Joseph personally comes and meets you for check in. We were actually planning on paying to do a sea shelling Charter to look for sea shells but before we did we asked Joseph his opinion and he said multile charters take multiple trips to the same places with multiple people and our best bet was probably just to go along the beach where we're staying at. We ended up finding 80 Conch shells,1 huge Conch shell and 30 sand dollars. Also there are plenty of things that previous vacationers have left to use. The most helpful item for our beach trip was the leftover beach wagon which made it a breeze taking everything you needed to and from the beach. All in all it was a great first trip to Marco Island and I can see us returning in the future!

Love staying here! My sister and I have rented this condo multiple times. The views are amazing, the condo is exactly what we are looking for. If you are looking for a quieter area out of the “Spring Break” beaches, this area is for you. And this condo is a steal for the views and area it gives you walking access to!

Joe’s place was just as described. It’s a great location with good access to the beach and pool. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Joe was very responsive and gave us great recommendations on some restaurants. We would stay there again!

DON’T STAY HERE! When my girlfriend, her parents & I arrived at our condo we were immediately hit with a strong smell of uncleanliness and cigarette- in which my asthma almost instantly began acting up. We opened up the sliding patio doors to try and air out our condo and it did no good. When one of the ladies went to use the master bathroom she found another persons hair all over the bathroom. Disgusting! We also found mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, dried blood stain on my sheets, dirty sock under my bed, used toothbrush in night stand drawer and our pillows smelled used. No scent of they ever being washed. Although we were highly disappointed, we agreed to not let it ruin our vacation. By day 2 or 3 my cough got so bad I spent the night on the balcony hoping the fresh air would help me sleep and calm down my asthmatic cough…It did but got a little chilly in the middle of the night so ended up back inside. On our last day I was very frustrated with how this vacation went due to my asthmatic cough and the hard time breathing from the smell and probably invisible mold, I text Joe and respectfully explained what I was unhappy with, how I was feeling and how it affected our vacation. First thing Joe replied is “you should have called me at the beginning of your trip so we could get this all fixed and Ill talk to my cleaning lady”…point is we shouldn’t have to contact him. We paid a cleaning fee when we paid for the rental for the week so I told Joe I think it’s only fair that we got up with a financial agreement and I get some of my money back. He said he would see what we can do and wished me safe travels. Once I got home, I once again contacted Joseph, in which he friended me and my girlfriends mother on Facebook, then deleted us and outright ignored the rest of my text. We’ve now been home a week and 2 days and have yet to hear any follow up from Joe. Don’t rent this place! It’s false advertisement. Save your money. Go elsewhere. This is not a place you want to stay at for a nice vacation on Marco Island.

Not updated in 30(?) years. TV's did not work well. One only played 1 station. Pans were awful. Sliding glass doors were filthy and extremely difficult to open and close. Outside patio was filthy- had to wash down table and chairs to use them Love seat was so stained it was unusable as were the rusty bar stools and dilapidated tiny bar/counter. Poor lighting except over dining table. Kitchen trash was filled when we arrived. Bedside table's top drawer rolls open. One needs nails or tape to keep it closed We had neither. Bottom of tub in master bath is no longer white:( When the toilet roll gets small it slides off the holder. The outside of the front door was painted and we were never informed. I ended up with paint on me. Refrigerator was clean, the freezer was not. We were left with someone's huge, torn plastic bag filled with dirty shells. People in the building were very nice; we had a terrific view. Spoke to owner a couple of times. Seemed nice and tried to make TV work but didn't. We gave him a list of issues thinking he might give us some money back but didn't.

This property is awesome and we will return!

this property was at a great location and very quiet and peaceful. just a short walk to ocean. very spacious condo and comfy.

We loved this condo and location so much. If you love birds, this is the place for you! Overlooking a bird rookery, and beautiful sunsets. The walk to the beach is long unless you shortcut through the lagoon. (Look up Tigertail Beach.) The shelling on the Gulf side is great! Lots of sand dollars, conchs, cats paws, and scallops. We loved that the previous renters left things like salt, pepper, oatmeal, beach toys, etc. that mostly get removed from rental condos after a visit. We left a few things too to pass it on. :) Joe is a great guy, and well-known around the island we discovered! The guards at the gate were either very helpful, or really not, but once you pay the extra $100 at the office and get the "official" pass, you're golden and they don't hassle you at all. Lots to do and see around Marco. It's a 5 hr drive to Key West, so if you have the chance to visit there too, we highly recommend it! We will come back and rent from Joe again! Looking forward to seeing him, Boomer, and Boone in the future!

Enjoyable and relaxing. Condo needs updating especially carpet in main bedroom. It was a good place for the three of us. Everyone enjoyed themselves and Joe is a ver accessible owner.

We really enjoyed being on the quiet side of the tower. Spent a lot of time on the huge balcony watching the osprey and the sunsets. The condo was well furnished (could use new pans that would sit better on the flat top stove) and made for a very comfortable stay for our month on Marco Island. My one complaint is the slider from the living room to the balcony. It works very hard. Joseph is a great host who responds quickly to any questions I had.

Perfect location and view. Very helpful and communicative host. Couple of nice amenities like Keurig and beach wagon.

Beach walks and sunsets! Condo is in a prime location for beach access and unimpeded views of gorgeous sunsets.

It was a great location and view! The walk to the beach is further than expected but the owner had a wagon and all the beach supplies that made it nice. The air conditioner was loud, but it cooled. The decor could use a little updating and the bedroom carpet cleaned and/or removed. But over all nice!

We had a wonderful time! One of the most relaxing trips we have been on! Great condo! Had everything we needed!

We had a very nice stay at the property. Everything was nice, easy access to everything the island offers. Gorgeous sunsets.

Perfect for our family of 4, plus our daughter's friend. Every room has a view & sliding door entrance to the VERY long terrace.....perfect spot for morning coffee or a happy hour drink. Captain Joe was on the spot with answering a few questions/need we had & a genuine, good guy! We almost chose another unit in the same condo that was all fancy inside, but are so glad we picked Joe's place, as it was really very nice for a great value!

Property was nice. Access to the beach and pool was easy. Although we had to work while here, the ocean view while working was a nice trade off. Ability to watch the sunset from the balcony was a bonus.
