Situated in Ojus, this charming house for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a beautiful, tranquil, private house located in the northeast of Miami, in the Oleta River close to Aventura. AREA-The backyard of the house has the river and views of the historic Greynolds Park. You can fish in the backyard or get into the river with a canoe or kayak. The house have been totally renovated.The house is in a quiet location, has ample parking and is sunny and bright,. ACCOMODATIONS- 2 story house,! 4 bedrooms with balconies and river view, 3 baths with huge floor to ceiling hurricane proof windows. Features- The 1st floor has marble floors, large open dining room, a brand new open kitchen and a large living room, a full bathroom and closets. All closets are fully furnished with everything you might need for your stay, such as towels, toiletries, soaps, hair products, blowdryers. Kitchen is full of glasses and kitchenware you might need, including both an espresso machine and american coffee machine and blender, several pro-quality cookware and tools.The house has large ceiling to floor security hurricane windows all around, with views to Oleta River and the beautiful green foliage of natural habit and native plants.The first floor also has a small bedroom with a twin bed that can be used as an extra bedroom,ideal for somebody that can not climb stairs or kids. 2nd floor- here we find the master bedroom, with a master bathroom and 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. ALL the bedrooms have balconies with large security hurricane windows. 2nd floor has bamboo flooring. LOCATION- You would be hard pressed to find a better location especially for this price. There are famous parks such Greynolds, Haulover (boating and kites) and Oleta River Park . There is a Publix, our quintessential supermarket, a pharmacy, and town centers. For entertainment, there is the famous multi-level Aventura shopping mall with shops like Abercrombie and Fitch, Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales, It's Sugar, All Saints, Michael Kors and so on. It also features an in mall movie theatre, with several restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory, food courts, and even cupcake shops.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sunny Modern Waterfront Home! The place is very quiet in a cul de sac. Restaurants and groceries are walking distance. The home is perfect for our family of four adults, we each had a spacious room and own bathroom. Both floors are drenched in sunlight and the views on the river are beautiful. The house was very well stocked with amenities from TVs to towels to kitchen utensils. Carmen is very responsive and present as a host! The only downside is because of nearby traffic driving to the beach or nearby cities can take up time.

We stayed for a week and loved sitting in the yard with the river and wildlife. Very quiet and peaceful. Birds flying by and beautiful sunsets. Lots of shops nearby. The owner was wonderful too! We could walk to Greystone park, which is lovely. Go to surfside if you want beach with better parking.

My family and I had a nice time with ample room and the communication was excellent with the owner. Kitchen well stocked and the river view is an added bonus.

We were there with two families, 7 adults, over Christmas and New Year's Eve 2018. The house is really as beautiful as you can see on the photos, located in a quiet residential area, idyllic by the river. In December there were no plaguing mosquitoes, but many windows also had insect screens. The view from the terrace to the river is beautiful, you can also observe a lot of animals. The house was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen with detergent for the hand and machine, there was detergent for the washing machine and in all baths soap, shampoo. A newly filled gas bottle for the grill was brought. Unfortunately we did not get to know Carmen personally, but she answered all questions quickly and gave us another contact person for her absence during Christmas. When we were on our way, additional towels, soap etc. were put in front of the terrace door. The bedroom on the ground floor is very small, has a single bed and unfortunately no window to open, this room can not be seen in the photos. We would come back at any time :-).

The house was very unique and modern. Great experience. Very nice nd relaxing. Great neighborhood and close to everything needed. I definitely will reserve for future trips in Miami
