Perfect weekend rental!
About this house rental
Thank you for taking the time to read about our home! We are minutes from campus. This 2400 sq.ft. home is 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, with galley kitchen and separate dining. The bedrooms consist of one king, two queens, one full and two singles. We can sleep up to 10. There is also a queen blow up mattress and two comfortable couches for up to 4 extra people. The back patio has a gas grill, plenty of seating, dining table and swing. Please note: You must book within 7 days of staying in order for the property to be prepared for your stay and verify through VRBO with an email or Facebook account. During the week (unless it’s summer and school is out June 1-August 5) this is our primary residence and it is not available during the school year. Weekends we are happy to accommodate! :)

4 Aggie couples in town for the Ole Miss game. The property was not too far from campus. The neighborhood was quiet. Loved the back patio and yard. House was clean and it was nice to have bathrooms off every bathroom. The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator was full of their personal items and hard to get our stuff in there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a great size for our group.

Property is better than the photos. The covered back patio area is great for cookout, tailgating, and just chilling with an outdoor couch, big screen TV, swings, rocking chairs, etc. We spent most of our time out back.
4 full bedrooms with queen+ beds and each with its own bathroom PLUS a half bath on the main floor. Also a 3rd story bonus room with 2 single beds. Overall fresh smell both the home and linens. Well appointed and owner was helpful, responsive, accommodating. Close to downtown and the stadium. Went during a football weekend

Great property and Was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was essential for us. Amy left us some snacks and extra bathroom items. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent home
The home was perfect for us. The owner was great to work with. The property is just as it is advertised. Wi-Fi worked great. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful venue - clean, big and nice location
We want for the Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss game. A group of 5 stayed and we could have housed more (2 spare bedrooms). Very clean, centrally located, nice house that was perfect for our group. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. Great experience

Great property
The house was perfect for our graduation weekend. The house was clean and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel like home. Amy provided snacks and even had toothbrushes and shampoos in case we forgot something. She was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

This house worked perfectly for us! My husband and I invited friends to join us for a weekend at Ole Miss. The house had plenty of beds and a bathroom for each room. Amy was great to work with and responded quickly when I had questions.

Amazing Weekend!
Amy's house was perfect for our family football weekend! It is beautiful inside and out. The outdoor area was our favorite. She was so welcoming and kind and we will definitely stay there again!

So many Pros , So many Cons
This property was great if you are in need of a lot of beds! Living space however wasn't ideal. Small living room, dinning room and kitchen.
The distance from the square/University wasn't so bad! As long as you know how to use Uber/Lyft and you factor that cost into your stay, it really wasn't an issue.
We originally booked for Thur-sun but were later told it wasn't available Thursday. Understandable, this is their home.
We were a smaller group (5 ppl) so we did fine in the house. If we had one more couple it would have been tight for cooking meals/hanging out.
There was an adorable dog and cat! Which we loved but we had no communication on if/how to care for them. They were outside animals so it wasn't an inconvenience, just weird. We feed them with the food we found and put it in their bowls.
A huge inconvenience was when three girls were trying to rush and get ready for an 11am game and realized there was not a hair dryer! So, if you book and happen to use a pink blow dryer....that is curtesy of yours truly and the local CVS.
Our biggest issue came at the end. They kept our security deposit because they said we dented their refrigerator. I have zero clue as to how we could of done this. How do you put 5 dents in a fridge? I'm not really into boxing or TaeBo anymore. There wasn't much we could do about it since we didn't take pictures of the fridge beforehand. So if bed space and cleanliness is what you are looking for this might be the place for you. It just wasn't for us.

Wonderful Oxford Home Away
This location is extremely clean and very well accommodating. It is an excellent location with quick access to downtown and the University, and grocery store is very close by. It is a quick choice for future opportunities.

Excellent choice for Graduation 2019!
This home was perfect for us! We had 5 families staying in this home. We had a grad party on Friday night and had about 30 people in total for that. We had plenty of room to spread out. Even with the drizzling rain, people sat outside in the great patio space. Amy was super easy to communicate with throughout and very accommodating. She definitely has the gift of hospitality! Thank you! Would definitely recommend her home!

Spectacular Property by Ole Miss Fans
Amy was very responsive before, during and after our trip! Her house was absolutely perfect for us! We combined three families into one for this wonderful weekend and we were all very impressed! House was clean, beds were comfy, and everyone loved her dog! Our teenage boys loved having their own "man cave" upstairs, the grandparents loved having their own quarters downstairs so they didn't have to tackle the stairs, and the rest of us found perfect quarters on the 2nd floor! Only issue we had was trying to make the TV work and I think it was just because we live in rural areas of Texas and weren't familiar with all the options she had on her TV. Again, Amy was very responsive and walked us thru the issue with no problems at all. It's too bad our Ole Miss girl is a Sr. because we would not hesitate for a minute to return to Amy's house again.
