Situated in Kirkland, this lovely house for $376 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Immaculate and updated Rose Hill Rambler on a quiet cul-de-sac. Minutes to downtown Kirkland and downtown Redmond. Easy access to 405, Google and Microsoft. Shopping, dining, beach, etc are all very close. House sits on a 1/4 acre, fully fenced yard that is great for a dog. This is the perfect home for a short stay, or if you need a temporary spot to call home for a month or more. Ultra-fast, 1 Gig up/down fiber internet with a 55" Samsung 4K flat panel TV that has streaming with live TV and DVR. Use your own logins for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, Hulu, etc. A Sonos surround sound system completes the entertainment setup. High-speed WiFi is provided with a mesh network that provides super-fast internet throughout the entire home and yard. The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the third bedroom contains a large desk and a Herman Miller Aeron chair. Air conditioning and tankless water heater. Commercial washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking items, etc. Luxury bedding with down comforters and down pillows. Lots of extra towels and linens. Fully licensed and insured. Professionally managed and maintained. Home is available on a long-term, month-to-month basis as well. Just enter your dates and anything over 30 days will be discounted. Twice a month housekeeping, yard work, and all utilities including internet and cable. Tax is not required for any stay of more than 30 days. When booking, please select the number of guests staying in the house (max of 4) and if there are any kids or dogs. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Covid-19 Update: To give my guests the highest amount of safety, the home is completely sanitized between guests. In addition to the regular cleaning, all switches, doorknobs, handles, remotes, etc are disinfected. The furnace has a UV light that operates 24/7 to also kill any pathogens in the ducting.

Everything about this listing is spot on! A pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay with my dog. The house is well stocked, and every detail has been considered down to poop bags and rags to wipe dog feet. Loved this place and can't wait to return.

We have a Goldendoodle who loves to be outside. The fenced backyard is very spacious and clean, our dog enjoyed it and so did we!

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER....
Our two-month stay was made so much more enjoyable by our selection of this house in Kirkland. The property (which has a yard large enough for a few big dogs) was perfectly suited for us and our 15-lb Havanese. Jim, the property owner, truly cares about assuring his temporary tenants of a trouble-free stay. From the thorough stocking of household basics--including doggie bags--to the immediate responsiveness to any issues, he is the model of what every renter seeks. Great example: the built-in microwave had a problem and he immediately purchased a new portable unit for us to use and offered to have the built-in replaced right away. We'd like to think his attentiveness is common; but we know and truly appreciate that it is a rarity!! You cannot go wrong with this perfectly situated house--close to all the shopping you would need, in a great walking area, and still just a couple minutes from the freeway and all that the area has to offer.

Another wonderful visit to this property.!! This was our second stay at Jim's vacation rental. Both times it was perfect for our needs and our little dogs. The house and property were perfect and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed to make it the perfect place. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Jim is an awesome host!!

Great Getaway

A Wonderful and Relaxing Stay in North Rose Hill

The neighborhood is charming and very quiet, and as well easily accessible to restaurants in Kirkland, and grocery shopping either in Redmond or Kirland (just a 10 minute drive to Metropolitan Market)!
Jim is a gracious and attentive host and I hope that I'll get to meet him someday. He checked in with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure that all was working well. The house is absolutely charming, immaculate and organized. The TVs worked perfectly. Another important feature of this house (at least for me, compared to other VRBO rentals that I have recently stayed in), is that the WIFI connected very well, was consistent, and fast. I needed to telework on a secure network and it all worked seamlessly.
The backyard is very large and although we only had our dog (a golden retriever who loves to run) for one night there, she enjoyed romping and running to her heart's content. I really appreciated the little towels and doggie bags at the sliding door so that we can make sure her paws are clean when she enters the house.....an idea I'm planning on implementing at my own house.
I can go on, but suffice it to say that If there is a time when my wife and I want to do a staycation, this house and host would be at the top of my list!

Stayed through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. House is exactly as advertised. Neighborhood is quiet and good for walks. Easy access to stores, post office and downtown Kirkland but you need a car. Internet works fine and having an office in the house was helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect, as always
This is my “go to” whenever I visit family in Washington. It’s always immaculate and has high-end bedding and appliances. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and in a post pandemic world, close to everything you need. Most of this socially distant visit was spent in the lovely backyard enjoying the trees and fabulous weather.

We needed a short term rental while our house was under repair. It was very clean, convenient location, wired for internet so I could work from the home office and fully fenced yard for our dogs. Great location, loved walking the dogs at Grass Lawn Park, 1.5 miles away. Easy access to 405, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell.
Well stocked house, everything you need is there. Large grass yard, all fenced, nice for dogs. Owner responded quickly to minor issues. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 3 weeks at this two bedroom home. It was very clean and quiet, and well located in a neighborhood in Kirkland. The home was very nicely furnished and appointed with everything you would have in your own home. The entertainment system was very good and easy to use. The huge fenced backyard was great for our dog to roam free. We are frequent visitors to Seattle and will certainly try to make this our home away from home.

Perfect home away from home for a month!
Comfortable beds, clean space, quality kitchenware and bbq. We really got to live like we were at home here. Neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were nice. Yard was perfect for a dog, although the dusty part near the tree can get paws muddy so watch out! One day, the power went out due to a truck hitting a power pole. Jim generously came over and set up a generator for us so our food wouldn’t go bad in the fridge. Such a great host! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Our Second Stay
Stayed here for the second time, while visiting daughter/ family in Seattle. Loved house as much the 2nd time! Even though it is a 20-25 minute drive from daughter’s apartment, it is worth it! Area is quiet, yard fenced for our dog, and house well set up, with everything we need. And Host Jim is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan to return!

Perfect oasis during a stressful move!
We were looking for somewhere to stay with our 2 dogs for a few nights after our movers had packed up all our belongings and we had literally nothing in our old house. We're so thankful we found this place! Our pups loved the big backyard and we loved the well stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms and TV room. After having our lives boxed up, this was a nice & peaceful home to relax in. If we're ever back up in the Pacific NW, we'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Kirkland weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for the activities that we had planned in Kirkland and Woodinville. The house was spotless and had every amenity. The landscaping was very tidy and lovely. We appreciated the secure grass-covered (no mud!) back yard for our dog. We will definitely book this house again when returning to Kirkland!
