This was an amazingly beautiful property the furniture was so gorgeous the house was beautiful as well the bathrooms were gorgeous too especially the steam shower that was our favorite thank you for allowing us to stay there and I hope you have a wonderful holiday

We had a lovely stay. The condo was perfectly located in close proximity to the rest of our family. It was very clean. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Easy and nice walk to the beach!
We think it could use a little TLC and updating. Some lightbulbs were out. In the king bedroom some of the outlets did not work.

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space for all of us and more people. We ate our meals on the patio looking at the ocean. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants near by. We rarely do pizza but tries Dare Devil because it was right up the street and it was really good. Kitchen was set up to make any meal you could want. We highly recommend this property and will be back.

Everything was great. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Did find a marshmallow under the couch lol.

Upon arrival we found Unit 402 as advertised. We were pleased that it lived larger than we expected. Everything worked well and we had a great week.
The only suggestion would be to have a few more place settings of China and flatware.

This is my family’s second trip to Outer Banks and both times we have stayed at Victoria Place and we love it! W estates in the penthouse and it is exactly as described/pictured online. The property owners are very responsive to any questions you have. The property is very clean and extremely spacious. We love the large deck to enjoy the evening. There are so many dining and shopping options all within walking distance. You will not be disappointed staying here!

We recently returned from our first Outer Banks vacation and were fortunate to book a nine day stay at Tori and Rex’s condo one block off the beach. Definitely agree with other reviews, the condo is spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, with convenient access to the beach, shopping, and dining. We all enjoyed Sal’s New York Pizza, the Bonzer Shack, Tortugas Lie, Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Barefoot Bernie’s Tropical Grill, and the Jolly Roger Restaurant. Publix is our go to grocery store, and a big shout out to Proof Bakery for their awesome donuts, Danish pastries, and breads. And check out the locally owned gift and art store Absolutely Outer Banks. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the condo again and will recommend it to others.

Great location, accommodating size, we found out once we booked that there was no elevator it was broken and we we’re on the top floor. Needs updating for the price. Cleaners did not clean well and it’s stated, “we have the best cleaners”, we had to do some re-cleaning when we arrived. Floors wasn’t swept well food was on the floor, master bathtub was dirty with dirt rings around the tub. Ceiling in one of the bathroom was peeled opened cause they had a water leak and wasn’t sealed or painted. Light carpets were stained in all the bedrooms. For the price of this house these issues should not exist .

This was a great central location for our stay. Half way between Duck and Nags Head. It was spacious. It would have been nice not to have to buy TP, dishwasher soap, and have more than one towel per person. Place was clean and well kept.

First of all, I must say the location is just prefect!! Places to eat, shop, beach and relax. The view was amazing watching the sunrise was just romantic. The comfort was unbelievable and the space was more than enough. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and next time we will be bring our family. I want to thank Rex and Tori for letting us stay in their rental, and sharing a small piece of their peace with strangers.

This place is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was our second stay and we will be back. Great location - short walk to the beach and tons of fabulous restaurants close by. Our new favorite place to stay in KDH!

The condo is very beautiful and comfortable. However from the picture it appears it is on the beach and not across the street. It is just a short distance to walk though. The only suggestion I have is that a luggage cart be provided to help with unpacking and packing up the vehicle. Other than that it was perfect.

The place was very, very clean. Nicely appointed. Comfortable. Quiet. Check-in easy. Kitchen well equipped for a rental unit. There's even a baby chair. Big east-facing deck. Beach a short walk away with limited water view from the property. Elevator made getting luggage to fourth floor unit a snap.

Very nice clean property. Large living room and dining room area, good sized well-appointed kitchen with center island, large porch, large master bedroom and other bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a carport. Great location near beach. Easy access for checkin and checkout.

Great condo! Spacious and nicely decorated. We’ll stocked kitchen. One of the guests accidentally tripped over a lamp cord and broke the lamp and glass to the end table and the owners couldn’t have been nicer about it. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the spacious & open living area of the condo. The kitchen is fantastic if you will be cooking for your group. 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom. The master shower is spectacular with the Steamist if you love a steamy, hot shower (Steamist is a sauna-style steam generator). There is a fantastic spacious deck with plenty of seating and a double hammock. The beach is just across the street with a public access path. Next door is a wonderful breakfast spot called Ten O Six & owner Toby will feed you well! Also next door is Holy Cow Creamery offering some of the best handmade ice cream I’ve ever had! This condo offers sooo much and we will definitely return! Easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out, quiet & private, elevator NOT stairs, plenty of parking with 1 spot being covered. 5 STARS only because 10 STARS isn’t an option! You’ll LOVE this condo!

We are a blended family and this was our first full 7 day vacation together. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this rental gave us the extra space needed for each of us to be able to fully enjoy the trip. We also really enjoyed the outdoor grilling!

The top floor condo was the perfect accommodation for our adult kids, their significant others, and their well behave fur babies. We loved the large living area, the perfect kitchen for preparing meals, the privacy of 3 bathrooms attached to bedrooms, and the spacious deck. It was a short convenient walk across the street to the public beach access. There’s not a thing that could have made it a better vacation spot.

Overall this was an excellent property and one that we would use again. There are some minor cosmetic issues- broken toilet handles, bathroom hooks that fall off the wall, some corrosion in the master shower, broken kitchen drawer but overall a well maintained property! A few minor fixes and it will be perfect!

This penthouse checked all the boxes for our OBX beach trip and wedding! Plenty of room available for guests and family to gather, separate spaces for sleeping, and beautiful views. Everyone loved the space.
Amenities were ample; some of the offerings could use updating/upgrades but they were convenient not to have to lug extras with you.

BEAUTIFUL
Condo was exactly as described, beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities were great, beds were comfy, ran into a small issue with the lock but Rex and Tori took care of it immediately. Family friendly, close walk to EVERYTHING! We plan to be back :)

Beautiful spaces
Every room was lovely, and the unit was spacious. Minor issues we had at check-in (garbage disposal, wifi) were responded to very quickly. The beach access is across a road that can be busy at times, and some drivers don’t slow down at the crosswalk, but nights were quiet. A relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy the outer banks.

Victoria Place stay
Our experience at the property was excellent. The home was clean, comfortable, and as expected. As with any property there are some cosmetic repairs needed. There is some road noise when sitting out on the deck which again is to be expected. Beautiful ocean view. Close to numerous stores and restaurants.
