(1/2 covered and 1/2 uncovered and easily twice the size of every other balcony in the building) is outfitted with a 6 top dining table and cushioned chairs, an L shaped couch, 2 chaise lounges, and 2 resin back rockers. There are 6 wall mounted flat screen HDTV's throughout this condo, all with DVD players. . The 1st master bedroom has a sunken tub, 2 granite sinks, a separate shower with 2 shower heads, a make up station, 8’ sliding glass doors with balcony access, a king bed, a wall mounted tv, and a rocker recliner. The 2nd master suite features a king bed, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access, a wall mounted tv, a swivel glider, & a walk in closet. The 3rd master suite has a queen bed, 2 wall mounted hdtv's with built in dvd players, a desk, a daybed w/ trundle, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access and a huge walk in shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 twins beds. There is also a laundry room with a full capacity, high efficiency, washer and dryer. Enjoy breathtaking views from every window in the condo. You will love the "huge" state of the art kitchen with granite counters, an island, 2 separate sinks and stainless steel appliances. This condo also features high speed wireless internet, multiple dvd players, 10' ceilings, and a 50" smart wall hung tv with a dvr, in the living room. Ocean Vistas was built just a few years ago and offers a full workout room with the latest equipment including built in tv's on the equipment.They also have a fully furnished 2nd floor lounge and sundeck along with a 70" hdtv, pool table, and a fireplace in the club room. The conference room has a copy machine, fax, and computer with internet access,. This building also boasts a heated oceanfront "salt water" pool, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple tables, chairs, and chaise lounges along the ocean. Most realtors in the area refer to this building as the "crown jewel of the beach" In the summer, the county usually has a lifeguard stand, food truck, and rental truck parked on the beach in front of our building. This was the best place we have stayed at in Daytona. Craig was great and answered any questions we may have had. The place was great and fully stocked with everything from games to beach equipment. We are already looking to come back.

This is handsdown my favorite property to stay in Daytona. I have rented about 10 different VRBO's in the area and will no longer look for another one. Craig was absolutely amazing and always available when needed. We had 0 issues while we stayed. The pictures really do not do this place justice. My wife, 6 month old and 3 year old stayed with our friends who have a 7 month old and 12 year old. Everyone had a wonderful time, we had plenty of space and all the amenities needed. We are already planning a trip back beginning of next year.

Excellent property. Had zero issues with security as others have stated. Just follow the few rules and you'll be golden. Everything was in excellent condition. The property was spotless! The beds and the linens provided were extremely comfortable. My partner & I both commented that it was the 1st time we didn't miss our bed at home! Kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and again!

This is a wonderful space for a large family, including multigenerational, or a group of friends. The kitchen is large and fully functional, the deck is just spectacular and larger than many city apartments! The condo is thoughtfully appointed and very clea. Highly recommend!

This property has it all and with a great owner. Craig communicated constantly with us during our stay when a hurricane decided to arrive. The condo is just as nice as the photos, but amenities are great! Everything you need from a wine fridge to beach items. Will definitely stay again at the property!

We had an awesome time! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. Our host provided beach towels, chairs, cooler and beach toys. The kitchen was amazing and provided all things necessary to cook for our party of 12. Plenty of space for everyone and we could watch the sunrise and sunset from our patio. We are looking forward to come stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family get-away this winter. It was very clean, extremely well equipped, and had easy access to the beach. We had eight family members staying at the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us both inside and on the huge deck. There were lots of games and beach toys for our family to use. According to our grandkids, it was the “best vacation ever”! Any questions were answered very quickly by the manager. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Vista. Craig was so helpful! Whenever we had a question he was right away with an answer. The place was perfect for us. I had my 81 yr old mom with me and needed an easy access to the beach. This place was perfect! It was so secure and easily accessible for her walker! She was able to get on the beach each day! Our place was wonderful! The pictures dont do it justice! It was more beautiful in person! We will be back!

My sisters and I take a trip every year in October. This year we decided to include our brother and the brother in laws and go in April. We needed extra bedrooms and space. This turned out to be a great choice. Four bedrooms three bathrooms the set up of the rooms gave privacy to each room. The large patio was a great place for a card game. Very well stocked just a beautiful unit. The weather was beautiful. Would definitely go back again.

I can not begin to say how wonderful this condo is. Not only is it large enough to hold 2 families (4 adults & 4 children) but it comes with everything you could possibly want for your trip. It comes equipped with almost any sand / pool toy your little ones would want and enough chairs & coolers for your adulting entertainment.
