Two families shared this place for a softball tournament at the end of the week and lots of beach time the beginning of the week. 4 adults and 5 children. Well-stocked kitchen. Very roomy and best of all the beach is your backyard!

This house is perfect for a group and perfectly situated on the beach. Walk right out the spacious deck to the sand and enjoy the day. Comfy beds and room to spread out.

This is our second year at this property. The view and porch setting is Devine. Hopefully it’s time for some serious upgrades. We had to plug in the tv and set it up so we could watch it. Thankfully we brought batteries because there was none for the main remote. The master shower doesn’t drain well. The refrigerator leaked water. The house just needs a lot of TLC. We had a great time with family and love Gulf Shores.

This is our favorite place to vacation in Gulf Shores. It's a little older and does need some updating but we always enjoy and love the huge deck and proximity to the beach - just steps away!! We will definitely stay here again! The folks at Liquid Life are always friendly and helpful!

A few small things, overall would recommend!
Our stay was very enjoyable. Very close to the beach and not crowded. I would recommend that you mention to future tenants there are only 3 towels per bathroom, and no extra toilet paper is provided. Everything was very clean when we got there. We had a problem with the fridge. They sent maintenance very quickly. Everything was very enjoyable and a great price.

Loved the house and especially the back porches. Couple of things need fixing: door in third bathroom drags on floor-hard to get in and out; ceiling fan in third bedroom not operational making the room stuffy; AC not able to cool whole house properly; refrigerator leaks; had only one kitchen towel. Sorry to complain just hope these items will be corrected for future guests. Some good things were: Great assortment of dishes, pots and pans, bathroom towels, bedrooms are nice size and beds and pillows were comfortable, and did I say we loved the back porch and deck. Overall, we had a great time!!!!

The outside deck is great and really large and it has great outside furniture. Just a few steps to the beach -- so close! This house is older so much of it inside is outdated, but some of it is renovated like the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked.. Smaller house but plenty of room for the four of us. Has its own charm-- built in 1974 so it's going to have some older features. Owner has done well at updating. No beach chairs or umbrellas so be sure to bring your own.

The outside deck is great and really large and it has great outside furniture. Just a few steps to the beach -- so close! This house is older so much of it inside is outdated, but some of it is renovated like the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked.. Smaller house but plenty of room for the four of us. This house is right on the beach, and in a great location! We knew the house was older but we didn’t realize how much work really needs to be done. For the price, there needs to be much work to the house. Outside doors you can see daylight through(spaces between door and frame), paint and wood falling off walls in some areas, because of those spaces in doorways we saw roaches at night in the house. We left a day early.

Bedroom windows could use darker coverings, we hung blankets and towels across them. The house is just far enough away from the high rise buildings that the beach was not terribly crowded, though it was certainly busy.

We picked this cottage because of the location and because of the large deck and waterfront. We like to congregate on the deck for sunrise and coffee in the morning then for beer and wine in the evening. It met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. I know beach rentals suffer wear and tear. This one shows it. We also like to cook. We don’t enjoy standing in line at popular restaraunts and dropping hundreds of dollars for mediocre food. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook with one glaring exception. The house needs a grill. For the property owner it would probably be a seasonal investment, but a small cost. Other properties that we have stayed at have also had beach chairs available for our use. Not this one. We dragged the heavy deck furniture down to the beach to have a place to sit. We traveled by plane, so these are things that we wouldn’t be bringing ourselves.

The house was very clean and in a great location. We usually go to the beach in October or November to miss crowds and enjoy a little cooler weather. This was the first time renting with Liquid Life and it was an easy, automatic transaction. Communication was very good and everything was covered in the communications. The house was a little dated and a few small maintenance items that would be easy wins for property management to take care of. All in all, we were very happy with the rental and had a wonderful time relaxing with our family. Maybe we'll see you again next year.

There is more than adequate sleeping for company or a family and the kitchen is very spacious with a great large table. Found this little charm last minute and was lucky to get it. Great little place to stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Good location. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add an extra blanket per room, and lamp in bunk room didn't work even after finding a light bulb to try to make it work. Just a couple of little things overall a great place to stay.

Was a great time. There’s little prickle things outside that get stuck in your feet and in the house. Had a lot of cooking supplies! There’s several holes in the wall and there’s obvious wear and tear, but for the price and location was a great time. The rental staff checked in several times!
