This was our second stay at the property but this time we stayed in a larger unit upstairs. Doug and Rachel are responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and downtown CDM but an easy drive to many other places.

This was the perfect house for our beach vacation! The owners were very easy to work with and on top of any issues that came up. My teens loved the loft with 2 twin beds. Stop looking and book this house!

Love the property. Everything was as described. The place was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. They have everything you need for the beach. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys. It made going to the beach so easy. Slept my family of 6 comfortably. My boys loved the loft room. We definitely will stay again.

Our entire family loved staying at this home. It's situated in a picturesque neighborhood that is close to the beach and great food. On top of all that, it's a beautiful home, it looks even better than the pictures. Our kids absolutely loved the hidden bedroom up the steps. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Our family of five (w/ two teens and 9-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable unit. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the proximity to the beautiful beaches and downtown area w/ restaurants and stores. We took day trips to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and LA with days in between to relax and enjoy all that Newport Beach has to offer. A very memorable trip for our entire family (the kids are already asking when we can go back). Thank you, Doug and Rachel, for sharing your charming home with us.

This (Unit D) property is charming , sunny, and comfortable. It is spacious and worked really well for 4 adults. It was a joy to walk just one block to the ocean bluff, open the windows for a sea breeze, or easily get on the road to visit local attractions. Several excellent eating spots within walking distance (we enjoyed the NY Deli and El Cholo) as well as a Whole Foods market just a short drive away. Our hosts, Doug and Rachel, are definitely super hosts. I HIGHLY recommend this property. Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed Doug’s property in CDM! Plenty of room for our family and the kids loved the little cubby loft room! Our stay was awesome!! The location was perfect for our family. We were able to travel to Disney, Lego Land , and the San Diego Zoo with ease. The local dinning and shopping options were awesome as well. The beach is close and our kids loved it!! The rental unit was in tip top shape and very clean when we arrived. Could t have asked for a better place for family to stay at!!

Very nice property, close to everything. Only downside is the street noise in the morning. Make sure you check out Bluewater Grill in Newport for great seafood. Check out the iconic bar in Newport Beach called Woodys. Great people watching bar and boats going by bar.

We loved our bungalow and location very much! Three of my kids were working from home while we were there and the wifi was excellent! Also a great place to be able to take beautiful walks along the beach and we could easily walk to shops and restaurants!

Stayed in this charming apt that was located to close to the cdm beach. Open and airy feeling, lots of light, and a cute little patio for sipping tea and watching the dogs take walks. Close to drive to Newport, Irvine, laguna in 10-15 min, but actually was happy to walk to the beach several times a day!
