Sandpiper Cottage at Laguna Beach has everything you could dream of in a vacation rental home. Located at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, this home is proof that location means everything. It is located 1 short block from the gorgeous emerald water and white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico. It is also just 3 miles from Pier Park & City Pier* (with unlimited shopping, dining, and entertainment options), 1 mile from the famous Thomas's Donuts, and 5 miles from Rosemary beach. You can experience everything 30A has to offer for a FRACTION of the cost of staying in Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside. Plus, you can retreat to your quiet oasis after you have had your fill of the crowds. Sandpiper is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private pool. We even provide a 6 person GOLF CART at NO additional charge so you can zip down to the beach in seconds. Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly so you can take it down to Carousel Supermarket, or Thomas's. We provide beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and sand toys for the kids (or just those young at heart). Add FREE wifi internet, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms and ample outdoor living space, and you have the perfect vacation experience. The west end of Panama City Beach is known for being quiet and less crowded while still being close to it all. Come see why this are brings people back year after year. Note: we occasionally allow guests to bring a non-shedding, low-allergen breed dog. You must ok this with the owner before booking. During the periods of March-May and Oct-Dec, you can choose to have the pool heater turned on and set to 85 degrees for a fee of $15/day. The heat pump will keep the pool at this temp during the day as long as average day and night air temps remain at 65 degrees or above. If the average day+night temp is below 65 we will not be able to run the heater.

Prefect for a family. We loved the golf cart. We made ice cream runs to DQ the grandkids loved it. Also quick access to the beach. We parked the golf cart at gate 85. A great vacation home prefect for our family.

My family came down to get away for Thanksgiving break. This little house was wonderful. We had everything we needed and more.y kids loved the heated pool and we all loved the golf cart. It was so easy to get to the beach (you can easily walk but the golf cart made it even easier). We loved this place and will be back in the future!

The house is very nice, and the heated pool is wonderful, especially now that it’s Fall. The golf cart is a pleasant addition for an easy trip to the beach or a cruise of the neighborhood. Overall it was a very pleasant stay at the beach in a quiet neighborhood.

We had so much fun staying at Sandpiper cottage! Couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in and Erica was such a wonderful host. She responded quickly and helped in any way she could. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The golf cart made life so much easier especially with 3 kids making beach trips back and forth. Plus the night rides were awesome! The pool was by far the best we've had while staying in different houses. The kids loved changing the light colors and the heated pool was a must. The kids enjoyed everything about this place and our weather couldn't have been more perfect. Can't wait to come back and stay here again for many more memories.

Erica was an awesome host and really went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We brought our own beach accessories but honestly there is no need for it because she provided all you could imagine. The golf cart was so much fun and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Also the fam really enjoyed the heated pool during some chilly fall nights. We highly recommend and cant wait to stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! A short walk or drive to the beach and the golf cart was a blessing with all of our stuff. Our granddaughter had a blast in the pool and didn’t want to leave. Well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and hope to return. Hosts were great!

The home is exactly as described. I feel the owners truly have tried to go above and beyond to help you have an amazing beach vacation. I would definitely stay at this home again over and over. Quality everything!! The pool is by far the best pool I have ever had at rental beach home. The location is in a great quaint and quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable enough to go for several daily walks by myself. The golf cart was a great extra to help get all the “stuff” to and from the beach but it’s such a short walk that I walked there several times. Loved it and was not disappointed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and got back to me very promptly when I needed her. You will LOVE this house, pool and location..

This is our third time to stay at Erica’s property as it is perfect for our group. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The pool and backyard are perfect and provided many afternoons of fun for all. The golf cart was perfect for loading up our group and the included beach chairs for a trip to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Erica is easy to reach and fast to respond for any questions we had.

We loved staying at this property. The owner was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. The property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted easy access to the beach but an option to swim (pool) in the event the ocean had red flags. The area was very family friendly, quiet and a perfect place for families with young children. The home was clearly well cared for and had everything we could possibly need for a week in Florida. We can't wait to come again!

The house was perfect for a quiet family beach vacation. The pool is great for kids to play for hours. The beach is only a couple blocks away. The living room is perfect for family movie nights with comfortable couches and a large smart tv. The house has plenty of games and puzzles for entertainment. This is the perfect area if you’re looking to avoid crowds. It is a short drive to 30A/Panama City Beach attractions, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed the beach house very much. Great beach access very easy with golf cart. Only thing that wasn't great was the pool was suppose to be heated but it wasn't. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Very nice beach house! Close to the beach but off the main road so you never heard any road noise from front beach rd. The golf cart and beach equipment made it very easy for beach time. Just load up the golf cart and go. The house was in working order and was as described on the website. Overall a very pleasing and relaxing stay.

We loved being so close to the beach, having a pool, and golf cart-with kids this was really nice! The owner was very responsive to the couple of maintenance issues we had. If we come back to Laguna Beach we would definitely stay here again.
