Day and night entertainment, dining, shopping, golfing and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are close by. Delight yourself with Norman Love chocolate and ice cream. The downtown River District (only 2 miles away) contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There is also two walking parks along the Caloosahatchee River & yacht basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. There are many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit as well as the World Renowned Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. The District also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street. The house is a duplex in a quiet neighbor. It is perfect for two. We had a very small dog with us. The house has a nice kitchen so we were able to cook meals. The television setup was very good. We had access to a washer and dryer. They supplied the detergent. The bathroom is small but nice. The bed is standard size. The mattress was comfortable. I have allergies. I did not have problems in this house. The landscaping around the house was tropical and, that with inside house decor, was perfect for the location. The property host was friendly and helpful.

The location was central to where we wanted to go. The manager allowed us to check in early. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they were able to change it immediately. Very appreciative of the service!

Cute little 1 bed and 1 bath. We've been working on our house that was damaged by the hurricane and this is perfect for our needs and close to our house. We've stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

We needed a place to stay while working on our home damaged by the hurricane. This was only 2 miles away so the location and price were perfect. Very clean nice little house. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Well maintained, clean and secure. Nice bit of sunshine in the back. Great to have washer and dryer. Only wish we had info on the TV so we knew what to do when we lost reception. But host was reassuring when we called him. Heartbreaking damage to the whole neighborhood from hurricane I am.

This place was perfect and a lovely house. The house was immaculately clean. I truly enjoyed my stay at this home. It was quiet and had excellent parking. The only negative was (but It would not stop me from rebooking next year) the Wi-Fi. It was very slow most of the time. Again I'd book this home next year, but I just wanted to the point that out for anyone who depends on Wi-Fi. The house was an extremely comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. Also, it is very close to the water, which was pleasant and relaxing, and I sat out and smoked my cigars. The manager responded quickly the 2 times I reached out to him.

Great location very close to I75 to go see relatives, manatees, nature, Ford/Edison Museum, and west Everglades area. Nice kitchen and cable TV. Pleasant outside area to relax at the table. Covered carport. Couch/futon is not the most comfortable although appearance is lovely. Queen size bed is very comfortable.

I was a little worried driving up to the house, as there was lots of rubble from hurricane damage along the streets, but the house itself was in perfect condition. Clean, comfortable. A/C worked fine. Bed comfortable. It fit my situation perfectly. I may be headed back to the area soon, and I definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful location tucked away. Neighbors are friendly. Comfortable accommodations; clean and in good condition. All accoutrements you need are stocked (dishware, towels, extra blankets, etc.). It is Florida, so bring your insect repellant. Owner is responsive and helpful.

We had a great time over the course of our stay. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. Interstate is five minutes away so heading out on sight seeing adventures was easy. Downtown Ft Myers is 10 minutes. Was a nice relaxing stay.

Nice property, very quiet neighborhood with tropical surroundings. The most comfortable bed we've had since had since we left home. Didn't get a chance to use the grille because there are so many restaurants and things to do in the area, from Punta Gorda to Naples... . Very Nice.

Easy check in and communication with owner, neighborhood is quiet and friendly, dog friendly, felt comfortable staying here, they had a lot of things provided for us - towels, plates, pots/pans, which made it perfect for our 2 week stay!

We loved staying at the little duplex! It was easy to find and the carport was a huge plus while visiting in early Summer. Everything in the unit was operational except for one table lamp missing a bulb, which didn't bother us. The location is convenient to get to all the tourist areas within a reasonable time, and it was nice being so close to the water. Quiet neighborhood, too. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a little bit with keeping the unit cool, especially in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and appeared to have the original shower, which looks cool but the showerhead will only come up to your chest if you're over 6', so you'll have to duck to finish washing off. Overall we were very pleased with the place, and like the availability of the adjacent unit if we wanted to come back with friends. Definitely recommend for couples, and being pet friendly was an excellent plus!

I stayed here for about three weeks, and I loved every minute of it. The property had every amenity I could possible need from extra shampoo all the way to pots and pans with every utensil in between. The neighborhood is nice and quite and the river nearby lends to some amazing morning and evening walks. I highly recommend this property, and I would be more than willing the stay here again!
