I was grateful how easy it was to communicate with the manager…the deck was a great plus as it overlooked a quiet street and lovely tree and foliage. Very relaxing. Also, the location allowed us quick access to the main roads and a quick drive to the beach. Would definitely return again!

this property had everything we needed, plenty of space. Our biggest issue was the TV service. There was no cable. We couldn't view our sports teams, put something on for my grandson while we got dinner, or just watch TV at the end of the day.

Good location. House needs a little love, but it met our needs for the week. Beds were comfortable. Would consider renting again.

The property was older but fully equipped with everything we needed to have a great vacation. Ample parking, easy beach access and all the comforts of home. The yard is spacious and the deck was perfect for hours of family time. We use VRBO often for family vacations and find the 'lived-in' homes the most comfortable. Some mattresses need to be replaced but other than that we had no complaints. One review stated there were not enough pots and pans or kitchenware and I didn't find that to be true. Two kitchens fully stocked with all the things you need made it comfortable for our extended family. All we needed was provided.
Two things I will note are: the emails sent beforehand were unclear. We got 2 addresses to pick up keys, one is closed. The other was about sheets being provided which was not correct. The listing correctly states that you must bring your own sheets.
We had no problem with hot water or appliances. The owners provided gas for the grill and the landscape was beautiful. Trash is picked up twice and there are plenty of cans to not overflow the receptacles (a problem recurring in most rentals).
As we are native Rhode Islanders we enjoyed our stay back home with family and friends close by. Having traveled to many beaches throughout the US we were happy to return and find a comfortable alternative to crowding into a relative's home.
Kudos to the property owners and rental company.

The property was nice. A bit dated, but that's represented in the pictures. The 2 separate living areas worked out well for us. Although you need to use caution on the last step downstairs. The outdoor spaces seemed nice. We didn't use because of weather. Property was well equiped for cooking. Ensure the toilet paper you bring is for septic system. We had a maintenance issue. Property Manager was pretty responsive. Nothing that ruined the trip. Location was great. Easy to Newport. VERY easy to Block Island ferry. Easy access to grocery store and dining options. Would rent again if returning to the area.

This 2 story property provided us with 2 kitchens which was amazing and allowed meals, snacks, and desserts to be made without overcrowding. But, we were disappointed in the very limited supply of cookware etc. I realize many renters would not do much cooking on vacation but we do and it was a challenge. There were a few minor maintenance issues like the glass door spring at the back which kept pulling off the door. In addition, the location was okay for the beach because of the access path which was a major draw. Overall, I would not say this was the best place we have rented, but we would certainly rent again if we are vacationing in the area.

The set up of the house was fine. Maybe because there were 2 kitchens, it was so disorganized and we had trouble locating items. Basic utensils were lacking. Not sure who was responsible for the grill but it was filthy! Alarms went off for no reason that we could find at 2am!

This beach house was perfect plenty of rooms. It was so cute. All the beach decorations were so fun. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the deck.

Love the area, close enough to Scarborough Beach so that you can walk. Love the outdoor shower, grill and deck, new washer/drier, six real bedrooms and lots of comfy furniture, but wish the owners paid more attention to upkeep. Two bedrooms smell like mildew, there is visual evidence of old mildew blooms on doors and BR furniture. Shingles on N side of house are cracked and broken. One of my guests complained that the downstairs bathroom lacks any bath mat and definitely needs a new toilet seat.
Property manager was very responsive to an issue with the smoke detector.

Great place for family gathering! Loved having 2 kitchens. Plenty of place to park. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had folks come and go from MA which made it ideal. Kitchens well stocked with appliances, plates etc. Beds very comfortable! Would consider staying here again

Great space and location from the beach (with the Angell road shortcut). Definitely bring your own beach chairs as non are provided. Spacious for two families. Sleeps twelve but no single beds so that could be an issue for some people. The only really weird thing was that the plates/bowls weren’t clean from previous renters. This isn’t something the cleaners would pick up. Otherwise great place!

Great house and size for our party of 8 adults as we didn't feel on top of each other. Clean, nice yard, enough outside furniture to enjoy the deck. The kitchen can use a large family size frying pan though. Besides that, all small appliances were new. The walk to the beach was ok once we inquired as to where the path was (next to #24 then about a 1/4 mile down Angell). Only down thing was the neighbors landscaper at 7:12am :( Would come back again

The house was great for us with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths! We could really spread out. It has a nice deck which we enjoyed. Location is convenient to anything. Beach is a little far if you walk, but still very possible. Overall, the property served us very well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family has been vacationing in Narragansett for many years. This house was the best for space and comfort for 7, plus dinner guests. The convenient location is a walk to the beach . We all fought for the out door shower! Beds very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to resolve the few issues we had which seemed like typical wear and tear for a rental. Hope to come again next year!
