We decided to do something different this year and come to the beach. I have stayed at the Breakers before but never this particular condo. It was beautiful and had so many amenities. You cannot beat the location. You are close to everything. The furnishings in this unit were very up to date and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed my mini-vacation and the property manager (Dana) was very, very helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

We are very familiar with this property having in-laws who owned a condo there for many years. We've always enjoyed a smaller complex and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Breakers Unit 32 was perfect for our family vacation. The condo has been updated and has lovely coastal art and a beachy vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare meals. The full size washer and dryer was huge help to keep up with all of our beach towels and bathing suits! The patio is a perfect spot to watch for dolphins and look at the stars.

Everything was wonderful. Living area was a little uncomfortable but it was okay. Lot’s of personal tents right near water sometimes blocking rental chairs would be the only real negative.

pros: we came with a group of ladies to celebrate a 30th birthday. right on the beach, easy access to everything around. the place isn't so big and crowded like going to a Phoenix, so the elevators are no wait. this one was 3rd floor, so easy to do the steps if needed. would stay again! cons: elevator did break for maybe 2 hours but was fixed quickly, the patio seating is not ideal if you have kids. the first thing i noticed when i put my bag on the bed was the entire top comforter full of sand... which made me nervous if they had been cleaned thoroughly.

Overall this condo was very comfortable with amazing views. Nice furnishings and decor. We can not give it 5 stars because there were a couple of items that needed cleaning attention upon our arrival.

This condo was exactly as promised. Seemed to be newly renovated, very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and even standard spices for cooking! Incredibly short walk right out to the beach, private pool, the works! Thanks for a great vacation.

We have stayed at this condo over Christmas week for a number of years, but this was the first time in this unit. Unit was very well equipped and squeaky clean. No issues at all.

The condo itself was pretty and updated. The building is located perfectly. The bed was comfortable, but the couches were absolutely not. Our stay would have been great had it not been for the one interaction we had with the property management, someone at Keller-Williams. On our last night there we got the "check-out reminder" email from the prop mngmnt company. So I replied and stated that our stay had been great except for 2 things (human hair all over the bathroom floors and bathtubs and the loudest upstairs neighbors challenged our quiet nights in the condo). She immediately replied, and instead of taking responsibility and/or apologizing, she blamed us for not addressing the issues. When I replied to that I explained that we were only there for 3 days, didn't want housekeeping back in during our short stay, that I was only telling her for her own knowledge for future ref, and that I was surprised she was blaming us instead of apologizing/admitting housekeeping should have gotten it right the first time. She never responded again. I cannot stand it when people do not take responsibility when it is clearly their issue. Human hair on the floors/in the tubs can only mean one thing: the floors/tubs were not cleaned. The fact the I cleaned them myself and only noted the issue when asked for my opinion on the check-out email does not make it my fault. We come to Orange Beach every year. Our fav condo in this building got sold so we had to book this one. We won't book Breakers 32 again simply because of this one email exchange. We still haven't gotten an apology or a partial refund for the cleaning fees we paid.

My 3 year old granddaughter called it the White House and it stuck. Love the cozy building. The updated amenities and the view from the 3 rd floor. Definitely want to use this again. We love Orange Beach!!

This was a wonderful stay for a family of four. It had everything we needed and the place was exactly as described! It had a really great location with everything close by and it just didn't seem as cluttered or busy as some of the other options on this strip. The management was excellent and very responsive to questions. We are looking at booking again as soon as we get the chance!

Great accommodations. Stayed in unit 32 at the Breakers. Fully updated condo with balcony and great beach view. Just as pictured. Easy access to beach. On the main road close to restaurants and grocery store. Host was easy to work with. Keyless entry. Only con were the directions once you punch in the code were just the opposite.

Great place and lovely to stay in. Would go back again. Kitchen well appointed and the bedrooms and living area just right. 2nd bedroom needs lights by the beds. Towel rack had been off in other bathroom, but needs to be installed. Lovely furnishings and decoration and again, just a lovely place.

My family really enjoyed staying here on our recent trip to Orange Beach. The condo has everything you could need (I cooked a lot and the kitchen wasn’t lacking anything!) even games and some movies which our kids enjoyed. The master bed was SO comfy and the two full beds in the secondary bedroom were perfect for our girls. I loved that not only the living room had a great view of the beach, but the master bedroom as well! And beach access isn’t that far of a walk. Check-in & check-out was easy and we had no issues during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!
