We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (26.1SQM) on the 11th floor. Luxury Car Service is now available for a reasonable fee. Please let us know if you want to avail of this service. We have 2 side by side fully furnished and beautifully decorated units for families and friends who want to stay together. The building is new, and the building staff are unbelievably helpful and courteous. Our place is very cozy. We have designed it to make you feel comfortable and at home. *Unit Inclusions; 1.)All utility bills included. 2.) High-speed cable and internet. 3.)All units are clean and well-maintained. 4.)With Brand New 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed. 5.)Complete Brand New cooking and kitchen utensils. 6.)Hair dryer, Iron, Bath towels, Shampoo, Body Soap, Tissue, Coffee, Water, and In-door slippers. 7)The building is new and the building staffs are unbelievably helpful and courteous. Our place is very cozy. We have designed it to make you feel comfortable and at home. =========== **GUEST ACCESS** *Amenities available are swimming pools, kiddie pools, children's playground, outdoor fitness zone, and outdoor lounge. *The lobby can also be used to entertain guests. *The building has function rooms that can be used subject to property management policy. *Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day for regular days and P300 per person for holidays. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Only 3 people are allowed to access the pool per unit. Unit was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, All staff was great and accommodating, and always there when you need anything. I like the location, my only issue is the air conditioning water is dripping towards the bed also, the mattress & pillows are hard for me other than that .. every thing is excellent .

The entire place was clean and cozy. The amenities were also nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall, we had a great stay because of the place and the welcoming host.

The door knob was damaged and taped. Too much inconvenience dealing with security guards and the property coordinator, who is actually very professional, but was not able to help better because he's not actually in the building. Better book a hotel room if you have extra money to spend to avoid the hassles especially when you're just on vacation. The guards felt so priviledged and no customer service at all. Will never ever go back to this property, never at Shell Residences ever again.

We had a wonderful experience at the unit! Every staff member we encountered, from welcoming us to the check-in and the staff who assisted us with all our concerns. Everyone was delightful and eager to help! It is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We just felt we never left home because of the room amenities. The unit is clean, tidy, and good value for money. We are satisfied with the room and the service provided by everyone. Grace was a great host! responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. it was harder to get in the swimming pool than for a US citizen to go to cuba. and there is a gym that guess what you cant use it. and you have to pay to use the pool and go through 2 agencies to even do that.

Never in 50 plus years have i stayed at a property that closes the pool for lunch break... smh... The owner of the condo was extremely wonderful. It needed some thorough cleaning in the toilet area. It looks like sum1 stuck the sprayer up their butt 2 clean. It was pretty gross. Shower hose broke. I informed him and very responsive to my observations. Sadly there doesn't seem to be good communication between himself and cleaners who should inform him of these. Not 5 star but very nice and worth the stay.. will return in 6 months to c if those item s were repaired ir cleaned... :)
