Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $1,450 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The definition of a hidden gem, Sapphire by the Sea is a custom-built private home perfect for your family’s next beach vacation. Located in the secluded Tang-O-Mar community in Miramar Beach, this home boasts a private pool, a beach volleyball court, an outdoor pool table, plenty of yard space and more. You’ll be able to ride with style to the exclusive Tan-O-Mar beach access with the private golf cart that is included with the home, and can seat up to 6 guests. Sapphire by the Sea features a spacious living area, a gourmet kitchen with an island, two master suites, and five guest bedrooms--accommodating up to 20 guests. This slice of paradise is only minutes away from Tang-O-Mar’s private beach access, and is close to Destin, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin restaurants, shopping areas, and popular area attractions. This is a two-story private home in Miramar Beach just past the Silver Sands Outlets. This house also includes 4 personal beach chairs! BEDDING SUMMARY First Master bedroom: King bed Second Master bedroom: King bed Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed Guest bedroom 2: Queen bed Guest bedroom 3: Two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds Guest bedroom 4: Queen bed Guest bedroom 5: Queen bed Living area: Queen sleeper sofa The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer. The first floor has an inviting two-story entryway with a Juliette balcony. The open floor plan throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas gives everyone plenty of space to spend quality time together. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and overlooks the fenced-in backyard. The backyard features an in-ground pool, an outdoor pool table and TV, a volleyball court, and plenty of space for the kids to run around. There is a gas grill, a gas Blackstone griddle, three outdoor dining tables, and poolside seating as well, which is perfect for summertime barbecuing! There’s also a half bathroom conveniently located near the living room that has poolside access. Everything you need to create your favorite meals for the whole family is now in the comfort of your vacation home. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, and a beautiful glass tile backsplash. The dining area seats 10 at the table with additional seating for 10 at the large kitchen bar island. A laundry room and a half bathroom are conveniently located just beyond the living area. The two master suites are conveniently located on the first floor. Each offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Upstairs, French doors lead to a spacious bunk bedroom that sleeps up to six guests in two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. On the north side of the second floor are two queen bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathrooms. The south end of the second floor has two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is located near these two bedrooms. Two of the queen bedrooms, as well as the bunk bedroom have private entrances to the rear balcony overlooking the spacious backyard and pool. The other two queen bedrooms have private entrances to the front balcony that overlooks the front-drive. The first floor living area contains a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger groups. A semi-circle driveway in front of the house provides ample parking space and a straight driveway on the north side of the house leads to the single garage that houses your private golf cart. Tang-O-Mar’s private beach access is located about 150 yards from the house and has golf-cart parking available. For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $75 per day of your reservation. Need more space without more stress? We had 20 people from all ages stay here. Unfortunately it rained most of the time and it would’ve been a rough visit if we didn’t have the heated pool. The kids and adults loved all the amenities. We had a small maintenance issue that no one could have anticipated and the management office was quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This property was in a great location, just a quick ride down the street to the beach thanks to the golf cart. Very close to restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed the pool (we had it heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay) and the covered pool table. The house was the perfect set-up for our large family. A few things need fixed/replaced and the house could use a deep cleaning, but all in all it did not affect our vacation and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend to others and will likely return.

This house was perfect for our group! 3 families had plenty of room and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds for 3 families with kids ranging from 16-26. The golf cart was perfect for back and forth beach trips. We loved the private pool and sand volleyball too. Overall this was a great house and we would love to stay here again

House was beautiful and my group of 20 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool. The home had plenty of pots/pans etc. to get us through the weekend. My grandkids had a blast! We would definitely book again.

The property's indoor and outdoor spaces provide lots of opportunities for fun! The bunk room provides lots of space for children to play. The great room was wonderful whether play games, working puzzles, dining or watching a game on TV. Outdoors offered the pool, pool table, sand volleyball. The beach was easily accessible with a short walk. The golf cart made it so easy to transport beach gear. It is a wonderful place to stay!

This was our first chance as a family to get together since the pandemic and I am so glad we chose this property. The house was amazing, clean and well stocked with linens and dishes/pots/pans for prepping our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was amazing but due to the temperature we were unable to use. We did reach out to the property managers and learned that when the night time temp drops below 50, the heater will cut off. I did recommend that this be disclosed on the property information. Customer service and recovery were excellent and after opening the ticket they did issue a refund for the fee.
The area is perfect with shopping, restaurants, movies all within a short 15-20 min drive. Again due to weather we didn’t spend as much time at the beach but the golf cart was convenient did the few times we took the short drive up. Definitely would revisit for a warm summer vacation!

House was clean, kitchen provided all we needed. Pool table need some maintenance and outside furniture needs cleaning. Heated pool was wonderful. One safety issue inside the house was the rugs in 2 of the bedrooms had curled up corners (the corners had a lot of wear) and made it hazardous. I personally feel once and stumbled several times. But over all it was a beautiful house to celebrate 80 years of life.
The most disappointing thing was the lack of effort to try to give us an early check in, when calling all they could say is the policy and they cared very little that the house was already serviced and we were sitting outside waiting for 3 hours. Very poor customer service.

This house was wonderful for our Fall Break getaway with our big group of friends/family! Check in was super easy and we got in earlier than anticipated. The rooms/beds were all as stated in the description. Compass Resorts was easy to work with. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property
We had a great time, the house was amazing and exactly as expected. Well kept house, very clean, quick 3-5 min walk to the beach or 1 min golf cart ride. We had 20 people ranging from infants to grandparents and we had plenty of space. The pool is also really great to have when you need a break from the sand. The beach area was not overly crowded and the white sand was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Tang o mar vacation
My family had a wonderful trip. The house was very nice. The pool was very nice, and we enjoyed that it was heated. The house was close enough to walk to the beach, but the provided golf cart made it much easier to get our stuff to and from. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Large group friendly
Minor cosmetic problems but overall house is perfect for large gatherings! Some of the smaller things like, garage door not fixed, pool lights not working, lights were burnt out across the property, and the dryer didn't dry very well. These things would have been nice if they worked, but didn't hinder our fun! The private beach is just down the road and the golf cart made it easy to carry all the beach stuff. Weather was rainy and we loved having the covered patio outback next to the pool, between rain we jumped in! Will definitely consider this location in the future.

Perfect Spacious House close to Beach!
This house was absolutely perfect for my 19 family members. Young and old loved this house. I cannot think of one thing that would make this house more perfect. (Unless you can stick it right on the beach:-) ). Being just a small walk to the beach made it affordable for us. And the golf cart made it so perfect. We used the outside patio for every meal. All the activities for the kids outside were so amazing. Thank you for sharing your home!!

The fine print states that the pool cost extra to heat and since we stayed early March seemed like a must so an additional fee was tacked on. We needed to give them heads up if we wanted it heated so it would be ready when we got there and we did. Upon our arrival we find a filthy hot tub and pool that has a leak/ can't hold water. The pool wasn't cleaned until the second afternoon of our 3 day stay. The hot tub never got "hot" and the pool finally got warm enough on our last day. Called and requested that additional fee be refunded several times only to get the run around and it was never was. Since the pool wasn't usable we turned our attention to the volleyball court and outdoor pool table. The pool table was terribly off level to the point it was unplayable. Volleyball sand area was riddled with sharp objects, we pulled out several bottle caps nails and screws prior to playing, but then made the most of that.

This was the first time our group has been able to do something like this and this location was perfect for us. Everything was clean and was as described. Gave 3 stars for check-in due to key code not updated on app and needed to call twice for that (once when we were a few hours away and next when we arrived). Overall was pleased with location.
