This home is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the Beach Club pools, Pelican Beach, clubhouse, and golf courses. The open living area has a fireplace with a 50" HDTV mounted over. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sun room offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
