Lovely place to stay has that feeling of being home when you walk in the door, house had everything we needed for our stay, big thing for me (hubby) is the bed comfort over worked body, slept like a baby.

We had such a great stay at this Broadwater Cottage.
From the moment we arrived we felt a sense of calm and a welcoming warmth from this place. Truley a home away from home.
The little touches made all the difference.

* Kitchen that had absolutely everything you could posdibly need.
* Fluffy fresh towels.
* Super comfortable bedding with quality linen.
* Quality, ample toiletries

Mark and Karin have thought of everything.
The secure yard was perfect for our little fur babies. They were at ease and comfortable in their surroundings. The access to the walking tracks and off leash areas along the broadwater being so close (200 meter walk) was superb .
We will definately be back.

Great spot as a base for exploring the Gold Coast and theme parks. Cafes, shops, restaurants nearby. Perfectly appointed and clean. Mark and Karin were great hosts!

Absolutely amazing stay, cannot rate it highly enough. House was spotless and has everything that you could need for your stay (plus more). Extremely prompt communication and the hosts, Mark and Karin, went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after and had everything that we needed. Thank you so much. When we come back to the Gold Coast, we will definitely stay here.

Perfect tidy beach cottage for our family with three small children and dog. Kids enjoyed playing in the enclosed astroturf yard and deck areas. Well presented property with all the necessities, comfortable beds.l and air conditioning. Location close to Broadwater parklands, good local coffee and all the Gold Coast attractions without being too busy. We loved our stay and will come back again for sure

This is a nice self-contained dog-friendly house. Just far enough away from the high-rise Surfers Paradise part of the Gold Coast. Nice quiet area. The main thing was that we could take our dog along with us and leave her in the fenced yard behind the very convenient electric gate while we went to the beaches and theme park. Mark was super-helpful and very responsive. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Very Clean and cosy inviting cottage,Host was kind enough to supply daily necessities and extra, cottage is situated not too far from all theme parks and surfers Paradise, overall the place felt very homey.

Located within easy walking distance of the Broadwater and GC Aquatic Centre - not to mention the amazing dog friendly cafe on the next corner.

This is a delightfully fresh and light filled cottage with charm, character and beautiful private garden (the bushes have grown substantially since the photos on the website were taken).
The little touches of essentials needed on first arrival were also very welcome.
The linens and bedding were so comfortable we didn't want to leave.
Definitely recommend this accomodation for the location, convenience of having fur babies as part if a holiday, and other surrounding amenities!!

T. he property presents very well. It has an excellent paint job, is light filled and airy. The rooms are a generous size and could easily accommodate a larger family. There is very good fencing, so a pooch is nice and safe outside in the yard. A short walk down the road is a beautiful park that has an off leash area, where the dog can have a paddle and swim. Absolutely fantastic.
The host has beautifully appointed rooms in the house. There is everything provided there for your stay. All kitchen appliances, tea and coffee making facilities, laundry, brooms, vacuum cleaner and and a spacious modern bathroom. The bed is a king size and very comfortable. Your vehicle is safe and secure in the electric gated driveway. I hope we will visit this property again- sooner rather than later.

Pet Friendly Gold Coast Gem
Lovely renovated cottage, modern furnishings, bathroom and kitchen. Coffee machine, ninja and everything clean and quality utilities in the kitchen, and great wine glasses! (Very important). Great TV and very dog friendly/safe. Very close to theme parks, surfer's, hinterland, dog friendly beaches and restaurants. Exceeded expectations.

A gorgeous, bright and airy cottage that is instantly inviting. We brought our dog and the fencing was secure all round for our active boy. Its private and furnishings very comfortable. The foreshore is 5 minutes walk away with perfect areas for family bbqs / picnics etc. 2 x car spaces for off street secure parking was excellent too.

From the time we opened the door we were impressed by the cleanliness and great space for the family and so secure for the dogs. The little extra touches provided were noticed. My first experience for at a bnb and could not be happier that I booked this house.

Comfy Beach Cottage
The property is clean and well-presented. It's great to have all those little extras supplied e.g. cooking items, soaps and cleaners. The beds are very comfortable with hotel quality linen. The deck at the rear of the house is lovely and the yard is secure for pets. We had an enjoyable stay and found the location handy to everything.

Lovely stay for the whole family
Great experience from before we even got there with plenty of communication from the owners. Plenty of room for the whole family plus our 2 dogs. Provided all the essentials and more. Very comfy beds and great furniture all round. Great check in method. Will be recommending to any friends/family looking for a holiday.
