enjoyed the fireplace and were able to stay warm in spite of the very very cold temperatures. The kids loved the upstairs! Wifi worked great. Bathrooms are beautiful and beds are comfy. It was an easy drive to Ellicottville where we went snow tubing. In summary, we had a wonderful weekend playing in snow with the kids, and found the cottage met all our needs.

Ring in the Christmas season get away
The lake cabin was amazing. Description and photos were very accurate. The cabin was very tidy, clean, and well stocked. Great view of the lake. Wi-Fi and Internet or salad. Cell phone reception was not a problem. Wood-burning stove worked great as did everything else. Very comfortable and easy.
