Situated in Bethany Beach, this attractive house for $1,205 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This house is spacious and bright with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms - just two blocks from the beach. Parking for six cars. There are three master suites with attached bathrooms and king sized beds. The fourth bedroom also has a king sized bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen sized bed. The sixth bedroom has bunkbeds with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on the top. The seventh bedroom has twin and full sized beds. Comfortably sleeps 16 people. There are decks on the second and third floors. The third floor deck is screened in and has a dining room table which seats eight, which is in addition to the table in the dining room which seats 10-12. There are two new picnic tables in the backyard as well as gas and charcoal grills. Backyard is large enough for outdoor activities such as corn hole and croquet. Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Includes both a living room and den - both with flat screened TVs. Five of the bedrooms also have flat screened TVs. House is wifi enabled and has cable throughout. A storage closet contains beach toys, chairs, and a beach cart. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Two laundry rooms - each with a washer and dryer. It is on the ocean side of Route 1, just 2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks north of Bethany's main street, Garfield Parkway, with its many restaurants and shops.

This property was one of the best we have stayed at and was comparable to a hotel. Cleanliness, location, space, and everything you could possibly need. Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Definitely would stay again. A home away from home. We are so grateful for the time and appreciate the communication the host also provided.

This beach house was great - perfect for our needs as a group of several families with young children. The house was spacious and well-stocked with beach gear. Easy access via a keypad (rather than dealing with the hassle of keys) and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, bathrooms, etc. Everything felt very easy, which let us enjoy our stay even more!

Well equipped & spacious home.. indoors and out. Beach chairs, grills, linens & kitchen needs ..AND 2 sets of each of washers, dryers & dishwashers! 2 short blocks to the beach & ample parking on the property..an important feature in season.

Nice house with lots of space within walking distance to the beach. Needs some more frequent deep cleaning of carpets, furniture, appliances, etc.

The beach house was well located near Bethany but far enough away the beaches were not nearly as busy. The bedrooms had nice quality mattresses and were very comfortable for our party which was my family and my sisters family and our mother. We enjoyed eating dinner on the outdoor table in the screened in porch and took advantage of the grille as well. Steve was very helpful when we had any questions.

The house was super roomy and well stocked. Steve was very helpful and communicative. We loved having all the space and being close to town and the beach. Highly recommend!
