Situated in Lake Almanor, this charming cabin for $287 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This cute Cabin 10 has been re-modeled and modernized. It contains one queen bed with new mattress and has available one twin-size high profile, self-regulating air bed for a child or a third adult. It is the closest cabin to the shore of beautiful Lake Almanor. It is located in Almanor Lakeside Resort on the peninsula at the mouth of Big Cove. Bedding & towels are provided. The kitchen is well furnished with all the necessities. There is a flat screen Smart TV and DVD player for your down-time enjoyment. This cabin is a few feet from the boat launch ramp and boat slips. It has three new large vinyl windows with screens to catch those wonderful evening breezes off the lake. The jewel of this cabin is the large deck over-looking the lake which holds an outside dining table and chairs, propane gas grill and latching gate to contain pets and children. The views are stunning. The cabin has a propane heater and an electric heater for those cool mornings and evenings and a ceiling fan for the warmer afternoons. Cable TV and internet are provided by the resort. There is a large lawn area with picnic tables and doggie station for the use of all resort guests. Each cabin rental includes a free boat slip for the length of your stay. Docks are usually in the water by May 15th through October 15th. We collect a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax plus a 2% Feather River Tourism Marketing District (FRTMD) Fee payable to Plumas County Tax Collector.

My husband and I do a annual fishing trip for his birthday. We have stayed at many cabins across N. Cal Nevada and Oregon. I have to say this is the best facility we have visited thus far. The cabin has all of the amenities needed to a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owners are delightful and responsive. We will be back to visit soon. I also got beautiful pics of the sunrise and sunset.

This cabin is super cute and rustic. The view is unbeatable. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny (which is typical for a cabin situation) - the indoor/outdoor common places make up for the small areas. The cutlery could be updated and added to- missing scissors for one. I'm glad I brought my own shampoo (toiletries) - I didn't see any for us to use had I not brought our own. Overall, we will definitely hope to rent this cute little gem during the summer months!!!!

This is a lovely little cabin on the shore of the lake. It was cozy and warm on these brisk autumn days and nights. It made a wonderful home base for hiking excursions and a peaceful place to rejuvenate. I needed a little get away and this was the perfect place to stay. The hosts were communicative beforehand and helpful during the stay.

Great place to stay. Compact. Maybe could use more places to stash stuff, but all was well. Spent all three afternoons I was there on the porch visiting, listening to the loon, and watching docks be collected for the winter. Enjoyed the bear enjoying the apple, too!

Amazing location! Even during rainy days. Great views. Quite dark inside and a bit grimy. The kitchen utensils/knives/cutting board! Could use a refresh. Great to hear the water lapping at the shore from the bed in the night

Peninsula Village is a gem! Cabin 10 is a cozy little cabin steps from the water with a gorgeous view. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas night here surrounded by snow from a previous storm. Cabin 10 has everything you need, a comfortable bed, small kitchen, rustic decorations, fresh towels, plus it was warm and clean. Our dogs were welcomed and there is even a good sized covered front porch with a gate to give them extra room. The owners are friendly and responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!

The little bit of snow we had was wonderful to enjoy while we stayed plenty warm in the cabin and cooked incredible meals. This time we went on a walk around the area and found some fun restaurant/bar establishments.

We stayed in cabin 10, such a rad little place with the most amazing view of the lake in the morning from bed. I would recommend this listing to anyone who wants to get away and wants to spend some relaxing time enjoying a cup of coffee in bed or on the porch looking out on Lake Almanor.

We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place. The view was superb, and it was so very quiet and peaceful. We spent many enjoyable days on the huge deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Karen and Clint were so very accommodating, Clint even came over to try to help me get on the internet ( it was good to wean myself from it for a while) we will definitely be back! K and C Clark

My wife and I enjoyed our stay.We loved the Red Onion restaurant just a walk a way.The cabin is for 2 only.Sitting on the porch reading and chilling.

Nice three nights, but in August with no air conditioning and two small fans, it was uncomfortably hot. Flannel sheets didn't help. One towel per person was a little stingy, wasn't aware we should have brought our own. The kitchen shade, towel rack and toilet paper holder all fell off with barely a touch, a little attention to detail would make a nig difference. Parking the truck and docking the boat were easy and convenient. The view was beautiful!

My Mom, niece and I loved this property. Everything about it! After spending 4 days of our 7 day stay I got back VRBO and reserved the same place on the same week, next year. Clint and Karen are wonderful people. Can't say enough good about this place.
