Best overall beach rental experience our family has had in over 40 years of summer beach rentals. That includes O.C, Fenwick, South Bethany and even Florida. This vacation home was absolutely perfect for our family. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. For me, It was really nice to finally experience what a clean vacation home is like. The location is perfect. The area is excellent and the neighbors were friendly (and quite). The back deck and dock for our boat was outstanding. In short, this is a great place, and we will be back for 2022 if possible.

Perfect location with open first floor and great space. Great amount of outdoor chairs on decks and to take to beach. Well equipped kitchen too. Carpets on first floor pretty ready for replacement though and bunk style beds were a bit uncomfortable. Other three rooms were excellent however. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the area!

Great house very clean,very well stock kitchen. Great dock and kayak were a plus and fun. Quiet neighborhood and super easy walk to beach and parking pass also a plus. Brian was very easy to work with,hope to have a another great stay next year.

Beautiful, well maintained, well equipped, clean home with an open floor plan on the first floor making it easy for all to feel together. We enjoyed our stay!

The amenities in the house were nice . We had everything in the kitchen we needed and the appliances worked well. Having a grill was nice, too! We are a hard sell on beds in general, so to my surprise, the beds were comfortable! Owner was communicative and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great, beautiful, spacious house. It’s an easy walk to the beach and in a very quiet area. The back deck facing the canal is beautiful, and having kayaks to borrow was a plus. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a fantastic getaway spot for a family with a dog. The home is very efficiently laid out with room to work, relax, and cook all while enjoying each other's company. The kayaks are a great addition for an evening paddle and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We really appreciated the finishing touches like ceiling fans that circulate at the right speed, a dog crate available and ready, comfortable mattresses, and the clean, convenient deck area for dining out canalside. We took several weekend vacations this summer, and this was our favorite stay by far.

Very nice home. My conversation with Brian prior to check-in was helpful. We had a full house with our three kids and four grandkids -- everyone had a great time. Very clean and comfortable house. Less than 10 min walk to the beach. Enjoyed the kayaking. Highly recommended.

Great location for Bethany Beach vacation spot. A few minutes walk to the beach. You could even take a leisurely walk to the Bethany boardwalk area only about 1.5 miles away. Nice neighborhood. Large Kitchen and dining area. Great back deck area with plenty of space to enjoy the evening outside. The owner responded to all questions promptly and was very helpful.

Very nice clean place to stay. Nice and quiet and close to many great restaurants and activities.

It was a great experience spending thanksgiving week here. The house has a very convenient location, only minutes walk to the beach, also in walking distance to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, where we were impressed by the crabs served in Blue Crab Restaurant. It’s also a pleasant drive to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach on the Black Friday. The house itself has a lot amenities, my 80+ year old parents enjoyed playing Taichi on the lower deck, they also love to sit in the window area to enjoy the sun. The neighborhood is quite in winter, there’re still a couple of empty lots covered by grass so our dogs enjoyed walking by the water. It’s not far from Ocean City, where one can find a variety of food selections and activities, especially in summer. We live in Montgomery County Maryland, and have been to Ocean City so often. This trip is one of the best we’ ever had. We love to come back again!

We loved kayaking through the canals and sitting by the dock as much as we enjoyed being on the beach. The house was well appointed and met all our needs. The only caution is the spiral stairs to the bedrooms may be a little difficult for some people to navigate.

Perfect house for a week getaway at the beach. It had everything we needed. And geat location on the bay side and easy walking distance to the beach and main part of Bethany Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in South Bethany. The home was fantastic and well appointed with everything one would need. The owner Brian was outstanding in his communication and helpfulness. Driving in from New England, he gave us tips on the best route to take as well as recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The neighborhood was great in that the house is on a dead end street far enough away from Rte 1 that we never heard any of that traffic. Most of our time at the house (aside from being at the beach all day) was spent outside on the deck by the water. It was here that we made use of the gas grill and ample seating for family dinners and lounging. This is a very tranquil setting and it appeared that all of the neighbors were respectful and quiet. We felt at home away from home. It was a very quick walk to the beach which we made daily. We made use of one of the residential parking passes to load up one vehicle with our chairs and cooler and park close to the beach entrance. The rest of our family would walk, and crossing the four lanes of Rte 1 was never an issue as South Bethany doesn't have the traffic like the busier beaches to the north and south. The beach itself is huge and we never felt crowded from all of the other beachgoers. Inside the house, the first floor was spacious and open with a lot of natural light. The kitchen had everything to prepare whatever it is you wished to make....new refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, blender, and an abundance of pots, pans, bowls, dishes and serving utensils. The mattresses in the four bedrooms are all new comfortable memory foam. The outdoor shower was a huge plus and helped keep the sand from the beach out of the house! Take advantage of the kayaks at the house....the bay is so peaceful. All in all, the home is perfect for a family or small group of friends. Brian is a great owner, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
