We had a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was good for the kids, and the hot tub was a nice treat. We stay at a lot of airbnbs and I feel like some of the reviews were overly critical. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Very spacious with carport and hot tub. Kitchen needs better stocking and family size sofa is very uncomfortable- you sink down so low it's difficult to get up- definately needs replacement. The upstairs masterbedroom has a sitting area and large screen TV but no bathroom- was inconvenient as an elder to go downstairs in the middle of the night.

The home has a/c, a nice hot tub, a good amount of space, and a good location. But it has worn out furniture and super uncomfortable bed. Don't expect to leave well rested.

Really nice house, lots of space. Nice kitchen. Great guest book! Love the story about the snow monster invasion. Definitely would run in terror from this vacation rental again. :-) had a great time. Got to see all kinds of wildlife deer squirrels and birds. Really a beautiful location.

Very clean house in a great location walking distance to the village and the SHARC. Layout was a bit odd in that the upstairs bedroom had a double sink in the room, but no toilet and shower. Despite that, the house was spacious and worked well for our family.

This is a great house! Location is perfect

This was our first time to Sunriver and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! We are a family of 6 (Kids 10,8,5,2).
This house was perfect for us. The location was perfect as it was close to SHARC and the village and With a 5yo who doesn’t ride far yet on a bike it was the perfect distance. It was also easy to hop on our bikes and run to the store if we needed too! The home itself is very nice and very well maintained. You don’t feel like you are staying in someone else’s home (which can be awkward) but you also don’t feel like you are staying in an empty rental. Everything worked great. Thank you for a great place! We will be back!

Good trip. Nice place. First time with Vacasa- would have been less stressful to “know what to expect” in terms of how to access the property and when the code will be sent, etc.

This is a great house. Very well equipped in the kitchen. New stove. BBQ is a little old and small but works just fine. Overall this was a great space for our family of four. The carport is great. for storing the bikes, and kayaks we brought. Location to the village and SHARC is awesome.

Close to the village. Nice location. Nice place. Hot tub clean and grill worked beautifully. Only slight gripe is that the upstairs room stayed pretty warm. Would highly recommend for a big family. Fit all six of us comfortably. Well furnished.

We spent 4 days in July here and it was excellent. The hot tub was big and worked great. It was the perfect distance to the sharc and the village that we could bike to both no problem. The house was clean and had everything to cook at home. I would recommend this home to anybody. We also enjoyed see a little buck wandering threw the back yard one morning.

It has natural light, plenty of room and a perfect great room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and TV!

We just had a wonderful white Christmas at this home. The home was clean, cozy and great for kids, grandparents and us. The kitchen was well stocked for holiday cooking and the layout ensures the chefs are not stuck in the kitchen alone. We had one small issue and Vacasa made sure we had a plumber on Christmas Day - who was kind enough to loan our son his Allen wrenches to put together his new bike. Wonderful home and excellent customer service.

Like most people looking for a fun and relaxing family get away in Sunriver, there are must haves for a rental property - SHARC passes, BBQ, Hot tub. If any of these are not on the list, we don't even consider the property. This property advertises a hot tub. Previous reviews indicated hot tub issues, but looked like those issues had been addressed this spring with a brand new hot tub, so we booked the place. Details below, but long story short - if the hot tub had worked OR if Vacasa had *appropriately* compensated us for the lack of hot tub which we paid for (VRBO review policy prohibits disclosure of rates, but let's just say the rate for our stay was not trivial), I would give this property 3 or 4 stars. Yes, it has SHARC passes and is close to SHARC and the Village; however, there were a few small things missed such as the BBQ ignition didn't work and there wasn't a match or lighter to be found anywhere in the property(so I had to go to the store and buy one so we could cook our dinner). Also, the TV in the family area needs to be replaced. Since we didn't have a working hot tub, we resorted to watching movies. The main TV is very old and the picture quality is very poor. The sectional couch is also very old and when you sit down on it, you almost sink down to the floor. For those that are alergic to feathers, there are feather pillow throughout the home The hot tub worked for only the first 24 hours of our 4-night stay. After that, it stopped working completely. We contacted Vacasa and they asked me to check the breakers, etc. Checked all those things and looked all good. The maintenance fellow called me shortly after and asked me to check the breakers. When still no sign of life, he had the hot tub fellow call me shortly after that. The hot tub fellow asked me to check the breakers - still no sign of life. They said it was too late to come out that evening, but someone would be there the following morning to get it going. As promised, a fellow showed up the next morning. He spent about half an hour or so and concluded that it was an electrical problem; and he would contact the property maintenance company so they could send out an electrician. The electrician never showed up so 3 of our 4 nights where without a working hot tub. Vacasa offered a very small refund and I told them it was unacceptable. They called me back a little later and offered a bit larger refund, but it still wasn't enough to cover even one night of our stay.
